Pipeliner CRM Improved my user experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visualized user interface and flexibility pipeliner has tremendously improved the way we input leads and do timely follow-up throughout the entire sales process. This does not only help prioritize most likely prospects but also get the best out of a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like for the mobile app synchronization to be improved because sometimes it can take longer to sync the data to the server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to prioritize the different leads and accounts in the always know their progress in the pipeline and throughout the sales process

Pipeliner CRM is user-friendly, has great visuals, and is easy to navigate. It is a very robust system.

I did not find anything that I did not like.

The virtual interface is friendly and exciting with the drag n drop tool that makes it interactive

Slow loading time for data was observed in the usage of the product.

I needed to track and evaluate the field sales team's performance online/in real-time, and Pipeliner CRM helped me achieved that.
Call effectiveness rating and evaluation was an issue, and the deployment of Pipeliner CRM improved it.

I highly recommend Pipeliner CRM for anyone looking for a CRM tool that gives value for money in all ramifications. You can't go wrong with this product.
Awesome CRM! Easy to configure, customize ,use , but very powerful " under the hood"
What do you like best about the product?
I tried other CRM like MS Dynamics etc, and you need a full-time IT staff to install and manage, which as a small business, we cannot afford. Pipeliner is packed with features up and running in a few hours instead of days. The user interface is very visual and easily customizable with various views along with the drag and drop feature within the Opportunity Pipeliner. The software is constantly being updated wtih new and powerful features which has really added immense value to our business. We have recenly integrated Pipeliner iwth our Accounting software and it has been great. Additionally their support staff are very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall Pipeliner is very easy to use but packs a whole lot of powerful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment i am very happy with the software so nothing to add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a 360 view of the customer and allowing us to engage with our customers in a more powerful way. We now have greater insights as to our customers preferences , buying patterns, etc which have allowed us to be more strategic and provide a more individualized offering to each customer.
Useful Tracking Tool for Sales & Marketing Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have access to my sales team's opportunities and activities all in one place at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to set it up, but once done; the program works well.

I can have oversight of an account without bothering the reps for a detailed retelling of the same story.

The tool is easy to use and you can easily extract detailed data, making it a good base to build forecasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

From my perspective it has facilitated the work around building up forecasts. The data can be accessed and visable to different departments within the organisation.
Pipeliner is an innovative and constantly evolving application with excellent service and support.

Easily customizable by basic users. Allows for Outlook integration.

Wish it had an inbox feature like OUtlook that allows management of e-mail account from within the application.

Our sales reps can follow their many opportunities through to completion. Their tasks are well organized. Their emails are tracked and associated with assigned opportunities. Their coordinating inside sales reps can stay current in all their projects and sales opportunities as well.
