A very good application
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Zoom is a very good tool for sharing your screen live. Moreover, it is very easy to use, it is also quick to load.
Breakout Rooms is an easily accessible feature that can be used even if participants don't have a Zoom account or aren't logged in.
One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to teach or attend a meeting from home, without having to travel and thus prepare a small office ideal for working.

What do you dislike about the product?
the only downside I found is that I have to pay to enjoy all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible for me to keep track of my masters courses to a great extent, especially during the times of the COVID-19 pandemic without having to go out of the house as well as I was able to attend all business meetings and following all tasks while i'm lying on the sofa at home
Super Simple to Connect with Nifty
What do you like best about the product?
It was three simple steps to connect Nifty with Zoom, and I have had similar very easy connection experiences with other Zoom integrations as well, Calendly being one of them. Plus, Zoom makes it easy to also remove connections should you wish to revoke those app's privileges. Zoom also has many useful apps to explore and try directly from their site too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Zoom is the quality of the audio and video is often less than other video applications I use, with the same tech and wifi connections. It's worth using Zoom even with sometimes lesser quality and stability of connection because many more people know how to use Zoom than other platforms, and I am a fan of how easy it is to get Zoom connected with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's lovely to be able to not have to schedule Zoom meetings off of platforms. For example, it's great that I can schedule right in Gmail, people can receive their Zoom link automatically from Calendly when they book a time to meet, I can use it in Fantastical calendar event creation also, and, in Nifty, it's easy to invite and share the Zoom link with team members.
It's smooth also the features are way too good for the users as it provides lots of unique features.
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting to n number of peoples with same features also the telecasting on YouTube for viewers. Even we have gone many times with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just bit heavy some times lagging a bit. App becomes more heavy for some device. Should Focus on device convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom basically solved the telecasting problem with n numbers of members in the meeting also including the highlighting the speaker.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and helps a lot to communicate with family and at work, it's also helpful with school in these times that you are not able to go to the bildings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may be too slow you need to have good internet so it can work correctly if not you will have a bad image and audio and that can be a little stressful but as long that your internet is good there is no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's helping me a lot with school and work I'm able to do my job at home and my school without having problems in either one of them.
Great product, does what it says on the tin!
What do you like best about the product?
In my last job, I mostly used Microsoft Teams and we used to use Zoom for an additional line of communication. Now I use Zoom primarily and on a MacBook, I see how it's a much better product with a better screen and audio fidelity. The chat function is great and the ability to send files and summaries after meetings is also a boon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls can be a bit "faffy" at first until you get to know them, so the intuitiveness could be better. It's also not so obvious how you can disconnect from the call audio, so the buttons or process to do so could be a bit more obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our F2F communication is being solved and that benefits me as a new starter learning the ropes in a new job, no end.

What do you like best about the product?
Connectivity maintain very smoothly and main thing is easy to operate and multi screen share can be possible. Also flexibility while using on mobile and PC. comfortable interface and clarity of session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times when we are on screen share you might face control issue..but that is might be depends on the netwoek level but zoom need to work on issues or crams facing while sharing screen

Some sort of issues facing after screen share it is might not be an issue but still there is chance of smoothness. MS teams can be operated better in that case.

Zoom is very easy to login and user friendly. Everyone can share their data and screen with everyone present in the meeting.

Video quality during meeting can be improved. Permission system can be changed to enter in the meeting.

Zoom is helping in bringing all employees together without coming to office physically. It is benifitting me in working from anywhere.

user experience of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a superb platform where multiple persons can digitally meet & interact with or without video. After the pandemic for my daily meetings, I need to engage with Zoom call where there are more than 40 employees engaging and interacting where we use to meet physically everything changed into this new digital way to interact. It has great features like we can screen share on it and do several presentations. zoom really helped me in getting in touch with my organization and my team without it it was kind of impossible to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are no such things which I don't like about it but I would like to mention one thing that some screen sharing option doesn't work and it really pity situation and people start complaining that they can't see the presentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me a lot with working remotely from the office since I was an operation manager handling over 90 staff in my team and it was really important to connect to make connections with them. There were also superiors to whom we report that meetings presentations whole thing came on zoom call at that time. Zoom also helped me to connect from my cell phone my home is in the village network was bad but I can still have conversations from zoom call although it was only possible when switched it to audio-only.

Only 40 minutes time limit. Zoom should work over it and make enterprise version payable but personal use should be free

Whenever i had meeting with clients i needed to look for anydesk or teamviewer which always run in background and eats a lot of ram. Now with zoom i can quit only after my meetings
