What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best software to use for audio/video meetings/conferences. Zoom doesn't lags no matter how many participants have joined. Zoom also provides security so that the conversations are end to end protected
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is pricey and less payment modes are available, zoom also lacks in repository to store data which other competitors are now providing like MS teams etc. would be good if zoom provides that too

User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Not much technical glitches. Easy to use and basic knowledge is enough to get connected. Net speed even if is slow doesn't hamper the call. Even kids can understand as how to use it
What do you dislike about the product?
Web version is little slow and takes time to load up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier it used to be difficult to connect to many at same time. And everyone used to share opinion at same time..but in zoom we can mute, we can take turns to speak up. Have a healthy discussion

What do you like best about the product?
No complications, easy to install, easy to use. Almost everyone uses or has used it and has it installed on their computer or mobile

Not so great for large groups if you are running the free version

THe audio testing part and then the effort of joing audio as well as leaving it.Zoom is working hard to develop more new activities.But the screen and UI can be more seemless.

Zoom is solving the problem of having video calls as well as chat options integrated in one single call, where we can also share our screen, create multiple rooms have separate meeting rooms with the same link at the same time. With respect to users, it has a lot of features that benefit organizations as well as individuals.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us the ease of sharing and better controls over files and other sharing items. Interface is easy to use and quality is best.

Interface could be more user friendly however i like it already but if this can be improved a little me like teams than it would be amazing

Although we use different internal apps for internal meeting but when it comes to connect with clients or external customers, we trust only zoom due to global presence

What do you like best about the product?
zoom meeting is the best application to connect people through the internet. Its user-friendly interface makes it very awesome for anyone to use. The beautiful feature is to create a virtual background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in zoom has a lagging issue in Video and Audio. The mobile bile application is not very user-friendly. Screen sharing is not responding quickly in old versions laptop.

During COVID to go office is not possible many of meeting or training session was helpful. With the help of zoom, we saves our jobs and mental stress. Zoom meeting is a lifeline during COVID.

What do you like best about the product?
The image quality and superb, as well as the reliability of the connection even if the beginning of the network is weak. reference tool for professionals in training and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem of slowly activating the camera sometimes disturbs and there is still no Cloud storage for videos and files to watch, unfortunately. Sometimes zoom users often have problems with their microphones and I don't know why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will try to solve the problem of activating the camera at startup which sometimes takes a long time. It would be great if we had access to the chat room, files and documents even after a meeting, it would help a lot of people.

Within seconds we can create meetings link, with purchased one we can link to youtube live easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ues less internet data, which is good but when we connect to Youtube live with third party streaming tool, out put video quality is very poor

Admin can control the participants actions which was not there in the begining.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a free app and easy to use, everyone can download and use it directly without any problem. The feature is really good, it can helps us when we're doing meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zoom becomes laggy when there are lots of people on meet. The connection issue sometimes happens when we want join a meet, it shows us that we can't join due to connection issue.

When Corona appeared, we need to meet online. Zoom is the first booming app that provides online meetings with sound and video. It's free so everyone can use zoom .

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about zoom is the call-out option. Most of the countries across the globe are covered to do direct calling on mobile phones and we do not need to ask the recipient to connect to any session through data or download any application. Another great feature is the wide range of video backgrounds. Break out session is a nice tool while driving online webinars to conduct group/team based discussions.

There are some countries not covered under the call-out option. Please revisit the list and make them available for direct calling.

The major benefit is saving time and money by connecting all the colleagues, customers, and business partners remotely.
