Ease of navigation
What do you like best about the product?
The Fact that I navigate easily makes it an exceptional sales tools for salespeople. Good user experience and intuitive look and feel.

With this software, there is no downside

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed process assists both the Sales Manager and Representatives to manage the whole sales process in a more professional way.
A detailed Tech and Process that will ensure various sales reps do not contact or bother the same account which will eventually result to loosing the account.
Also, a tech that provides detailed information about the strength and weakness of each sales rep, which will enable the manager to build on the strengths rather than focusing on improving on the weaknesses of the reps.
It also helps the manager in evaluating various efforts put into the process by individual sales reps for adequate and deserved benefits for the reps.
Finally, it give this assurance to sales reps that there is assistance at any stage of the sales process.

I dislike the possibility of the the technology chosen by the Sales Manager to cumbersome for sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, I am solving the problem of managing the efficiency of each sales rep in the sales process and encouraging them to build on it through effective sales cadence.
It also helps the team members not to have a collision with regards to contacting same account by various members of the sales team.

This is an excellent ideology/principles backed up with efficient tech which will not just help any organisation in improving sales, but also monitor the process, likewise, successfully engaging the sales reps and the managers to work as a body towards achieving a set target.

I like the fact that Pipeliner CRMs can be used to map the sales cycle stages into its pipeline management functionality. Starting from Prospecting, lead conversion and even to the last stage which is Closed won.

For now I don't have anything I dislike about Pipeliner CRM.

For now, I am still at the learning stage and I have not started deploying it into problem solving.

My advice to those looking at Pipeliner CRM is that they should make haste and start using it because it the best CRM available and cannot be compared to any other CRM at the moment. As I personally like the fact that it is easy to use, and it is equally built with the Sales Reps. in mind not just for the Management.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline CRM is a flexible application and professional. The first exclussive sales professional CRM I have come across. Its visuals are fantastic. Keeps you happy and focused. The integration capabilities is topnotch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little expensive and over exciting. I got lost of time management and consciousness each time I used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of reminders were effect solved by the navigator as it shows at a glance and thresholds. Report generation had became easier and more meaningful.

It allows me see a snapshot of all activities of my Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
It offers my an opportunity to use my mails (outlook) without leaving the CRM platform. Hence, I can keep analysing my sales force activities and yet send reviews to them via mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems the platform is too busy per time with too many pieces of information about various activities at the same time. I have fears this might make one lose out on some information if not careful.

It has made me more productive by being able to have all sales information and data in one view and i can review and make decisions immediately

Weekly reporting really sucks, now I don't have to. Sales cadance, overall relationship with management have drastically improved
showing 371 - 380
