I love doing my meetings in zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like breakout rooms, I also like that my meetings are recorded
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some occasions that I had some slowdowns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having a face to face meetings without leaving my home office or office. right now I have a newborn so this is a great tool
Simple and efficient way to have meaningful and productive meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The tools for managing meetings as host and for managing what as a user I display is straightforward and empowering.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it difficult to make settings I prefer default for each meeting that I schedule. I also have a difficult time navigating the host settings. (E.g. "How do I change the meeting password?" or "Where can I find the recording of the meeting?") The audio quality has also never seemed that great, but this is probably a limitation of bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made vitual meetings simple and mainstream. In the industry I work, it has provided so much value to us and those who have health and travel limitations.
Zoom way better than Google Meet!
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and always works. New non-experienced non-technical attendees can log in quickly. Sharing screen is simple and better than Google Meet. Screen sharing you can view as an entire screen and as I change tabs the viewers can see where I'm going also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version disconnects you @ 40 min which can be frustrating. Using either system speakers or iPods requires a meeting to be started before switching between either. Example is I was last on zoom using computer speakers, however this new meeting I want to use my iPods because I need to walk around the house and be productive before the meeting starts. (I don't want to waste time sitting in front of the computer waiting for a meeting to start). When the meeting starts zoom has defaulted to the last used settings, so if I'm on my iPods now I have to manually change audio properties after the meeting starts, sometimes I miss some of the first few seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditing landing pages and confirmation of links, url's, and other visual important details are easily shared with screen sharing. Also recording can be on my hard drive or via cloud which avoids a power outage once my local recording was lost and this does not happen with the cloud recording.
Zoom is a quality platform for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an easy solution for scheduled meetings. It is generally very easy for pretty much anyone to join from anywhere. It's a top solution in the industry for sure
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some solutions that are more ideal for a quick video call, particularly with someone within your organization. Zoom is also on the expensive end. And the room connector can be a bit annoying if the other party doesn't have it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduled meetings with people outside of our company, and occasional large group meetings as well. We are an o365 company so we use Teams for a lot of meetings as well.
Most pedestrian virtual platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the most user-friendly programs that I use for virtual meetings. Their new updates for hosts on breakout rooms being able to search attendees. etc is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish co-hosts could take control from the host if you allow that in your settings, and that all co-hosts should have full rights as hosts if you allow it in your settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with clients all over the world is helpful and again, most people are able to navigate it easily. Some clients do wish that they were able to store their slide decks in the platform.
A Must-Have for Virtual Professionals!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is my favorite part of Zoom. There are no extra steps, it's super easy to schedule with clients and a successful meeting is underway in the click of a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I have had is with billing and customer service. It was a mind-numbing experience to go through the numerous and irrelevant automated responses to get to someone who could actually resolve my issue.

Eventually my billing issue was resolved completely by a diligent customer service rep.
Zoom is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a lot of great tools to use during meetings to connect with other participants. I love its flexibility and how easy it is for everyone in the meeting to participate in their own ways. The screen sharing feature is probably my most favorite part.
What do you dislike about the product?
On some occasions, connectivity is a problem. But that could be more about the internet connection than anything. I wish you could have longer meeting times in the free version.

Zoom helps me to be able to meet with clients all over the world. It's also great for quick meetings with my team when I need to communicate to them but I don't want to schedule in-person meetings.
Saved us during COVID
What do you like best about the product?
It allowed us to connect with our church members all over the world! The ease that people can join--literally from all over the world has increased our ministry.
What do you dislike about the product?
connection/audio issues at times when using our other software, sometimes the sound doesn't work. I believe this is an issue with the other products we use and not zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of people being unable to make it to our building because of proximity to the church or traffic issues. Allows our ministry to be GLOBAL.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is the industry standard. It is an easy to use platform that works better than competitors. It is convenient to host meetings and webinars. It is used by most of our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some situations when we get an error message that someone else is using Zoom. We have found a work around but this is a design flaw in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is a platform that is allowing us to hold meetings and conduct business from anywhere. It has increased productivity and communication and makes it easy to communicate.
Perfect for my business and for social
What do you like best about the product?
Clear views, clear volume, easy recording
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. I find it very user-friendly. I like the registration features but there could be more depth to the questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to work through the pandemic, remain connected with old clients and acquire new ones.
