What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about zoom is that available free in the market. You can also access it through your smartphone it's very user-friendly, UI is simple, and helps users to communicate effectively with their workforce. Along with this, you also have features like File sharing, Screen Sharing, and etc. Overall a very good conferencing tool and we are using it for the last 2 years and quite happy with the services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe security is the biggest concern for us while using the zoom. In a free version, you only get 40 minutes of time for zoom meet then it will automatically get over. So it creates an interruption that's awful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this pandemic, we suddenly started to use zoom a lot than before because everyone was working from home and to communicate with them the tool company chose was zoom. So on a daily basis, we use zoom for client meetings and internal meetings with our management and staff many times. It makes your life easy because for file sharing you just have to select a file that you want to share with others and click on the send button and you are done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To all the corporate people who are looking for a free and easy to use conferencing tool go with a zoom that is what would suggest.

What do you like best about the product?
You can invite participants easily, it links to your Google Calendar and gives them the link through their invite. You can also switch the view of participants to be on speaker - or the full crowd so you can see everyone. Even if you don't have a Zoom account you can still use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to change settings if you can't make it to a meeting and need to let participants in without the host. Also the backgrounds a little glitchy and don't cover the back completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved working at home with a team all across the state. We are able to all meet together at once and have very productive meetings, using features like screen share to describe or show what we are talking about.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a bit expensive so I would recommend buying the multi-user one.

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to set up zoom meetings and even edit settings if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't really found anything I dislike with zoom. Never having used it before the COVID-19 lockdowns, it has proven to be very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that you can set up a meeting in no time and add it invitees calendars for efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom everyday with all of my classes. What I like best is that I can see all my students at once and we can have a live lass as if it was in the real brick and mortar classroom. I like the hosting options as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times I have had issues with Zoom not being so stable, but that might be because of so many people using the program all at once. I do not like the options available for the co-host of the meeting. I have a paired teacher with me in class and I really wish she had the same permissions to do things that I have to do as the host. Either she has to wait on me to allow things or direct things to happen within the Zoom platform or if I make her the host, I have to wait for her to unlock a feature. This is a huge disadvantage for me with using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Zoom, I have resolved the problem of not being able to hold class sessions with my students. I meet with them every single day. I also have resolved the problem of not being able to serve my students with disabilities in small group settings. Because Zoom has breakout rooms, small group instruction has been made possible! I can also video ALL the classes. This is great!

Dive in and look at How T videos and absolutely make use of the support. Zoom is a great tool for anyone needing to conference - business, families, schools

From a user stand point it connects to quite a bit of our clients conferencing tools. It's fairly easy for our users to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really against zoom, but we have many clients and they use different conferencing tools that do not connect to zoom so we need to download the software for that conferencing software. It makes thing a bit more difficult when zoom is at the same level and Kleenex ( i have a zoom room. that's actually a google meet, Microsoft teams, GoToMeeting, bluejeans, etc.).

Problems: unable to have face-to-face meetings with staff and clients
Benefits: Being able to connect to staff and clients virtually to have a more personable relationship with our remote employees which aligns with our company views.

If you want a conferencing platform that is easy to use with fair prices for hardware deployments. Then Zoom is a good choice.
If you want to easily manage users and conference rooms. Zoom is for you.
If you want a conferencing software that allows users from 3rd party conference tools to join into a zoom room. Then Zoom is for you. Zoom has allowed to us to connect our staff and clients to zoom rooms even though they connected using a different software like Microsoft Teams.

Ease of use, friendly UI, quick to launch and schedule.

Sometimes launch in browser fails, but this is intermittent

It is very easy to set up a Zoom meeting and to attend. The platform works well over different connection speeds, in a high speed network office setting and over slower speeds.

I don't dislike anything about it - it works very well.

No problems as of now. It has been great to use Zoom to get collaborators from multiple companies together and meet and share ideas and content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try on your own before using it in a live meeting so you can get accommodated to how it works. Otherwise if you have used another platform before, Zoom should be pretty easy for you to figure out.

Zoom is one of the useful app that we are using as audio and video conferencing solution, It has all the features that we look for in a video conferencing app. It has a remote access feature by using u can remotely access the desktop of other users in a call by granting permission.

It has some serious security bugs that need to be fixed.
