Best way to meet and social distance

What do you like best about the product?
Quick access to video conferencing. This system is easy to use. The software allows for AI notetaking which is helpful and easy to follow. Customer support has provided assistance with our implementation as we use Zoom Workplace daily for both clients and staff meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not confident about the security and fear it could be hacked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to make the system more secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great. I find that it is integrated into the tools I already use such as Gmail and Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom can consume alot of my computer's resources and be slow. Also, calling in is always a pain.

Works as Intended, but There Are Plenty of Alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to conduct face-to-face meetings - especially during the pandemic - is important. Zoom is intended for that express purpose, and it does that well. I love the sidebar in the app that keeps a record of all meetings that you have scheduled for a given day or recurring meetings that you have multiple times a week. I love that you can integrate Zoom with other apps like Google Calendar or Calendly, but I find that when creating meetings from within Zoom, the meeting ID can sometimes report incorrectly on the calendar event.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned, creating Zoom meetings and integrating with your Google Calendar can often result in multiple meeting links and confusion when meeting. I also find the vocabulary for various pricing tiers to be a little vague and confusing. Do I purchase a Zoom Room? A license? I'm not sure. I've stuck with the free version of Zoom because of this, and it has served me fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Zoom to conduct face-to-face daily huddles. I find this is a great way to stay on top of the progress of everyone on my team and gives us a chance to get over hurdles/share wins. With everyone working in different places in the country, it's excellent to hold meetings like this every day. I'm also using Zoom for support calls. If a team member is having an issue with something, I can hop on, share my screen, and get them back up and running quickly.

Zoom for Professional Development

What do you like best about the product?
I also like the Mural board. This helps with engagement and makes it feel more engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new updates of the chat and organization options help keep track of the chat more easily. In addition, the AI companion can be very helpful especially if the chat was used extensively. It can quickly help summarize and even pull out possible action items based on the chat. This is very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to safely meet with a large group of people is the biggest problem Zoom solved. An unexpected benefit is that we can have people meet across the state, across the coutnry, or even across the world for trainings when traditionally we were limited to people only training with the same people in their city. In addition, we have seen more people sign up for trainings because they can attend them training from home or work without interrupting their day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Zoom as a video service to connect people in the digital world. Even when we go back to fully in person, we will continue to use Zoom to facilitate meetings because of the ease and accessibility for people to attend.

It works for what it is needed for. Many know how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So much that I need to do is hidden, hard to access, or unintuitive. It is not as seamless and easy to use as it should be, but at this point, it is probably too hard to make much needed improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I can record my online training and repurpose the recording and use them in many different areas. I can use it and share it on Facebook and be live on both platforms. The free version provided all my needs until my company grew to the point where I had multiple people on the call for more than the minimum time, I had to upgrade, but I am glad I did. Zoom is constantly updating the platform with more ways to look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is not good but I do not know if it is a zoom issue or my wifi issue. Freezing is an issue but not sure if it is fixable. For me I understand the platform, but when I am invited to a zoom session I often help the presenter figure out how to use the platform. The paid version does have more bells and wistles than the free version. Possible Zoom could make it easier for new users get educated on using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to coach multiple clients at the same time, help my clients to be inspired and encouraged as I have the feeling of actually being in the same space. It is so much better than a phone. I upload my recordings as YouTube content for trainig purposes and have the recordings in multiple places just incase a platform goes down, I still have access. My clients can get a copy of the meeting for future replay purposes, my clients who cannot attend live get access to replays so they do not miss a beat as well. I love Zoom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I always recommend Zoom to my clients and prospects who are looking for a tool that will help them to connect with their prospects or clients in a more professional way with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a very efficient use in my job to meet with parties in a timely way that are out of state or in a different time zone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the controls you want to find quickly are hard to find, such as breakout rooms and recording the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet during COVID and to be able to meet due to lack of time.

If needing to connect and securely this is a great way to do that

Virtual meeting made easy for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been helping full when it comes to the virtual meeting, taking interviews, or giving presentation special in the pandemic era. I like how the presenter is able to select who talks and who listens. Compatible on both devices so that you can continue your business on the move. for students who are now attending classes online its the voice number one because it's free and as said above you can use it on ur smartphone with no problem.

easily integrate with 3rd part software for seamless use. My best part is that you are able to add to google calendar so that you are reminded before time thus help you not miss an appointment or class.

It is light in the sense that with your smartphone on the move 3G still feels like you are on high internet speed. The video is clear and the audio has no distortion which makes it easy to attend the meeting even on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, I would say the product according to my line of work has no negative point. It helped me save money compare to other software and allows me to keep in contact with family and friends or colleagues. Presenting my ideas to other companies or talking to my clients is better than using some of the software available on the market today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long-distance communication became easier and cheaper. For tasks that require me to travel, I can just schedule a zoom call and have it solved online, Since now we have to maintain restriction on physical contact by staying indoor. I have come to the conclusion that most businesses if not all can be ran online thanks to solutions like zoom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom is perfectly fine if you are into a business that works remotely or has remote employees. if you are a student that is taking online classes. It the right product or at least give it a try rest you will know

Reliable Virtual Meeting Software

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a diverse platform with many options in the meetings and webinar function. There are engagement features such as the polls, chat, Q&A, view formats, and more. The extensive setup options allow for each meeting to be customized and this platform integrates directly into Outlook to make scheduling quick meetings simpler. The waiting room feature and practice sessions allow staff the time to get settled and ensure once launched all our settings are correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all the settings which can be a plus, cause confusion during setup so a slight learning curve here. Also custom frames are in a higher paid version than we subscribe to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us with virtual private meetings, public meetings, educational webinars and social networking events. We have learned most individuals use Zoom in some capacity now and are not only familiar but comfortable with us using this technology to provide a connection platform for them.

Find a way to integrate it with as many of your current technology platforms as possible.
