What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM interface is user friendly; each user can customize views to suit their needs, everything is visualized for easy use and easy navigation
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner CRM has mobile app with built-in AI, full KPI dashboard to stay informed, helps to know exactly where to focus with AI powered insights. The disadvantage here is that u need to be tech savvy to understand it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and integration with everything; connects with all systems you use and easy import of data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The admin cost is cheaper come to what others are offering and I will be subscribing soon

What do you like best about the product?
The Pipeliner CRM mobile app is a great app with easy navigation and well designed with great features that makes surfing as simple as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that is discouraging yet, I'm loving every bit of it for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The appropriate management of my sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is wide great platform for customers where they can interact with us not only here but in our website, where we take customers to next level of business experience. It enables support technologies toward customer requirement. In addition it is easy to access through CRM mobile. Its a sales friendly interference with highly functions of ticketing and marketing functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides can be consider as Pipeliner CRM should increase or arrange some individual trainings on initial basis to attract more customers in this way users would get attracted toward buying Pipeliner CRM after covering trial version. Further, it could be security and data protection issues with centralized data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we will start getting leads through CRM then it would be more understanding towards solutions, though Pipeliner CRM is great platform to increase prospects to customer leads, converting leads into potential customer, though, it is beneficial to increase your business.

As Pipeliner CRM is wide great platforms for customers where they can interact with each other where we take our customer to the next level of business experience.
It enables today's business environement to identify the supporting technlogies that enables new approach to sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop feature makes pipeliner easy to use. further, the power panel feature is ideal for managers who wish to easily keep track of what the sales team is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feeds feature where one can stay informed on the customers feeds online is not bad but is equally not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking sales professionals and the progress of the opportunities they are involved in. It has become easier to find ways to coach sales on how to go about an opportunity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its an ideal product for the manager who would like to keep his team motivated and informed even when offline.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly and can be accessed even in areas where internet connection is limited. It also puts everything you need into one place, the data that is collected is being accessible to everyone who need to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has eliminate the human element from the business factor. Although it speeds up processes but sometimes its important to do the work on one's own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
has motivated me to use it in managing the customers as its a scalable solution as it fits in within almost any budget and will only grow as the organization grows so that the needs of everyone can be effectively met.

Its the most preferred CRM to use since it is most user friendly. Users can learn the system very quickly and customize what they see to make the system of their own.

What do you like best about the product?
pipeliner simplifies CRM such that it can be done in a fraction of the time and a fraction of the cost of other CRM,this enhances the tracking of the market and sales performance quantitatively and also improve the analysis and reporting for informed business decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
the pipeliner has helped solve the problems and the downsides of past CRM, it has withstood the test of time by going with the culture change, reducing complexity and consulting the salespeople, the pipeliner is way ahead of other CRM, I find no faults

improved access to customer knowledge ,it has enabled build loyalty through improved customer relationship, the pipeliner voyage makes it easy to navigate and explore the data contained in the universe of customers and prospects

looking for good CRM, pipeliner is the write tools for you because its ensures your sales process can run on autopilot by organizing sales data to qualify leads and using interactive sales reporting tools. also it can utilize many different apps from your daily works. to make that simpler and easier, pipeliner integrates with more than 50 popular application such as app for office productivity, support,customer service, contact management, marketing automation,social media, document management, accounting, data migration,ms office suite, zapier, pie-syn, webmerge, magento and many more.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Pipeliner can be integrated to Gmail and Outlook. Ese of use and the data pulling from other website like linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. There is really nothing i can pick out at this moment that i don't like not until i begin to use the crm.

Track of Sales Activities with the pipeline and deal management.

What do you like best about the product?
Bubble Chart View—a 3D map of opportunities which includes 3 crucial dimensions: the sales process stage in which the deal resides, the estimated close date and the deal size. This is the feature I believe that is important to be in real time and will be liked by both salesperson and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is at the bottom, unlike standards in other software I am used to using. I expect use of Pipeliner CRM will lessen this impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many times I have had to resort to spreadsheets because I can't get this information in a simple to view format. The benefit is real time data, as spreadsheets are always out of date the minute after they are produced

I have used many CRM systems, none are as visual or intuitive as this one. Feature packed to provide benefits to both management and salesperson.
