Incredible
What do you like best about the product?
Visual interface, AI, automation, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Pipeliner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping pipeline accurate and up to date. Not loosing out on deals.
Best Alternative to Salesforce & HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
This CRM product is intuitive, made for sales, and does not take nearly the time required to get a new employee set up compared to Salesforce. Setting up the instance with your existing software is also straightforward, which usually takes an integration team when using other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you compare all the features, you have way more than HubSpot, but less than Salesforce. This is understandable because the price per seat is not comparable to Salesforece. By far the best value per seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner solves the sales tracking problem and keeps the sales team engaged. This does a great job of letting the team know we are looking for results without the necessity to add tasks manually. The sales team sees this as a tool in their process and provides the management team high-level data to make decisions.

There are so many features that it can take a while to discover them all.

All critical data points from your performance are conveniently displayed so you can know precisely how you are performing and how far you are from your target! Customizable to your company's needs!

Honestly, we haven't found a single pain point yet. With Pipeliner's customized instance, we have exactly what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our Teams locked into their overall goal. At the same time, giving us the best way to log helpful information about our clients! We can continue to innovate with the customization, and Pipeliner will grow with us.
Pipeliner Makes Tracking Opps Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Using Pipeliner to track my opportunities and create intuitive, user-friendly steps to automate the process so I don't forget to reach back out!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipeliner has so many useful features, it might seem overwhelming at first. But using the Knowledge Base (accessible right from your pipeline) you can look up how to do any sort of customization, reporting, or input you would need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner helps me set up processes that automate my responses and touchpoints. Following along the to-do tasks is incredibly straightforward, and allows quick insight into account details just by hovering. My team and boss can follow along with an account's progress and keep eveyone kept up with qualifying tasks along the way.

Basic but Solid CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner had a nice visual appeal and served us well for basic CRM tasks. As referenced by the name, the strongest feature was tracking sales leads using pipelines, in a Kan Ban view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced functions were lacking, such as marketing and workflow automation. Also, the price was fairly high for a basic CRM - we felt there were better choices for our money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customers and leads was a breeze with Pipeliner. The interface was intuitive to use and the program integrated nicely with Microsoft. Having a view of the pipeline made it easy for me, as a manager, to see where my sales team was at any particular point in time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use system, very effective for reporting and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to update a colleagues accounts without prior permission given can sometimes be frustrating, if they are on AL or have not shared the details.

Pipeliner brings in company details automatically, which saves a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely logical layout and functions, a well-developed, sleek product by people who have tested it thoroughly rather than being designed by committee and frustrating the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The API documentation is duplicated in multiple locations on the internet which is confusing, and the introductory tutorials could do with quite some fleshing-out around initial connection and authentication, however once you become au fait with their implementation it works well and is very rapid.

It has vastly improved the professional onboarding of new clients, enhancing collaboration between departments and helping to identify trends and highlight informative data in our client acquisition strategy
