The valuable tool we never knew we needed.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom is the accessibility to virtually anyone around the world with an internet connection and a mobile or tablet device. I also use Microsoft Teams as mandated by my kids' school district when conducting parent-teacher meetings and I have to admit, it is easier to log in to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is a challenge is when my internet connection is weak and the audio distorts as though I was in the matrix. Also, it would be helpful if the zoom instructions were clearer in troubleshooting. (I.e., muting all participants immediately upon entering the meeting room.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with colleagues who do not live in my city. My outreach is far greater. I feel like I'm living the life of the Jetsons! :) This has led to more business partners who live on the other side of the country.
Ubiquitous video conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it very easy to use for users of all skill levels. The virtual background allows for easy privacy for folks working from all around. Easy to use mobile devices to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to using Zoom. Would like better ability to create shared accounts for business function use, versus specific user use. I wish it were easier to move between devices during a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom to facilitate physician video visits, meetings with parties outside of the company, as well as a replacement for an aging Skype for Business system.
User Friendly and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows face-to-face interaction in a culture where physical presence can be difficult and somewhat challenging. Zoom is user-friendly and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not yet encountered any dislikes about the Zoom platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual access to team members without the precaution requirements in a healthcare setting. We are able to improve productivity by visually encouraging one another.
Zoom is a lifeline
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom the most helpful in keeping connected with clients and friends who live out of state or even the country in which I live. Not only can I communicate with them but I can also share information and media with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful about zoom is that free accounts are limited to 40 minutes for three or more connections in a meeting, but it is a realistic limit. And on occasion how quickly it can drain my device's battery can be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves how to meet up with others when we are physically far apart, in different states, or in helping us maintain safety measures in meeting together when one or more attendees is not feeling well.
Great for video meetings and teleconferences
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom for online meetings. It is simple to navigate and operate. Scheduling meetings is a breeze and they are added directly to my calendar. Sharing meetings is easy as well and makes it a simple process to host a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app uses a lot of resources within my computer so other things don't run as well. Some of the sharing navigation is not intuitive and can be hard to find what you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows for impromptu spur-of-the-moment meetings with ease. If I have something come up that I need a collective think tank of other people to join, it is very simple to log in, set up the meeting, share with colleagues and hold the meeting in the virtual space.
Reliable platform for essential meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's easy to use and gives me the ability to customize elements of video conferences to my liking, such as audio (which I use in conjunction with a program called Krisp),
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the occasional technical glitches where it won't let someone into your room or you have trouble joining a meeting. Also,making sure breakout rooms get more randomly assigned would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing to meet with my clients and team as we all work in different locations. We're able to spend our time better as a virtual team, which has allowed us to pursue more opportunities.
It doesn't get any easier!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is the ease of use! I've trained over 10,000 sales agents in the past 3 years, and have all been on Zoom. Thank you for making it easy even for us low-to-no tech folks :)
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe, and I may be reaching here, is there could be a set of questions (like a wizard) to customize my personal settings. But still love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom, I get around the problem of not having a training platform, and makes me look like an expert when I've only been at it for a short period!
A user friendly video conferencing tool for educators
What do you like best about the product?
I found Zoom to be easy to navigate for both the facilitator as well as the audience members. It made the switch to virtual learning/distance learning and meetings easier than it could have been when the pandemic forced this shift/change to the way we did education. I also can't say thank you enough to Zoom for working with school districts across the country and not price gouging them when our world was literally being turned upside down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like any other online user platform, it took a little bit to get everyone comfortable and knowledgable enough to use it. Also, with the updates that Zoom did you had to re-login and most of the time you had to reset your settings/virtual backgrounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has kept us connected the best we could in the virtual meeting and educating space. I appreciate their willingness to work with public districts that do not have a lot of money to keep this technology available to those of us that need it.
Zoom is a wonderful tool for businesses and individuals alike.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty user-friendly. Even some of the oldest folks I work with can log on and use it. It also gives some power to the host to help those folks if they are having trouble.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom works with the hardware you have, but if that hardware is not very good, it can be challenging to overcome those difficulties. And Zoom doesn't tell you when the issue is with your hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been very beneficial to our organization because it allows us to stay connected with some of our folks who have moved away or who are confined to their homes.

There is not much i dont like about zoom, although i do wish the mobile app was more intuitive. Sometimes i get confused if i am talking on the app or for the phone part of my phone.
