Trelica is a splendid SaaS platform to easily comprehend our expenditures on Salesforce operations
What do you like best about the product?
1. Trelica accurately analyzes various salesforce objects and their associated dependencies.
2. We can quickly know whether a particular field needs to be added or removed to optimize and reduce our efforts.
3. There isn't any need to bring in drifts in our existing functionalities thanks to its seamless integration with the Salesforce platform.
4. Its framework is also streamlined, so we can identify all gatherings as part of Salesforce operations & bring in suitable modifications that adapt well to our business demands.

1. Since it's a SaaS-based platform, the dependency on its features & documentation is crucial.
2. It would be great if they provided extensive support via a knowledge base, webinars, blogs and community insights.
3. The learning curve is steep as we onboard and get to use Trelica, but as we get familiar with its operations, it is a handy tool for Salesforce spend forecasting & analysis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We integrate Trelicaa with our Salesforce platform to improve our sales process with our clients & to know cost-optimizing strategies.
2. It effectively keeps up-to-date track of our licenses and notifies us about their renewal so we don't miss anything that affects our Salesforce operations.
3. Since it's a SaaS-based platform, we don't have to develop data models for our expense portfolios & spend forecasting. Trelica takes care of everything, and we can focus more on sales leads & promotions.
4. Its Dashboard provides excellent insights on actual sales vs projected sales & plenty of charting tools help us with suitable visualizations.
5. Its application catalog has an app usage consolidation utility which is beneficial for cost optimization. It effectively lets us know how to consolidate the same application multiple teams use in our organization.
6. Overall, we are satisfied with the SaaS support offered by Trelica for managing & streamlining our Salesforce operation expenditures.

The service was very good, and they helped me save money immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interfaces aren't that beautiful, but didn't affect its utility.

Had a jumble of different software we were paying for, and in one glance we could see what we were wasting money on and cut out those expenses. We hadn't even realized how much money was being wasted until we used Trelica

Simplifies software licenses management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real issues with the software, it would be helpful if it integrated with more products, but I know they are adding new ones.

Reduced time spent managing licenses, provided automated mechanisms for tracking usage and renewals

The flexibility of their team to implement new features based on user's needs

This is a fairly new product and some things still need to get polished. But they are working their hardest!

I have now complete visibility over the company's SaaS spend and our computers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation part of this tool. We can now map our PO's and license data automatically into Trelica vs. tedious manual work. I feel like we didn't just purchase a tool but rather an entire support system for SaaS Management. This team worked incredibly hard to ensure our data was accurate and added numerous customizations to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique would be as a new user, it can be a tad difficult to navigate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting ahead of our renewals and getting a much clearer picture of what we have and how we use it.
Can't get much easier
What do you like best about the product?
The team is incredibly helpful. They make it easy to set up and use. We love working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're still learning, so there are some features missing that seem obvious to us, but they're easy to talk to and they're working on adding them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a central place to manage licenses and security related to OAuth. Trelica is a great solution for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Very nice UI, covers a lot of aspects of software management. License management is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much available documentation; integrations need more work to make it easier to set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of the software the company is using, how much we are spending. We were able to see a few redundant softwares, in terms of functionality.
A worth-to-consider apps to maintain the whole applications & licenses list with very helpful Team.

The Product has a great flexibility with integration and reporting perspectives, ease of use, and friendly user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides for now. All good while using Trelica. We will give a heads up if there are any. However, all good for now.

The ability to track spendings for Applications and Licenses List in one click which we need to track manually before Trelica Implementation.
SaaS - Sorted... truly!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and simplicity of the Terlica solution is pretty amazing. Easy to get started and quickly find your focus for the day-to-day tasks. I would recommend this to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have many dislikes here. Trelica works as expected and is a wonderful experience. Likely the only negative could be for non-techie people, it could be somewhat difficult for newer users to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I was personally attempting to solve was to really figure out where I was spending the majority of my time. This gave me a much better abilitiy to start balancing my work and tasks more.
Must have tool for growing organisations
What do you like best about the product?
Trelica solves a big pain of managing SaaS inside the organisation. You now have complete control of your licenses, usage, spend and predict your costs. It is a must-have tool for growing organisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. A report of potential savings for each tool would be excellent. Upgrade/Downgrade/Change package suggestions based on usage for each app to save costs.
