What do you like best about the product?
Usability and navigation is easy due to its sales-friendly interface and simple non tech administration characteristics. it also has excellent visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I failed to integrate it with my yahoo email account. I managed to do so with my gmail email account with ease though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With instant dynamic visualization, i am managing to generate reports such as pivot, advanced business reports, intelligence report, forecast reports, and performance dashboard reports with ease for my clients.

I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO STRENGTHEN MY SALE SKILL AND DEVELOP MORE SALES TECHNIQUES THAT ARE VERY RELEVANT TO MAKE MORE SALE. AND ALSO I CAN NOT COMMUNICATE BETTER WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS.

Pipeliner CRM integrates with the key features of the mobile phone which includes Logging in outbound call conversations as call activities in . It helps both sales people and managers to follow through the client engagement process. Also it is convenient to work on others task such as emails with logging out of the system. Pipeliner CRM has an instant feedback that assists sales people to navigate through the software application.

On the administrators were anyone can administrate the System. We need to configure security checks for client understanding.

After using many CRM programs over my career, I finally found a CRM program that is easy to use, requires less administrative effort and has an amazing visual interface that allows me to see and manage my customer opportunities at a glance. Pipeliner CRM allows me to customize what I see and adapts to my style of working. The mobile app gives me offline access to make changes and updates on the go.

There is nothing that I dislike about this program. The initial set up can take a little time, but once you have your profile set up, the program becomes simple to use.

Pipeliner becomes habit forming. It has become second nature to me and it allows me to keep track of all opportunities and make changes in minutes. My administrative time has dropped significantly.
