Been very helpful for our organization
What do you like best about the product?
The features to share screen, do Webinars, and host have all be helpful. The best feature is the ability to do large Webinars - we have used it often and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like that you can not do breakout Rooms when using Webinar... this is something we're considering using another platform. Be hekpful if we could use break out rooms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not being able to see employees when they're working from home... this has been hugely helpful in continuing the strong culture we have at the commpany.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we can still stay connected and see each other's faces when we can't actually be together! This is the most fantastic tool during a pandemic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Times when someone is sick in our office and we still want to check on them and include them in the happenings at the office, zoom is perfect!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has (knock on wood) never given me any technical difficulties during sessions--unlike other video conferencing services, I am never worried that the meeting will cut out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my clients have trouble connecting to audio or getting their accounts to work. Might be an internet issue but if there was a quick troubleshooting guide that'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides a solution for me as a trainer to teach classes and private clients from their home vs having to travel to them. I've been able to take on more clients as a result, and alleviate commuting time.
My Go-To for Reliable Web Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with Zoom. It's super intuitive, and that make scheduling meetings easy. The ability to save to my Google calendar, to record important meetings for reference, and the text transcription makes note taking a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any downsides to Zoom, but it would be nice to be able to have more recording space within Zoom without additional fees. Otherwise, we value those recordings and are currently paying for storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule for multiple executives is extremely convenient. I can log in and create their meetings from my account. It would be nice to be able to edit those meetings from my account.
The new 'way of the world'
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability, ease of use, and the ubiqitous-ness of the platform as a whole. It has become something as expected and understood as making a phone call or sending a text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited call time for unregistered accounts. Lack of high space for saving/recording messages. Confusion in being able to let others use links without your attendance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual communications. Especially working in sports - where your DMA is very widespread - this makes the entire world connectable by the mercy of your webcam. Convenience.
Excellent for both personal and professional use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to meet with individuals remotely. In today's climate, more and more and people are working from remote locations and Zoom makes it possible to conduct collaborative meetings and brainstorming sessions as you would in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more options to add backgrounds and filters to your video as employees are often working from home.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to cut down on the amount of travel needed for me to be effective in my business.
Couldn't Have Survived...
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows us to put a human touch on a remote meeting that would not be possible via a traditional phone call. It helped us weather the pandemic & is now a viable everyday option. Zoom is a vital part of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of scheduling meetings very burdensome & all of the different dial-in options with all the different cities is simply not necessary & visually distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the onset of the pandemic, we all scattered to various locations around the planet. Zoom has allowed us all to stay in touch, see each other's faces & maintain some semblance of an office while being located in NYC, LA, Italy, & Georgia. With Zoom, our company culture is intact & actually makes real face to face meetings even more special.
Zoom making our business better
What do you like best about the product?
We loved the way Zoom integrated into our business. We were able to set up a Zoom room to better the efficiency of getting logged into meetings and getting things going.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find anything difficult to set up or adjust. Some of the instructions for setting up the zoom room took some digging into to make sure everything was working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making the chat feature more intuitive and easy to navigate. They are updating the interface to accommodate easier navigation of the zoom client. Everything is working well and I am excited to see the next set of features.

What do you like best about the product?
Good connections, clear pictures and sound, typcially. Easy to use, so my clients are comfortable using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, an attendee gets kicked off, can't hear, etc. Not sure if it's Zoom or their wifi, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to maintain an in-person feel, remotely, during COVID and beyond, which has greatly improved my practice and saved me time in commuting to my office daily.
Most user-friendly of all the conferencing apps
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is compatible with the widest range of outside tools. Most people know how to use it at a basic level and if they do not it is the easiest to onboard with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more recording options -- audio-only or lower quality so conversion would be faster/easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom lowers the barrier to entry for video conferencing -- people that might not know much about it are easier to win over using Zoom. This has made remote work meetings much easier.
