Zoom has been a very useful tool for my Business!
What do you like best about the product?
I joined Zoom for my personal training business when the global changes occurred in 2020. After things opened up again I still have many clients who continue to stick with my zoom personal training sessions. I believe this will be a part of my business for the foreseeable future. Even if there is a snowstorm I have been able with short notice have a client switch from in-person to online sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about zoom. It's very easy to use. I utilize the screen share option when reviewing nutrition with my clients. It links up to my google calendar so it was very easy to send client zoom links, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I hadn't of joined Zoom I would not have been able to switch my Business over in 2020 and I truly feel I would have struggled throughout the shutdown with not only supporting myself, financially but my clients with their physical and mental health during the tough times.
Multi-Purpose!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can use Zoom anywhere- on my phone, laptop, or tablet. It is also so widely known now (as compared to before the pandemic) that most people are familiar with how to use it which requires less explanation on my part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it would be easier to navigate the options in settings (such as virtual backgrounds, closed captioning, polling, etc). It is not the most user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it easy for me to take meetings from afar and even teach remotely. This is wonderful because it saves me both time and money as I don't always have to commute.

I like the fact that I can connect to anyone at any time, it's easy to connect, and the call quality is excellent

There really isn't anything I don't like. It performs as it should
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote workforce, and Zoom allows us to meet "face to face" and keep in touch with our coworkers

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really easy to use - it's super quick to set up a meeting and doesn't require a lot of forethought or planning
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it was confusing getting our business accounts straight. It would be nice if the link between the personal and business accounts was a little more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been essential in allowing us to conduct meetings since the pandemic when everything had to go remote. Being able to record feedback meetings has been crucial and incredibly helpful for our process.

What do you like best about the product?
Best video and audio quality and a lot of nice add-ons!
I like the break-out rooms and the ability to buffer your image quality!
I think Zoom out beats competitors in a variety of ways from its easy to use interface and paid and free versions make it accessible to a lot of different people

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the "share screen" interface is hard to navigate since it disappears quickly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company is hybrid and remote, it's nice to have an easy-to-use way to communicate with the whole team!
Our teams are much more collaborative due to it's numerous add-ons and functionalities and it's updated a lot of the whiteboard functionalities that I know our product team likes.

Good conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, easy to understand. Good choice of layout. Video conferences are well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting maintenance. As an administrator it can be difficult to navigate, There are security concerns to prevent intruders that need to be addreess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to organize disparate teams easily online. Our team uses Zoom to organize public meetings to allow collaberative training online.
Teaching courses over zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I teach a lot of safety classes and zoom has been an important part in being able to do this virtually around the world. I never have any issues getting logged in and starting my course. I really like that I can annotate pictures I'm showing, form breakout rooms for activities, and play videos smoothly to people worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was just a better way to capture the participant names as like an excel file or word doc, rather than having to take a picture of the participant names or record the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me continue teaching through the pandemic and has spread my ability to teach to a more international audience. I also love that zoom is incorporated into the new learning management system our company has chosen to use.
Definitely would recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the stable connection I have with zoom compared to other platforms. I like that I am able to chat with people individually and with the group, it makes it very personable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't record with the best sound quality. My yeti microphone doesn't always get detected when I select that microphone option. Also, the connection is sometimes delayed, but that has only happened a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A reliable video platform when connecting with others. Zoom is way more reliable than other platforms I've tried for recording my podcast. I usually end up switching from the other platform I use to Zoom mid-show if the connection on the other platform goes south.
Fantastic service at a reasonable cost
What do you like best about the product?
My company switched to Zoom to stay in touch with clients at the height of the pandemic. I have since had phone calls with a Zoom rep who noticed that certain accounts associated with the company weren't connected correctly due to the error of our employees. I love that they took the initiative to call and correct something that our employees had done in order to make sure that everything ran for us as smoothly as possible
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin account is not easy to understand to the average person, I would not have been able to fix the errors that my company had created without the help of the Zoom representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to maintain contact and check in with clients during their travels. During our meetings we are able to establish a connection and ensure that we are correctly interpreting their needs.
Superior connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect and maintain communications even in poor WiFi environments. The ability to record meetings and edit the recording is very helpful. Other carriers of meetings like Microsoft Teams are unreliable
What do you dislike about the product?
When I promote people to panelist sometimes the invite times out before they accept during webinars. Also the email invites often show the wrong password when I customize one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to connect several times a day with associates and partners. Everyone is super comfortable using Zoom unlike other platforms. Business sales have improved dramatically due to face to face training
