Our business wouldn't run were it not for Zoom.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so simple to use, the interface is pretty user-friendly, and it just works. Even on internet connections that are not the best, the connection stays pretty stable. I do love the video touch-up feature as well. The ability to seamlessly switch between phone and desktop for the same user is really next level as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. The only possible negative is the fact that there is not much storage available, and so if I've been very busy with calls and recordings, I often run out of storage. The jump from very limited storage to better storage is quite a financial leap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped our business grow in 2020 and helped to keep both the team and my community, in contact over the severe lockdown periods. Zoom is also one of the reasons that I can run an international company from a little South African city. Connecting with my dispersed team, my worldwide clients and even international family has helped to keep my world connected, even while working from home.
Best e-meet software
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoom for quite some time now and I have to say it is one of the best online meeting tool I have used. It is simple to operate, simple dashboard and instructions let you schedule your meeting within seconds! It has a lot of integrations but I particularly use it with Calendly & Gmail Calender to keep things simple.
I haven't faced any issues ever and it works on my computer and my smartphone as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I think the tool could be made more user friendly. Like for instance, you can find a tone of settings which is a good thing but it can confuse people on what they should & shouldn't select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think zoom is trying to make more of free meeting time available to those people who haven't yet purchased a paid subscription of this product. I think currently it is up to 45 minutes of free meeting available to people with free account.
Works well for gathering large groups of people online
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple Zoom is to use. I like that most of the time it has pretty good quality in terms of being able to talk to other people through a facetime type feature,
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of sound when someone shares a video on their shared screen is pretty bad, wish this could be improved. I also wish that screen sharing would just work better in general. It seems kind of glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of having to go somewhere with a large group of people and possibly getting sick. It was great when Covid was surging. It was nice to have a platform where we could all still talk to each other and it was nice to be able to do school from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom let's you setup video conferencing room and also can have privacy settings to restrict users to join. Beside that also can share screen of device beside that it also restrict user from speaking by muting them
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom ever had security issue so which can be an result of safety issue. I hope they fixed it well and improve all the flaws of it. Also sometimes face server and network issue needs to be fixed

It letting users, companies, university to conduct an remote meeting which saves alot of time and other expenses. Also features like sharing screen, able to share files and can decide who to speak
The best tool to establish stable communication with colleagues and customers
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom works very well from computers, cell phones and tablets. It is an excellent platform to ensure stable communication through video conferencing, has excellent chat options, screen sharing, document sharing and more. I use it to hold meetings with my co-workers to debate, hold discussions, make presentations of slides, images, videos, etc., and collaborate efficiently. I also use it to attend and support clients remotely when the need arises.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes a lot of computer resources when run for videoconferencing, which could slow down other programs. Other than that there is nothing I dislike, it works well and provides everything needed for stable communication and efficient collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Zoom has helped improve both internal and external communication in my organization, it is used by all staff and teams can stay in touch through its functions for everything from resource sharing to collaboration and remote support with each other. We have also leveraged it to communicate with our customers to provide care and support when the need arises.
Does what it says on the box
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use within minutes of installation. Zoom has a logical and very clear interface which allows users to become familiar with requisite functionality as they start to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind to be honest. It's just so well thought out that I have nothing to complain about or to suggest changing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently work from home and need to liaise with colleagues around the world and so Zoom is the perfect tool to allow me to do this effectively.

Webinar broadcasts and invitation with password included so that the participant can join with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing in Zoom:
- Allow the host to share the screen only with panelists (more specifically, translators), without attendees being able to see;
- Allow only panelists to have access to the host's video, without attendees being able to see;
- Allow a QR code to be created along with the invitation link for a webinar;
- Embed a QR code reader in Zoom to access webinars and meetings via a QR Code (especially for Androids, iPhones, and iPads), and not just through a web link;
- Add the option to only accept participants and speakers from a specific LAN, being able to choose the IP Range of the people entering the webinar (for example, only allow people assigned from IP 10.4.7.1 to IP 10.4.7.254)

Translations at in-person conferences with people who do not understand the speaker's language.
Zoom is perfect tool for video conferences and meetings.

Zoom provides all the tools which are required for meetings and conferences. It's really makes you focus more on your meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI looks a bit confusing, but I think it depends on the user to user. I sometimes gets confused in the options to join/share screen/ remove access etc.

Zoom is making life easier by providing a great way to have online meetings. It is equipped with all tools so that you can focus more on your meetings and be productive.
Zoom - Better than MS Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The product is the very first name that come to mind whenever we think of connecting with someone virtually .. be it office meeting or meeting some friend virtually for coffee or chitchat time. The fearures the tool provides are really great, be it chatting options with thousands of emoji options or the different types of virtual background it provides, all are really amazing, and the best part is it works well even when the internet connection is not so good or a bit unstable. Additionally, joining any meetings even without signing in as a guest is what most peope wants to fo without ant hassle and zoom made it dream come true.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometime found that tool bar which keeps on coming on the top centre of the screen with stop sharing and other features a bit irritating because it limits my ability to click on another google tab with mouse while on screen sharing. Proving option to readjust it or placing it somewhere else on the screen would be really appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it fot all our official meetings in our organisation and has been a great choice so far.
Simple solution to meet exact requirement
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily install the software without any guidelines, even the user can handle this installation. after creating the account user can easily arrange meetings and can do the configurations according. In the Organizational environment, administrators can manage the user accounts and have different methods to control end users' permission. By doing that administrators can manage the accounts according to the company IT Policies and guidelines. the other feature I'm interested in is the background for your video. WFH (Work From Home) this feature enables to hide disturbing backgrounds and can manage them professionally. Because when you switch on your video the background will reveal your place. This is sort of a privacy issue and can manage with background images. And the other thing is the cloud recording option which enables to record it in the zoom cloud for future usage, especially doing training sessions. Breakout rooms are very used full in special marketing or lecturing sessions. this enables to divide the audience into several groups and the host can do sessions individually for these groups. zoom isn't a bulky application compared to the other applications in the market, Another fascinating thing is, that we can attend a meeting without registration by using the Meeting ID and the passcode. From the meeting host person can admit, reject or move to Waiting Room at any time. If your company does not like MS teams but use office365 as the base application, Administrators can easily add zoom to default meeting via the office365 admin center and need to install the zoom plugin via the windows store. This feature allows any user to connect with meetings without a limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly there isn't any video resolution adjuster. we have only a few options to select (HD or not). most of the time users are using different types of cameras in different types of resolutions. In Asian countries like us, we have limited bandwidths of connections and sometimes signals are weaker in some areas. Due to that meetings cannot perform successfully. If there is an option to select different types of resolutions so we can easily manage them. The screen sharing option is good but sometimes when presenting large excel sheets, users may complain that it's not showing clearly and lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Office365 user accounts are only given to the management teams, in critical situations like social distancing and fuel crisis, using The Zoom application, we can arrange meetings with other nonoffice365 users. This is the huge advantage we are taking from this. other than that, for some meetings we have to connect more than 100 users such things like system and process training. zoom is a good application for this kind of purpose. because we cannot limit the participants due to social and environmental situations in the country. once you recorded the video can shared with any person you like with an invitation.
