Great way to meet with clients, but free plan has limits
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this makes it for me to meet with clients and prospects. I'm able to easily schedule and host video chats with people all over the world. As long as you have a solid internet connection, you're pretty much good to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love how easy this makes it for me to meet with clients and prospects. It's not without its occasional technical glitches, but for a free service, you get great value. One thing I dislike about the free version is that it limits you to only 40 minutes if you have more than one person on the call. This wouldn't be a problem for me since almost all of my calls are one-one, but for some reason, it counts the software I use to transcribe my calls (Grain) as a third person. Another technical issue I come across is that you can't do everything from the app that you can do on your desktop (for example, I can't figure out how to record from my computer and have it save to my Zoom account. I feel like that should be an option (rather than saving it to your device). I also can't figure out how to use the cool Zoom backgrounds other people use. But, again, considering I don't use the paid version, I can only complain so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've always worked virtually, so this isn't solving the problem of having a way to meet remotely in the way it s for a lot of people. However, it has given me a trusted platform to hold calls with clients. Almost everyone is already familiar with Zoom, so I haven't had anyone feel weird about my process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to meet with multiple people, consider upgrading to the free version or you're going to have to either cut meetings short or ask everyone to hop back on once your 40 minutes runs out.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy Zoom is to use. The UI is pretty straightforward and intuitive and combined with excellent UX, Zoom is the absolute best software for meetings. You can connect to meetings with up to 99 guests and host long sessions without interruption. Zoom allows you to integrate any calendar, such as Google or Outlook into your application to host or schedule your meetings. Outlook is the best one as you get alerts for your sessions in the notification tab on Windows directly whenever you get an invitation or your meeting is about to commence. Zoom also sends reminders to ensure that you don't miss the meeting if you happen to forget about it by chance. Zoom is excellent for chats, where you can exchange messages with any contact one-on-one. You can also create channels with multiple users to chat with several people at a time. You can bookmark specific messages to mark them as important, which you can view from the sidebar at any time, which is an easy way to create reminders or pin important messages. Zoom allows you to import contacts seamlessly from external sources like Outlook, Linkedin, Gmail, etc., acting as a universal application for communication. For the contacts you communicate with frequently, you can right-click to star them so that you can find them at the top of the list for convenience. Every Zoom account comes with a personal meeting room, which you can use for private sessions with a few people. Personal meeting rooms never expire and have the same PMI that you can reuse to host as many sessions as you want. One of the best features of Zoom is that you can record your meetings and Zoom will display them in a list next to your upcoming meetings. You can go through any previous session from the last 30 days to review, make notes, or find specific topics of conversations that you can clip. You can never miss out on anything on Zoom thanks to its excellent notification system. You can see a list of channels or chats in which your name was mentioned to respond to those messages specifically. Zoom shows you all the files shared in a chat in an array, which you can view and download on any device.

Zoom is fine the way it is and I don't dislike anything in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is what my coworkers and I use for regular meetings. The pandemic has made it troublesome to work in the office and through Zoom, not only can we see each other in video calls but also work like we used to back in the day through collaboration features that Zoom provides. We can screen-share effectively without compromising video calls. This also applies to sessions that others start, allowing you to view multiple screens simultaneously and switch between any of them for full-screen viewing. The quality of screen sharing is excellent overall and we can clearly see and read texts, which is beneficial when we're working on software projects and database updates. There's never been an issue with legibility on Zoom so far even though there's no way to zoom in and out of screen sharing. We can use apps to allow collaboration on any medium. Zoom is a widely used software and it supports integrations with many software for collaboration, productivity, CRM, analytics, and work management. Even without direct support for documents and spreadsheets, we can create and edit them on the cloud simultaneously as a team and save them locally on our devices. The benefit to Zoom is that any feature that doesn't come built-in can be added via apps later on depending on your preferences and needs without any hassle or performance drop.

