I enjoy how easily I have absorbed Zoom
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is harder to use once you have become used to the desktop application. Some interviewees have a hard time getting on to calls if they are not super familiar with the format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how I have integrated Zoom into my workflow. I do several interviews a day. And during a pandemic keeping people safe has been critical, but post-pandemic it has allowed for people in all branches to be part of our hiring process. This means more buy-in!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you get zoom for your company make sure there is a few Zoom experts on staff. It has been a game-changer for our team!

What do you like best about the product?
The various way to enter a meeting is very commendable. You can either join through the personal link or personal ID. Moreover, the stunning feature of being able to record the entire meeting is very conducive for learners. You can interact in the chat tab, and write your message and the cool feature is that you can specifically select the person in the meeting you would like to address the message to.
What do you dislike about the product?
May I say the limited minutes of using it and the number of people that can be accommodated inside the meeting. Other than that, the whole experience using this application is very commendable to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conventionality of reaching out to our friends with just a click of our fingertips. Also for professionals, it is when presenting a presentation to your viewers
Best for scheduling an online meeting
What do you like best about the product?
This works best for me as I can schedule my zoom meeting daily directly from chrome rather than opening zoom separately and doing the same. It saves time for people who works online.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags certain options which we have while starting the meeting from zoom app like the option to choose personal room meeting. It can improve with time more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves some clicks for a bussy and regular online working professional as it can directly schedule a meeting from chrome rather than signing in on zoom app and then doing it also it reminds us before time to join the meeting. This works like a charm.

I have used Zoom very frequently for business use. There are excellent options provided in the zoom settings. You can use zoom-in group meetings and one on one meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the meetings in zoom the security is a matter of concern which may be compromised and other privacy matters. Generally, these options are secure but at some stage may be compromised not authenticated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I have contacted zoom helpline when there are technical problems and the services provided were very excellent and I found that they reply immediately.

Nothing very tangible, just small delays in audio-video synchronization. And then, if the connection speed drops, the application becomes unstable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now, Zoom is the only application we use for remote meetings, and not only us, but many others also find it appropriate. It was very effective during the Covid-19 period in all parts of the world.

The best thing about zoom is that you can schedule your meeting at any time, and execute it. It has many features so that the meeting organizer can control meetings in their way and you can also stream the meeting with different platforms. It is completely free to use, and it's user interface is also very interactive.

As we know that everything has its advantages and disadvantages, there is lot of security concern while using zoom and the other thing is that it lacks many security features if we want our camera off then if by mistake it is own and we are on the other window then it have to give warning or notify us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is one of the best used application in the covid period and it evolves the way of taking meeting, student classes, tution, online with its excellent features. The zoom help me lot, my university used zoom for conducting the online classes in lockdown, and I also connected with my friends with the help of zoom.

There are many things I like about Zoom, it always gets me out of trouble for urgent meetings, I can organize meetings with my coworkers and according to their availability, I like that I can record the meetings and save them in the cloud because this serves as a basis for organizing future projects and plans according to the ideas raised in the meeting. Another thing I like about this software is that you can share the screen and allows other people to view what I am doing, a very innovative remote access.
In addition, I can use a timer that pauses the meeting and after the added time the meeting restarts automatically, this is something that I and my coworkers like because we can take a break and then continue working. Also, you can make signs and they are activated on the screen, and I can dismiss or postpone the meeting with just one button, without much protocol.

Zoom works very well, but from my point of view it should improve certain things like:
1. Screen sharing does not allow others to demonstrate the screen they are sharing with you, such as annotating, pointing, or flipping.
2. First the meeting starts and then you can make all the notifications, this should be before the start of the meeting.

I have obtained many benefits thanks to Zoom, I am more connected with my coworkers, we have improved work plans because we have dedicated more time to it, I can keep up with all the things of the company and I have dedicated more time to my home because now I can do a remote job. I can also make a presentation to improve workplace communication, this makes it more dynamic and effective.

If you work with many people and you like or need to keep in contact with your clients, I recommend that you use Zoom, it is very economical and it is also a long-term investment, it is not only useful for your business but it can also be used to communicate with other people. Get Zoom, it does not limit you, you have full control of the account, I have used many applications of this type, but Zoom is the best.

Zoom is easy to use and has a variety of options for both smaller, interactive meetings and larger webinars. It is an extremely reliable platform and feels high quality compared to other platforms of this type.

The customer service needs to be improved. It is difficult to reach someone at Zoom, and when I do, they are not always knowledgeable. We end up fixing issues ourselves internally because zoom is unable to help with their own platform and products.

Zoom enables our Board Members and volunteers to meet easily even though we are spread out across the state. It also enables us to collaborate easily on projects.

What I most like about zoom is how easy to use it is, it is the most practical tool that I have today. I have to use it all day long and it is always so intuitive

What i feel less useful is the extension that is compatible with google Chrome i don't find it very practical during the day because there is not a Quick dial choice

What's most helpful about Zoom is its simplicity. Its features are very user-friendly to all. Even if one has never used zoom before, he or she can manage zoom.

What is least helpful about zoom is that it doesn't give all members equal access during conference calls. Hence, it can be improved by giving everyone the ability to do more.

Zoom is solving the office crisis. Due to the pandemic that took over the world for the past 2 years, zoom was there for those who work in the office that were not able to go to the office.
