The Future Of CRM-PIPELINER
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner CRM is very flexible and easy to work with, data taking is at its finest, its integration to other major software like excel is very important for business and it aids in the monitoring of the core work process. One characteristic feature is it is very easy to learn without all-embracing training.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeliner is a powerful CRM that can help boost a business' sales in surprising ways, as its system allows for everything from planning sales processes, charts, and profiles, to helping users make better decisions so they can see results in a shorter time frame. I love the service to work daily because its interface is very easy to operate, has a fairly innovative design and above all functional to work smoothly. The service provides access to users through multiple devices such as computers, cell phones, tablets, Mac and through the cloud. Pipeliner is a platform with many useful resources, its performance is spectacular to work with, the experience it provides is magnificent, it really is a good CRM service in which you can see changes in a very short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the reports that Pipeliner provides are quite crude in terms of the content it provides, because it has information that is difficult to understand, very short and sometimes not as useful as one would like, really the only improvement I can say that you need this software is to your reporting and analysis system to provide more complete and useful information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeliner is a CRM software that we have been using for over two years and I can say that the results we have achieved have been great, as it gives us very useful resources to work in a focused way on important goals, provide a quality experience for our distinguished customers, increase revenue streams and accelerate the growth of our brand in the market.

If you are a sales specialist or marketing professional looking for an efficient CRM software I can recommend it as the most complete option to implement the Pipeliner platform in your company, because its operation is truly exponential, it is super easy to use, it is a fairly up-to-date tool, its cost is accessible, its customization capacity is wide and the results you can get can be quite surprising.

What do you like best about the product?
Great overview and super easy and intuitive user-interface. It is very easy to get visibility for you - and your team - of the contacts and/or sales process with your potential customers. This visibility forms the basis for creating value for the company.
Furthermore it is easy to tailor the system to our business needs and also very easy to setup reporting or extract data for further analyzing of your data.
In addition the Pipeliner keeps adding new features that are helpful and valuable to our business. If we have any issues the support is very quick and helpful!

We do not have any dislikes. The system gives us a lot of opportunities and we are not even using all of them.... yet.

It's very intuitive, easy to figure out. Anything that you have questions on, they are very quick to respond and help answer your questions

Haven't found a real negative feature yet, easy to learn and customer service responses are extremely quick and helpful

The pipeline feature allows us to see a running foresight on expected sales, allowing us to accurately forecast for our budgets

I love the easy way to individualize and customize our CRM Software to our affords.
With no programming skills we can easy create our own entry-masks and database with very quick and comfortable summary functions. Its fully Office-integrated and we like the scalable purchase-possibilities. It grows with our company and I´m not scared about any limits the software could have for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are frm the DACH region and I would like to have a german-speaking support for the software for our collegues. Or german-speaking webinar-videos for the usecases for all of this functions.
The second thing that I have missed was a pre-defined setup for a business, that is related to individuals instead of companies. It took a lot of initial affords to rearrange all the Account / Contact - Structure of the programm for using pipeliner as CRM for "human" clients meanly and not for company-accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer-database ist totally clean since we use pipeliner. We have had so many Excel-Sheets, Access-Sheets and self created forms and files before. I don´t miss this time.
With more staff we cann easily manage processes and customer relations with pipeliner. Unfortunatly we don´t use the full power of all functions. But we are learning daily... :-)