Zoom is widely used everywhere for meetings and it has been an excellent replacement for traveling in-person for business negotiations and discussions. You can accomplish any task from anywhere since you can see the people you're communicating with face-to-face in real-time in video calls. There are no downsides to Zoom and its app support makes it vastly superior to every other meetings software.

The most helpful about zoom is that we can share the screen and explain it clearly and make it all so easy. On the other hand, we can see all of the participant well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I obtain the connection such as the need for a good connection, wifi, or using a mobile phone as a modem. The serious obtain that currently still many people don't know how to use zoom properly, especially old men.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To make sure that we can use the zoom properly, we had prepared well kind of features such as audio, video and our device is compatible with support tools. Finally, make sure that connections are very well while we zoom meeting.

Make sure your device is used for the meeting by zoom like a laptop is useful, has a good connection

zoom brings a lot of benefits to me, what I like the most about zoom is that it helped me study online during the covid 19 pandemic, I couldn't go to school and see friends, but thanks to zoom, I still participate. Join teachers' lectures, meet friends and the most special thing is that Zoom is completely free for users.

it's hard to find what I'm not satisfied with about zoom, if so, I probably wouldn't like some of the rumors about zoom that the security feature of zoom is not good, possibly exposing user information. I hope this is not true
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a problem with zoom, when I first used it, we studied and talked together for a maximum of only 40 minutes, then zoom stopped, if we want to continue using it, we have to create a new meeting. , which would interrupt and sometimes frustrate me. But then I discovered unlimited zoom and knew how to sign up, so zoom time is no longer an obstacle, we can study and chat for as long as we want.

Zoom is essential for my company's hybrid work from home style.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features include screen recording, screen sharing, and custom backgrounds. I also like the camera settings that allow you to adjust the background, adjust for low light, and even 'touch' up your appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom could improve by adding more backgrounds as well as creating zoom links that are not necessarily viewed as a URL. If it was possible to share a zoom link in a more user-friendly format it might help some less tech-savvy people hop on the zoom call with a little less coaching on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not run into any problems with zoom other than not configuring certain settings due to the lack of meeting controls options in the actual app. I have greatly benefitted from Zoom's integrations as well as the ability to meet with my co-workers and prospects face to face (virtually). Zoom has allowed my company to maintain our company culture even while working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's worldwide support is what I like best about the software. You can use it anywhere to have conferences with just about anyone. It doesn't matter if they use Zoom or not frequently because Zoom allows anyone to join conferences as a guest regardless of the device they're operating. Anyone can host a conference from any device, after which they can send invitations to the people they want in their conference via email if they don't use Zoom or add a list of participants from their contacts list. If they're your contact on Zoom, Zoom will automatically send them a private message with your invitation on your behalf. Conferences are top-notch and Zoom uses around 1Mbps for conferences, allowing you to communicate effectively even on slower connections. At the very least, you'll have audio conferences with no issues no matter where you are, which use even fewer data. Zoom is perfect for webinars as it allows presentations from any file type. You can add the slides you've created from Powerpoint or Slide into the task area to begin a presentation immediately. The other participants can move to previous slides seamlessly and forward, but only up to the slide you're at. This gives them ample time to make notes or go through any specific points they may have missed without stalling the entire conference room. This is also very helpful in classrooms for students who want to go through a previous slide to comprehend better. Zoom supports the recording of conferences, which also extends to anything displayed within the conference, such as presentations. You can record and review every single detail at any time as Zoom makes the recordings available within the program immediately after the meeting has ended.

There's nothing I dislike about Zoom. It's been nothing but fantastic since day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using Zoom religiously for the past two years alongside my coworkers for our work and conferences. The COVID-19 pandemic made it impossible for us to work on-site, forcing us to work from home for the foreseeable future. Through Zoom, we've been able to accomplish this easily and transition to working from home without causing any disruption. The streamlined conferences make it possible to stay in touch with one another during group work since Zoom allows up to 100 users, which is more than enough since we rarely have more than 15 users at a time. Even when we're away from home and visiting family or relatives, we're able to continue our work using our laptops through which we can connect via Zoom. Working from home or anywhere but the office wouldn't be possible without Zoom, which has given us more flexibility. Zoom's presentations are flawless and allow us to have webinars with a large number of users. For group work, we strongly use screen sharing to pass information and brainstorm algorithms. The benefit of Zoom is that it's usable for any reason. Aside from businesses, even schools are using it for their classes and assignments. Besides face-to-face communication through conferences, students can get one-on-one sessions easily with the teacher at any time and being able to record the sessions makes it so that the students never miss any important topic that is taught.

