Zoom in the field of education is the antidote to the epidemic
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has brought a new horizon for the developing world during the Corona epidemic. Zoom is a great platform to launch a full range of educational activities, including classes, presentations, and group presentations. Zoom is an extraordinary discovery that contributed to the development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Zoom continues to be one of the milestones in tackling the post-Corona challenges of the twenty-first century, making a groundbreaking contribution to the development of educational activities around the world, especially in developing countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's data sharing policy and unwanted spying are two of its main flaws. The 40-minute meeting time limit, occasional classes for students from developing countries, giving presentations, and other academic activities disrupt harmony. Because not everyone can afford to upgrade to the premium version. Everyone uses the free version more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Student exam monitoring and viva voce during covid-19 pandemic. It's an awesome platform for conducting virtual classes. Powerpoint screen sharing and writing dashboard is also an excellent feature.

It is a user-friendly platform for both teachers and students to get the maximum quality of virtual education during the COVID-19 pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
Few things that stand out for me-
1) Ease with which one can initiate and start business meetings. It's never been so easy to get started. (No limitation to participants)

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great video conferencing tool with the idea of connecting with your team online. But for other video solutions like webinars, events, or even video testimonials, if zoom brings together one solution for all kinds of platforms, it will be easy for a user to manage end-to-end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Daily stand-up calls with the team. (Update regarding the work status and other sync ups)
2) Prospect and client calls to pitch our product/ offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
Its features are excellent & it's easy to use for our users from diverse departments on any device from anywhere without any technical experience. It enables us to stay connected with our Field Sales & SErvice Staff continuously. We have solved many of our customer's onsite problems instantly using the Zoom Video Conferencing facility. We use the chat feature to make notes and maintain records of the Minutes of the Meetings. We also use the facility of recording the session for future reference. It's ideal for online training when our users are widely dispersed and attend the session while in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timings of a free session need to be rethought. We feel it must be allowed for a video meeting length of at least 60 minutes and not just 40 minutes. We can not provide a licensed version to everyone, especially those not front-facing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been an excellent tool for our small organization during pandemic times when all our team members operate from different locations. It enabled us to stay connected daily and engage better with each other. Now, it has become a daily feature of our organization, and we connect with our branch offices with the help of Zoom Video Conferences.

It's one of the most intuitive video conferencing platforms that provides all the features, including good audio/video quality, group chatting, hand raising, sharing the screen, recording the sessions, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing tangible yet to complain about this app. it's more than a year and six months of using zoom application. The only thing I can say that happens though not frequently is when the network fluctuates and That's not because of any issue from the application, it usually happens when the internet isn't strong, steady or bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom application is the only application my church (JIA COMMUNITY DUBAI) finds suitable for our main and weekly meeting. It allows church members attend church services from the comfort of their homes, from work places and from all parts of the world without any form of restrictions, be it covid or lockdown.

What do you like best about the product?
In zoom what I like most about it is it uses multiple room in a single meeting which help us to engage a particular group within their members and anytime again we can all come out of it and make fully interactive meeting. It's allows us vote which is really cool. Also, various kinds of layout are available here which help me to be comfortable as per my need. Like if I want I can do only presenter then I will only presenter in my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart of all good features there are something that I really didn't like which is it's video quality is very low. It takes very high speed internet overwise it's start getting reconnecting. Also this application didn't work in mobile phone without application installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has a crucial role during the time of COVID. As COVID is increasing rapidly day by day it was the only way through which our works remains continued. My childrens are attending online classes which is only due to zoom. It has various benifits like with the support of zoom in work culture various companies are now providing job opportunities with remote work from our comfort of home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly Recommended for personal and professional use both. Because it provides 30-50min zoom meeting limit for totally free. Which is quite enough for personal use.

at first it was awkward when we have to do important meeting online.but zoom has made it mainstream and normal.compared to skype,i would prefer zoom

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature to add to my google calendar and it is so much easier to meet with clients especially with covid and those who would rather meet via zoom than in person. I like the background options as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version can be a bit confusing, but maybe just something to get used to. I also think if you are the host, it should auto sign in if the remember password is selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to schedule meetings easier and do them virtual versus in person. It is so universal so having many others know how to use it makes it easier to use.

I would recommend practicing how to use it so you are prepared when it is time to meet with a client.
