A Great application!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it provides a friendly interface to manage all of our clients and potential opportunities! We typically use this software with our own internal intranet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there were more "smarts" behind the scenes of the Pipeliner tool to enable better tracking of high and low priority projects without requiring direct changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM is allowing us to track projects and clients more efficiently from a single, centralized, location within our organization. Since implementing pipeliner, projects and opportunities have been more organized than ever.

Flexible, Intuitive, and Great Support

What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility that Pipeliner provides is great. It is intuitive to use and easy to learn. We are using the full suite of tools for the most part and looking into more
What do you dislike about the product?
The products and categories is slightly less flexible; however, Pipeliner support has worked with us to find workarounds and are actively working on making this more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have greatly improved our forecasting and bookings reporting with the tool. We are also starting to automate workflows to reduce the "busy work" that takes time away from productive efforts
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly flexible and easy to use. Support from them makes it an easy thing to customize for given requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Has many features that help group clients and contacts together to keep track of engagements and campaigns. Many additional modules to connect to external applications to make life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain filtering functions do not allow enough advanced customization to select the information you would like to see, worked with Pipeliner support and these features may be added in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reliably keeping track of engagements and campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner has a very intuitive user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system isnt as intuitive as I would like. I would also like better sharepoint integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better track where opportunities are within our sales pipeline. Our ability to summarize and filter our opportunity data has become better.

What do you like best about the product?
Used by my organization. Once you can set it up for your needs, it works as intended. Gets the job done. Once you get them to build out aspects for you, you can trust the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Required a lot of back and forth just to get a reliable data set for leads logged into the system. I assumed that other users also care to document the total number of leads, but extra work needed to be done to get a reliable count of leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM for our company. Allows us to understand leads, opportunities, pipeline and won opportunities. I feel this does help with overall visibility into our growth opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface for account, contact, and opportunity tracking out of the box. Powerful API for interfacing with our ERP system. Responsive to feature and issue requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billing can be unclear as to which features are included for which user levels. Have hit barriers with the reporting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides company-wide visibility into Account information and history in order to provide our Accounts a better experience.
Establish clear Ownership, Action items, and Next Steps to Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
Provide a clear method to triage new Website and other external leads and integrate them into the Sales Workflow.

Best of all: all accounts, contacts, and opportunities are linked in one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too many steps to create an analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily track the whole history, even if another user used the account earlier.

creating tasks is easy and efficient. attaching documents also possible, adding colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
I consider that Pipeliner CRM is an authentic service to help improve sales since it allows and has a wide range of functions with magnificent characteristics, which are: Pipeline analysis where it allows you to see an instant reading and that makes it possible to intervene to advise instead of selling, it offers exclusive sales files for the archives since it saves all the data, study evaluation and its processes carried out at the time of sales and has extremely well-developed support that responds instantly to any questions about the service and solves problems quickly and efficientently.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike a bit is the voice indication function which is responsible for indicating the tasks and scheduled dates on events and meetings among others, it has a problem which usually falls and the voice is not heard due to audio problems in the function I hope they can solve this complication since it is a nuisance because time is wasted and it does not indicate the saved tasks on certain occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this service as functionality to analyze sales, manage sales and personalize them as it offers us to design channels and partner management, design our database and design advertising graphics, which attracts better proposals and ideas and help to obtain more users when visualizing the sale of the product, we also use it as a tool to generate profiles of potential clients where it allows us to see the characteristics of each one of them and compare their analyzes which is a very striking use since it allows you to have better relationships with potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this system as a tool to help you manage your sales and relationships with potential customers as it offers you a setup where you can research and collect all the data from both customers and sales allows you to view, their review, sales processes and knowing which client can offer you better relations in the commercial part, which is an incredible service since this will help increase your profits and obyain more clients when selling your products.

The lead control is great and keeps track of loose ideas. Also the permanent portfolio overview helps