My experience with Zoom comes from my business needs, which has been positive. I can vouch for Zoom as its features offer many different uses, including virtual classrooms and webinars. You can start using Zoom without paying any money, which is fantastic.
Best video conferencing app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very good app for video conferencing. We can connect to atleast 100 people together in a video call. We can also do online meetings through this app. It is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security concern is there as hacker can hack the meeting password and share it to anyone and then people not wanted can also join the meeting. And if there is any issue with zoom then customer service can take 2 to 3 days to reach you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom is very easy to use. you can just set up your profile and if you wanna host any meeting then you can simply start a meeting and share it's password to the people who you want to join. You can use it on desktop, laptop or mobile phone.

It's not logged when you have a meeting at the office. it is very useful and it is easy to use this app. The best thing is the settings are very friendly to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some settings in the application is not applicable on all kinds of laptop. If the laptop is too old I can't use the green screen background I need to provide green background to use the green screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I'msolving the settings of the camera and headset to see if its working or not. The benefit that I realized is it is new concept of meeting not face o face but through zoom meeting .

Zoom's is user friendly. The best feature I like is that you can send a personal message during the meeting on the platform.

While sending personal message, you have to select the receiver everytime you message them. Sometimes it ends up being sent to the whole group by mistake.

It was very helpful to me specially during this lockdown. All my lectures were held on zoom platform. I did alot of courses which were done on zoom. I was able to stay in touch with the world by staying at home.

The most helpful part of Zoom is that it allows you to connect and have meetings with people from any part of the world. You can have casual conversations or business conversations with one or more people at the same time. Zoom is fairly easy to use and its user interface is one of the friendlier ones. The quality of meetings is excellent and you can have virtual sessions without worrying about any possible audio fluctuations or video blur. Zoom can be used on any device of convenience, which is a huge upside as it allows you to work from anywhere, not just from your home. Many use Zoom for work, collabs, and classes now due to its streamlined features of screen sharing, file transfer, and webinars. You can have rooms with any number of participants, which helps greatly in having specific rooms for specific topics of discussion. Screen sharing can be done in one-on-one chats or meeting rooms for sharing purposes. For people working with multiple monitors, Zoom allows you to choose between sharing a specific window or a specific monitor, which shares the entire screen with all of the participants. Zoom is suitable for small to medium-sized meetings for free, where you can have up to 100 participants. But you can raise the limit to up to 300 participants by getting Zoom Pro or Zoom Business, making Zoom affordably scalable. You can record all meetings, calls, and screen shares on Zoom, which Zoom saves on the cloud for global access no matter the device. That being said, Zoom is also available for mobile phones, allowing you to have cross-platform communication with just about anyone you have as a contact. Working from home is a challenging task as you don't see your colleagues face-to-face nor do you have anyone to help when you run into issues. But Zoom helps ease that tension as you can communicate with anyone using chat messages or meetings. You can have private sessions or group sessions with more people. For productivity, Zoom offers a lot of value. With Zoom Pro or higher, you can have meetings that last up to 24 hours and up to 1GB in storage for recordings in the cloud. Screen sharing is what makes Zoom work as a reliable medium of collaboration as you can work together and allow remote access to any of the participants to control input devices such as mouse and keyboard. This is very helpful for customer support agents when they want to help clients with niche problems and train recruits. The benefit is easily Zoom's portability. You can use it on any medium, including web browsers. Zoom's plugins on Outlook, Chrome, Firefox, etc., allow easier management of meetings and clear up your schedule as necessary.
