What do you like best about the product?
Construction jobs may take years to advance from a building design to occupancy permit. Using Pipeliner, we track jobs through a progression of construction phases. The ability to link multiple accounts and contacts to each job provides an important view of all the players at each phase ~ architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and wholesalers. Pipeliner’s Buying Center provides an excellent visualization of the lines of influence between the players.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Buying Center does not have functionality to keep a Sales Role associated with a contact. For each job, we must reassign the Sales Role to the same person. We do this inefficient task multiple times a day. Also, search results are not in alphabetical order requiring users to scroll through pages of results to find the searched item. Why would this basic standard not be met? It costs money to handle inefficiency on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Selling to a group of decision-makers is challenging. Pipeliner increases the probability of closing the deal.

What do you like best about the product?
The most awesome aspect of Pipeliner is the way that I don't should be an architect to make changes to my example of Pipeliner. It is exceptionally simple to utilize and you can likewise roll out any improvements to your pipeline without having any issues. The straightforwardness of setup choices and simple to collaborate interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I despise nothing in essence, however it would be great assuming that Pipeliner had a capacity to send out an open door record into a PowerPoint show. That was the situation with undertakings and email sequencing. As I deal with the autonomous clients from our establishment framework, this caused numerous failure with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trusting that Pipeliner would assist us with moving towards a paperless framework. More noteworthy deals pipeline understanding, expanded deals, key record and contact the board.

What do you like best about the product?
The training options are numerous and easily understood. Great video (Pipeliner Academy), articles (Online Help Center), and points of clarity in each section (Application Tour). Pipeliner makes it fun to learn. A lot of thought went into helping users become power users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is not strong. I can't search on Feeds or Notes. The search results for contacts, accounts, opportunities are not in alphabetical order. Surprisingly, Pipeliner expects users to scroll through pages of results to find the item in search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to share company contacts for our entire company. Prior to implementing a CRM, each employee kept track of their contacts individually in Outlook. Some people used Excel spreadsheets. It was a mess. Now, we sync all company contacts to each employee's Outlook. We make changes in one location, Pipeliner, and this flows through to everyone's Outlook.

What do you like best about the product?
We represent multiple companies and their product lines. The manufacturers that we rep want to know they have a highly engaged proponent. Providing a Pipeliner presentation communicates how well they are being represented. They are impressed with how we easily forecast sales, focus on the most profitable sales, and track our (and our competitors’) wins and losses. Not only do our sales numbers confirm this, but also the Pipeliner software we use to manage our sales and customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner says it put the “R” back into CRM. The technical support team responds quickly and is extremely helpful. The account management team does not follow up with our unresolved issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focusing on the most profitable sales opportunities is the key to strong sales. Using Pipeliner, we mark some opportunities as Hot Focus and discuss these jobs during our sales meetings.
Well designed Account Management - I'm building strong relationships!
What do you like best about the product?
My focus is visiting wholesale accounts. I am building stronger relationships with our customers. Our sales are skyrocketing! Pipeliner provides fields to track the last time I contacted the Account, notes from each visit, action items and follow-up reminders. Reporting features on the health of each account is an essential CRM tool. Pipeliner's reporting features are exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner is starting to charge for features unless you choose the expensive Unlimited option. We have been with them since 2017 and it’s frustrating. Sometimes Pipeliner feels like a start-up company that is challenged to find funding. We had access to the feature Account Health for Key Accounts. Pipeliner turned it off and didn’t tell us. I can no longer access the reporting on Key Accounts. No one likes paying for items they had access to and then are removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner helps us build strong customer relationships. We use the mobile app to add notes during customer visits, attach sales figures to accounts, and remember to schedule follow-up calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is designed to increase profitability and support sales on every level. Pipeliner enables us to track sales opportunities and close deals! Robust reporting features direct our attention towards Hot Jobs and Key Accounts helping our Outside Sales reps to prioritize their territory visits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search results are not in alphabetical order. The Pipeliner team prides themselves on simplicity and efficiency but surprisingly allows this daily frustration for their users.

Greater sales pipeline insight, increased sales, key account and contact management.

What do you like best about the product?
The admin portal makes complexity simple. Pipeliner is easy to design. No need to pay a software provider’s developers for customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account Fields do not allow data to autofill user-defined Contact fields. Using the Desktop Hybrid version this basic field titled “type” was able to populate from accounts to contacts. When Pipeliner removed the Hybrid version, they also removed this functionality. Double entry is now necessary. In general, Pipeliner tries to reduce repetitive tasks. They dropped the ball on this one.

Sharing contacts company-wide and managing the sales pipeline.
What you love, you use. Our staff is fully onboard!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is engaging. Easy drag and drop features to move Opportunities through the sales pipeline. Sleek visualization enabled our staff to buy-in quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, this web-based software will freeze or run extremely slow. When it stops functioning, we are unable to work. Pipeliner is essential to our daily processes and this creates high frustration among our staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact Management and Sales Pipeline overview. Excellent results achieving these goals. We were hoping that Pipeliner would help us move towards a paperless system. This was a disappointment. We have used Pipeliner since 2017 and they put no money towards file management.
