Using Zoom for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use. I downloaded it and set my appointments. It sets the time and date when needed and off you go!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can improve its hours of usage, at least one hour per meeting. Sometimes when I use the Zoom audio and video do not work right away I have to conduct a pre-check to ensure everything is working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Zoom for mentoring graduate students. We meet on Sundays for one-to-one coaching. The benefits of this are good because many of the students live in many states and countries. Zoom helps to meet everyone face-to-face.

Zoom is very useful for meetings, it is easy to use and easy to download

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing , I liked about the zoom meetings are the UI and easily access the features and definitely best environment for online connectivity.I will continuing the use of zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know, I didn't find the any bad stuff about the zoom meetings the only part of this meeting. Somewhere I am loosing some privacy of the users and data leakage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly realized while I am using the zoom meetings are the host and making all the users to share your screen and give the suggestions would be greatful. That's beautiful.

What do you like best about the product?
Security is always my first concern when it comes to using software and Zoom meets my expectations in this regards. Beyond the aforementioned , Zooms ability to work on major operating systems and device types, has made it a straightforward experience for me , to join meetings from any location possible.
It comes with default tools , with which I am able to chat and collaborate with fellow participants in my meetings , to maximum effectiveness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is quite famous for high bandwidth consumption. Perhaps a bit of concern for me but I am much more concerned with the quality of audio and video during calls , ease of use etc which are strong areas of my Zoom experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives us a reliable substitute for physical meetings ,particularly in situations where parties involved are scattered around different locations. Thus , I can also say that Zoom has saved my organisation money , by limiting the number of company-wide physical meetings that we need to organise in a business year.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found an issue in the app but the data breach is a big problem every year zoom data leaks on the dark web. It requires a high-end PC to run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of zoom is I can easily share my screen with my teammates. I can easily record the meeting to watch later. HD audio calls help me to hear without interruption.

What do you like best about the product?
I, personally, used the free Zoom. However, the organization that I am associated with, use the pay version. I do not know how much they pay for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can enhance file management capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom supports large audiences for companies and organizations with many members. I like that it can be streamed on other platforms such as Facebook. The meetings can be recorded and reviewed on a later day. Zoom connects people from all other the globe in one virtual space at the same time.

we cant make multiple hosts in the same meeting,
during meeting sometime the shared screen will be disabled,

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
during the covid pandemic, all are working from home, and very difficult to capture the project movement/update, with the help of zoom we can connect with our project employees also we can keep tracking the project plan.

What do you like best about the product?
the biggest thing our company uses is workflow automation we like that fact that it summarizing chat and set up reminders for us, the one thing we want to work on is the AI summary we had some issues in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI-generated meeting summaries can misinterpret tone or include irrelevant or private comments not a huge fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we solved was reaching our clients in different states and countries we would just depend on phone calls but being able to meet face to face make for a better client relations

if your looking to build strong customer relations i highly recommend using zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of someone that isn't techy to be able to easily jump in and have Face to Face conversations no matter where in the world we are. I'm jumping on Zoom calls with clients all over the world every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because they are growing so much over the last few years sometimes we have to be aware of there being issues here and there. Nothing too often though. I've rarely seen it be too difficult though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More conversations with prospects and clients daily. Also, sometimes it's much faster to jump on a Zoom and share screens with clients than to try to walk through support issues via email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of Zoom's features and connect it with your other tools such as your calendar system or my personal favorite Otter to transcribe the whole meetings for you. We're talking about massive time savers when you learn how to make your tools like this work together.

You can gather lots of people without having the need to always keep accepting outside people from the company. Also the presentation mode is so much clearer than any other platforms out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there are too many people around it can be a bit messy and lag a bit. Also chat functionalities sometimes are not very much noticeable which can make it harder for the host to understand if someone is talking or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the go-to option in my company for any time of meetings. At fridays we have a company meeting and we use zoom to host it which is a very nice moment to share some feedback and development on the state of the company

I like that it can be used on my phone or my computer. It is very user-friendly. I like that I can send emails and receive emails of the date and time of the meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how if you use it on the desktop you have to dial the phone call in, even when I am on an internet-based phone that is connected to my computer. It seems to work better for the phone app.

Zoom worked very well for my company for having meetings virtually during COVID. Then we could have meetings and not be crowded in a conference room. It has helped businesses stay connected and sage
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend having both the mobile app and the login for the computer. It makes it easier to use if you already have both ready to go. It is great for meetings and interviews.
