Zoom is reliable for me and my company
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can have my own meeting room. I don't have to create a new meeting room for each meeting like on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints as of now! I've used other meeting platforms like GoTo Meeting or Webex and this is much easier to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is my and my company's main tool for communication with clients. It's made it easier to communicate with them with the ability to record meetings, manage meting members, share screen, etc.
Zoom is utilitarian
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredibly helpful in connecting with the rest of your team and fostering a collaborative work enviroment when working from home or out of the office. Its bare bones but effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how bare bones the application is. The UX is not great, so even though you can have a great meeting with hundreds of people, its not very intuitive or pleasant to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the problem of having a majority of the team not in the office and still wnating to create a n enviroment that fosters teamwork and rids us of isolation.

I like being able to record my meetings, have many people join, integrate Zoom with Fathom, and have virtual backgrounds
The best part is it doesn't take as much computer processing power to use zoom for calls with large groups

What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with zoom having cloud storage for videos but then that gets filed rather quickly. I can download them all, but it would be nice if exporting like this was a little more streamlined

Convenient Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Provide a quick and convenient to set up a meeting just within the MS Outlook, using the existing email address books. The calendar can be marked at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it can also show or select times in multiple time zones, it will help with scheduling a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can set up and send out the meeting schedule invitation link in a few clicks. It gives absolute ease in scheduling meetings when you are in the mid of somewhere busy with other matters.

What do you like best about the product?
The Best is that it brings people near in both personally and professionally manner,during lockdown we have use this software more than anything for personal meeting or for client meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
the 40min free time given for a meeting is sometimes annoying when meeting is going on and suddenly the meeting is over due to time termination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
during lockdown the main problem is that how can we connect more people in one platform with slow connectivity and help them grow and zoom solve this problem very efficiently.
Zoom- outstanding app
What do you like best about the product?
Its voice quality and image show are awesome. It is very easy to use. The installation process is smooth. the best feature is zoom can be installed in mobile devices and laptops/ pc.
What do you dislike about the product?
you can take up to 100 people i any zoom meeting, which I dislike. zoom app sometimes crash unexpectedly. the web version of zoom behaves very awkward sometimes, it does not let you to sign in. error message showing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom is very helpful while you working remotely. I love that I can connect with my colleague very easily just by creating a meeting link. Since it is installed in mobile and laptop, if any power failure occurs I can connect via any of the devices.
Perfect Application for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't even require a login. Anyone can attend the video call through this application. If people joining the call are limited then it is completely free. It has helped a lot of institutions during covid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is nothing that I dislike about zoom. The only thing is the pricing part. They should increase the limit from 100 to 200 so that educational institutes can easily conduct the classes for free.

Zoom is solving a lot of problems. Zoom was the savior application at the time of the covid crisis. It was so reliable that everyone was using zoom only to conduct meetings.
The best user friendly meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Zoom is its simple user interface. Even those with minimum knowlegde of computers and mobiles were able to use Zoom meetings for their work and other informal meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of subscription is on the higher side for general users in LMIC countries. The 40 minute limit could have been increased to atleast an hour. Not fully satisfied with security features as there were reports that it could be hacked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was very useful during the pandemic times especially in the work front. Though several other meeting softwares were being made available, Zoom was the most comfortable to use.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendliness and easy user interface and experience make Zoom one of the most used platforms for video conferencing, meets, online classes etc..One can easily start their online video meet at zoom even if they haven't used Zoom before
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the collaboration within zoom, I would love to see zoom provide a in-built document/screen share, where allowed people could collaborate at the same time. It would add more purpose to the concept of online conferencing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am attending online classes over Zoom. My tutor (an online learning platform) schedules the classes every 4 days a week from an urban location, while it is now easy for me at some Rural location to be the part of the same without any major concern.
Better than Teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth calling experience, my company has been using Microsoft teams for a while but it has so many issues like call freez, network issues, login/logout problems so we switched to Zoom and we are so good so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
HD video calling is not upto mark even having great internet connection.
Sometimes the cloud freezes out of the blue but other than that i really like Zoom for it's features and accessibility.
