Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, very intuitive. Love the breakout rooms
What do you dislike about the product?
That the chat conversation is deleted once the meeting is over. And the breakout room can be closed by the zoo admin without an early notice.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the great things about Zoom is its Participants capacity, it can host upto 500 people in a single video conference. From my experience the quality of video and audio is better than other competitor products in the mrket, it connects faster and is more stable.
We use the recording feature often so that we can go back and look at what the session was about and learn from it. I use zoom both on my computer and my android phone so I can work and connect when traveling.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom needs a constant steady internet connection to work at optimum level, this in turn means it consumes alot of data compared to other products. Also it seems like a very powerful app and consumes energy, hence draining battery life quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration has become much better among teams because they can connect and have brainstorming sessions. Making of reports on performance or presenting new ideas or products has become quicker to do with zoom.
I use zoom also for recording meetings, training sessions, and conferences.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
While there are other products out there that offer video conferencing and meeting solutions, it has been our experience that zoom is the most reliable, professional and suitable for all kinds of organisations. It is more popular and connecting to it is easier and quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
You get to see and talk to the people of whom you're supposed to interview with and/or have an interview with, as well so to use it for other important meetings and such
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of except for but being afraid to mess up, like missing out on an important interview & such. Plus, if you nor too familiar with the thing that's going on, it could be complicated as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I am solving is the time and energy it takes to interview a possible employer or someone like it. The benefits that I had realized is that it helps its employers with the Interview process during the pandemic

Anyone who has a business or who is thinking about owning one Sometimes, it could be used for other important business, as well..

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a trusted platform for meetings and I use it daily at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issues that I wish they would change- when sharing your screen you cannot open a webpage and show a video- you have to stop sharing your screen and grab the webpage and share. Also, if you are sharing tour screen and need to invite someone using the invite feature you have to stop sharing tour screen. We do a lot of division hour long meetings (where I share the agenda slides) so this is disruptive

Easy to use basic platform and now includes closed captioning as well as controls if you have an interpreter speaking in another language.

Zoom is easy to use. They are always adding new features to make the platform better. Breakout rooms have made running a theatre online easy.

Some settings can only be changed by logging in via the internet instead of desktop or phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to stage several live theatrical productions completely on Zoom. This has allowed us to continue operating even though we were unable to perform in person due to the pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great! I recommend looking at the settings every so often, as they are always adding new features.

Zoom is fairly user friendly. The interface where you can see most participants in the meeting is very helpful as well.

Sharing screens is hard. It does not allow for quick switches. It's also hard to monitor the chat while presenting.

Problems: Learning different ways to share that allow you to see participants and monitor the chat.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great way to meet with large groups of people but sharing, especially with videos, is difficult. When presenting, it is helpful to have videos up beforehand to share or to make sure that you're very comfortable with Zoom before presenting a more complex presentation. I would also recommend having an outline of the meeting, including any break out rooms and polls before as well because it does take a while to set up polls and breakout rooms.

What do you like best about the product?
Time Saver. I lead a team of salespeople traveling all over the city, and Zoom has made it convenient for us to have our weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one meetings without the travel time we were doing previously.

There were a few items that needed tweaked but all is good now.

I used Zoom for a couple of years with a client that had weekly meetings with team members from across the country, so this has been a great alternative to other conference call set-ups.
Zoom is a great ally for teachers in distance or hybrid learning.

Zoom is an app that simplifies the way we communicate. It has various fantastic preferences like zoom backgrounds, breakout rooms, and other interesting and helpful tools for teachers.

Few things to dislike about zoom, but maybe the way it stores recorded sessions or videos just for 30 days.
I would also like zoom to save conversations or zip videos so I can dowload them quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems, for example, daily communication with students. Zoom helps us deal with shy students that communicate just in break-out rooms or private chat, and it allows us, teachers, to become their guide one on one and give them specific feedback.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create meetings and easy to join. You just share your meeting code and password and you're all set!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there's only a 40 minute time limit for a basic account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the covid pandemic it made it easy to connect with coworkers for meetings without having to leave our homes.
A powerhouse video conferencing and webinar tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly easy to use with one-click meeting starts and a desktop app that makes quickly starting or joining a meeting super easy. I've been a long-time user and lover of Zoon but since the rise of working from home that began in 2020 they've added even more incredible features that beef up security for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a prolific user who spends roughly 15-20 hours per week on Zoom on average, I wish I had the ability to customize the settings more to my liking. My clients know when I'm recording and not recording and, as a pro user, I would love to be able to turn that off because it also creates an extra audio file when I'm recording podcast episodes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My entire business model is 100% virtual and so being able to use Zoom allows me to stay visually connected with clients and my team so that we can communicate effectively to get projects planned, implemented, and finished. I also use Zoom to record my podcast and really love how versatile the software is so that I don't have to pay for multiple single-use products.
