Zoom the best of the best
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to start a meeting and join meetings. The software has a lot of great features my favorite is the remote control option as an IT pro I use this to help people all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have really anything I don't like that is too big maybe one thing is the desktop app tends to log out all the time. When this happens it can cause meetings that you create to act weird till you sign in again. I have had to help a lot of our users with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well the Zoom Rooms is maybe my favorite solution it makes our conference rooms much more streamed lined and everyone loves it. It is just a way to book the room and then walk in and just start the meeting with no hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
I use a variety of connection platforms and zoom is definitely my favourite. It's easy to use, easy to connect to, web-based so there's no software to download. Zoom has a great variety of options and functionality to make virtual meetings, big or small, highly interactive, easy to run and simple to record, download and translate. I constantly tell people that Zoom is my go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like about zoom is the whiteboard. I don't find that it has the functionality that other stand-alone tools do. It could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the communication problem for me. It allows me to connect in a remote environment in a robust way. I'm more productive because I can connect Zoom with my transcription app which allows me to be present but still have great notes. It also enables people to participate in a way that makes sense for them, in the chat, with out without video as well as when they are on the go.
Zoom is the standard but not all features are great. Let’s make it great.
What do you like best about the product?
zoom is the standard and most people are accustomed to using it. Features in the app and on the desktop are similar. And easy to help guide someone through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between accounts is clunky and annoying at times. I use zoom between multiple Organizations and would love a way to get between the two without logging out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes a way for me to be efficient with my time and more effective with my communication. A quick zoom meeting allows us to be face to face and read body language without the travel time.
Great solution for online classes
What do you like best about the product?
It enabled me to meet with students in a secure environment, and allowed them to chat privately with me if not comfortable speaking aloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program can get hung up when trying to launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to teach classes online to dozens of students all over the country.
My favorite meeting software. Easy to use. Reliable. Makes you pretty ;D
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. I can send attendees the meeting link or give them the ID number. There are other security functions that can be enabled to further enhance one’s meeting experience. Some of the features that I use frequently are:
1 - record files locally
2 - enable waiting room
3 - screen sharing
One of the superficial features that I like to use is to enable “make me pretty” XD which is great for bad skin/makeup days.

What do you dislike about the product?
None. Zoom has all the essentials that I need. There are also other bonus features that I can turn on if needed. If I have to find something, then it would be the arrangement of the meeting rooms. I'd like to be able to arrange the meeting rooms to my liking/preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes online meetings easy and convenient. My students are often all over the world, so reliability is one of the key functions. Zoom experiences the least lag out of all the software I have tried. It is also easy to get started so it helps older students who don’t use online software frequently.
Great tool for working remotely and virtually
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very useful and intuitive to set up and run meetings virtually. The stability has been great and we're very happy running our meetings on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that we don't like regarding this platform. I think that it would be nice to have some more meeting tools incorporated that allows us to draw on the screen when presenting or control additional sharing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us run meetings that feel in person when we're not able to meet in the same room. The video chat and share screen features are extremely helpful for us to run meetings remotely.
Great Platform with lots of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and manage all your meetings both from a computer or mobile device. Meetings can be easily added to any calendar to make it simple to stay on top of your schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using it on a phone or iPad some functions are harder to access. Functionality is still there but wish accessing the features was easier from phone and ipad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for virtual classrooms during the start of the pandemic, we used it to host virtual meetings and parent teacher conferences. We used zoom for all interactions that would have previously been in person

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We've used many different meeting platforms (including gotomeeting , microsoft teams, and Google Meetings) this is the easiest, and also the most widely used (it seems)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I switch between email accounts (and I have a paid subscription to zoom) but it makes it awkward on my calendars.. Thats really about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Face to face meetings with customers and coworkers. It was a initially a solution for remote office meetings, and now we are having them weekly.

easy to use most people use it. easy to itergrate with other platforms.

the menu gets lost some times. on multiple screens it gets a little hard to manage

Everyone we work with uses zoom so it's easy to just jump on. before so many people used different applications and it was a mess
Indispensable but can be pricy
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use. Most organizations allow zoom so it is very rare that you cannot use zoom for your meetings with other custormers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some basic features that are either missing or very expensive. E.g. they charge an arm and a leg for cloud storage. Storage is so cheap! Likewise meeting transcription should be included in the Pro plan. Finally, Zoom sometimes hogs a lot of system resources and the video ends up freezing. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall zoom every so often which is annoying.

It has saved us a lot of money in travel costs.
