Using video to communicate with teammates is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a lot of options when you're in a meeting, you have a chat, options to raise your hand, you can use background and a lot more cool stuff , you just need to check the options on the app
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if Zoom had more backgrounds and animated backgrounds to use but, even though it has a lot of things to do, they're quite limited on the customization of that options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually even that Zoom doesn't have a lot of options , is constantly updating , so I hope on that updates they are adding more customizable options for the consumer

Everything on Zoom is great, check every option so you can know everything on the app that can be really useful

What do you like best about the product?
easy to join meetings, can create rooms during meeting for some activities, easy to create a new meeting and send invite to my team members, hassle free experience made my work life very habitable in attending conferences and meetings from different places with my colleagues during work from home, if i have some technical errors I can just share my screen with IT person who can guide me in zoom call, able to chat during calls. background can be blurred if am out and people are around, idea of backgrounds are cool designed, I can go mute when I feel i have a intruder around, its just safer option during office meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
while I switch my network connection the call gets disconnected, due to which I got to re-join the meeting, it happened during my 1on1 meeting, i had to face a little discomfort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helped in attending meetings and conferences from home, could host events like small activities on last working day of the week with my teammates, benefitted me a lot in my previous job as well as in my present job, easy to arrange meetings with my clients,

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom backgrounds first of all that's huge. Not all video apps have that feature. Zoom is really great for conferencing and 1:1 meetings as well as training. It's truly indispensable.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest criticism of Zoom is the audio quality overall. Specifically with music. When I teach music lessons on Zoom the audio lag is pretty bad. So much so that it is NOT my preferred platform for teaching music. The audio on FaceTime or Google Meet is significantly better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with not only my team but my clients as well in a remote environment. Putting a face to the name and being able to have human interactions face-to-face is preferred over just calling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're going to be conferencing with multiple people (more than 2) sign up for Premium because your meetings will end automatically after 45 min with more than 1 guest.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a clean interface which can even help a beginner to understand its features and use it easily for his purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the biggest problem with Zoom is that its plans are too expensive to purchase for a mid-size firm too.
A firm with more than 150 employees will find it very difficult to communicate through its free version as it allows only limited sign-ins.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the lockdown, when meeting in person was hardly available, Zoom has been a savior for all of us to communicate with people, be it for the business work or some personal work.

Please make sure you have a good internet connection while using Zoom, as Zoom uses a lot of internet to process video and audio.
Also make sure that you have a device with proper configurations so as to ensure smoothness while meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best thing about using the Zoom app, is the fact I can make my presentations as if i am physically before my clients or colleagues. Note only that i get to make live notations...It is a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, I host most of my meetings, I think what i dislike is the fact that i can,t unmute participants, perhaps it is a drawback or just the way the app is designed. When i want someone to talk, i should be able to unmute the person, instead waiting endlessly, or being ignored by the participant.

Best for scheduling video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Zoom Scheduler is that we can directly schedule a meeting from Google calendar. We can also remind ourselves before the scheduled time so that we do not miss the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could have been better and could have been a bit more user-friendly. I also wish there was a separate software instead of the plug-in for the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom Scheduler helps me in the smooth functioning of my business since I can host a video meeting without any delay. I am also able to conduct online classes regularly in time.
I Use It for All Virtual Meetings and Podcast Recording
What do you like best about the product?
I am a business coach with the need to schedule meetings with my clients. I like Zoom because it is a low cost option to host and record meetings, share my screen, and record my podcast. Zoom actually separates the audio from the video so editing is easier. The software also integrates with Calendly and other software so my Zoom meeting syncs to my schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can say about Zoom is sometimes the video is grainy or the mic glitches. This doesn't happen often but happens enough to be noticeable.

Zoom offers me a solution to record my meetings and save to the cloud. I also have a separate audio recording for my podcast. Additionally, I can share a link to the recording with my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a very good platform for virtual meetings; since the pandemic, virtuality became part of our lives and Zoom helped a lot to keep families, friends, and work connections connected. As an application, its ease of connection is good as long as you have the meeting link or ID.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I see is that it has specific meeting times and you have to reschedule it, therefore I use Zoom only for more informal things like passing the time and not as a remote work tool.

Zoom has benefits, such as screen sharing, the ability to write on the screen, it can be used by phone call, connectivity for up to 100 people, it is a useful tool.

As a Zoom user, I recommend based on my experience to use it with your group of friends, family, as something more informal.

When using this product in large meetings with a large number of people, I noticed that the sound quality is not good and I needed to close the program and then open it again.
