    What do you like best about the product?
    Ability to automate onbarding and offboarding accross platforms and set different rules by platform
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Limitations on intergration with some platforms like Maconomy which means that finance data needs to be uploaded rather than being automatically linked.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Providing visibility of (types of) users accross platforms helping us to optimise spend and manage risk.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to integrate and get a visual on Shadow IT. Customer support from their team really helped with creating workflows. It's definitely a product I am going to consider using in the future. I like that their fee structure is flat and inclusive compared to other Platforms. Overall easy to use and implement.

    honestly hard to say on dislikes. the platform pretty much delivered on what I was looking for.

    What do you like best about the product?
    - The product is very well thought out, with a lot of attention to detail. It's clear that the team at Trelica has a deep understanding of the problems they are solving for us as an IT team. It’s a joy to use.
    - Compared to other similar products, they have a vast number of integrations with various tools, depending on what the APIs of those tools offer, ideally including automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning. The Trelica team is incredibly fast at building new integrations, which is a key advantage. When we asked vendors to identify which of our existing apps had some kind of integration, most supported only a fraction of what Trelica offers.
    - The sales process is much smoother than most B2B software sales processwa I have experienced. We spoke directly with people who understand the product extremely well and how to sell to engineers. We quickly gained access to a demo account to try it out ourselves. They also take security and privacy seriously.
    - Post-sales communication is excellent. We receive help from a customer success agent who is highly knowledgeable about the product and goes to great lengths to help us with the setup.
    - The UI for building automations works very well, allowing us to automate complex, time-consuming tasks.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There’s really not much to dislike. After using Trelica in our day-to-day operations for some time, we identified a couple of small features we’d like to see. Fortunately, Trelica has a product board where we can view feature requests from other customers. We were pleased to find that others had already requested the same features, so we simply upvoted them.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    - A complex approval process for apps internally, depending on the app and permissions/license requested etc.
    - Automatic onboarding and especially offboarding, be removin manual steps for the IT department, e.g. sending a Slack message to the manager of an offboarded employee with a Slack form that allows them to select what happens with this account.
    - Overview of SaaS spend and automations to revoke licenses, allowing us to save money.
    - Discovery of unapproved web apps that employees use, through the Trelica browser extension.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Trelica provides great visibility into our software stack, pulling from multiple sources including Finance systems which tend to be a black box. Trelica is very easy to use and their support is very responsive and looking to provide solutions and guidance.
    Of the tools we evaluated in the SaaS Management space it had the best set of features. We originally were looking into a tool which could track shadow IT and provide app visibility. The AppHub in Trelica also allows for automating access management and aligning with audit requirements.
    Trelica has been amazing to work with and they feel like they are a partner more than just a vendor.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Trelica is a product that is still developing, which is a positive for me. However, as part of this comes some features that need to evolve a bit. Example: Apps sort by number of users who have access, which can get confusing finding things without always having to search.
    Also, implementation is easy with Trelica but they are limited by what the applications offer in terms of API support. This is not just a challenge for Trelica but it definitely is something you notice. Thankfully Trelica's team will work with you to build or update integrations if there is APIs available (just have to ask your vendors to offer API support).
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Trelica is providing visibility into our SaaS usage and providing more information for our business leaders to make informed choices on which tools to use, renews, and how many licenses are needed. It is detecting shadow IT to get visibility on all applications used to ensure they have been reviewed for security and compliance.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is wonderfully designed in an easy-to-use way. The features are designed to be self-explanatory, you find your way around easily and the data you get is presented in a way that is easy on the eyes yet clear, precise and actionable. You can drill down into the data in different ways and the workflows make your life as a license manager a breeze.

    The integrations are usually API integrations and often only require a few minutes to be set up. Once workflows are implemented (where available) your apps almost become no-touch, which is amazing, all the while delivering vital information on the health of your account and giving you the right data to prepare for renewals.

    The support team is great and super responsive. An absolute pleasure to work with every one of them!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'd love for the assessments to be something we can send out to hundreds of users at once. A great feature that is not yet fully fleshed out it seems.

    And it would be amazing if the app comparison feature could be used for apps of your choice rather than just the ones that are being suggested, which sometimes limits the options quite significantly to other apps you don't want or need to compare.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We're automating several processes that were very manual and laborious before (license optimisation and removal of terminated users, sending of user lists for recharging purposes, etc.) therefore saving a lot of time and effort, while also erasing the topic of human error, on these processes. Trelica also gives us great visibility on our spendn and usage of apps, where previously we had very little to none, therefore also allowing us to more proactively manage our SaaS portfolio.
