Zoom For Small Nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to many other video conferencing platforms, Zoom is the most simple to operate. It was very easy to coach up our volunteers and support group leaders who were not very tech-saavy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some inconveniences when it comes to the Reports being a bit convoluted, and the multi-factor authentication (sometimes). This is more an issue for office staff behind the scenes, rather than our usual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many other businesses, we had to go entirely virtual for quite some time in 2020 and 2021. Zoom enabled us to continue providing our mental health support groups free of charge to participants.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly, most people are now familiar with this platform. Also accessible via mobile for clients on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with my camera, where there's a conflict because it won't connect with my camera. This usually happens because I was using another platform prior.

Allows me to quickly connect with people worldwide.
Easy to use click-and-play video conference platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly the platform loads and that the user interface is intuitive and easy to use.
Zoom also is friendlier when it comes to in-meeting customization and view control compared to other platforms. This is why I use Zoom as my preferred video conferencing at work.
I especially like "Gallery View"- think video conferencing "Brady Bunch" style!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the use of audio when rapid turn-taking with other participants lends itself to a slower spotlight shifting from who was talking, to who is currently talking.
I think this is usually associated with specific microphones, and I do not experience this problem regularly. I find that I'm not having this issue frequently, only occasionally.
I have a hard time finding very many items about Zoom that I dislike. It is my preferred platform of choice in business settings, and occasional personal settings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid video connections that enable end users to easily customize their personal view of meeting participants. We do a great deal with Sign Language interpretation, and so the ability for end-users to adjust their layout including professional interpreters on the call is crucial and incredibly helpful.

Zoom has been our go-to since before the Pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has all the features we need for conducting professional meetings with clients and prospects. The software loads quickly and rarely experiences quality issues. Our sales team loves using it because of how easy it is for prospects who haven't downloaded the software. The recording feature is great, and it works well on both mobile and desktop. It also integrates smoothly with HubSpot and Outlook, making it very easy to automate the meeting process.

What do you dislike about the product?
No major downsides. Sometimes it's difficult to swap between presenters, but that's more of an individual setting rather than a Zoom issue. Maybe it could be slightly easier to find some of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect with our clients and our prospects in a meaningful and personal way. We have closed deals over Zoom and retained clients because of our Zoom meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
There's no one aspect of Zoom that I like the "best" - the cost, ease of use, quality of service and various options are all topnotch. I especially like the ability to see who is on a Zoom call, which doesn't happen - at least not as easily - in other meeting applications I've had to use.

I have no complaints. There's nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it super-easy to communicate with and "meet" colleagues, clients, friends and family over time and distance. It probably does enhance my productivity by saving travel time, and it certainly contributes to my business performance by making it possible to communicate better than in a phone call or e-mail exchange, as well as to meet people from far away or who are too busy for in-person connections. There's something about being able to see people that I enjoy and appreciate; it makes the connections deeper, more interesting and more lasting.
Zoom Is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
If you are a business owner or do anything with virtual training or meetings, zoom is a great way to be able to make the convenience happen. My experience has seen has never filled me and the fact that it is very user-friendly also makes it very appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no dislike about zoom. It is device friends from your phones, desktops, laptops, ect. The connection and quality of video makes the meetings feel more real than ever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be in the convenience of my home while also attending big meetings during my day. I never have to worry about missing anything because I can take my zoom calls wherever I go.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user-friendly to a wide range of people, across age spans and technology proficiency. Necessary instruction is usually minimal or none at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more options for features, such as the waiting room. For example, the waiting room could feature a tool to let those joining know the likely wait time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides HIPPA-compliant capabilities to work with confidential information. This makes possible delivery of services with minimal boundaries. My business performance has increased.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to connect with zoom in many time zones, I also think that it is easy to use and most users are familiar with using zoom vs teams. The integrations to our ATS make it easy to schedule with teams, and the link is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is when we are using the system to schedule, with our integration - we have to set a zoom owner. This can get a little messy and sometimes I do wish this could be changed.

Connecting through covid!! We are able to even use filters to blur the background or false background. It is a great tool. U
Very easy and straight forward video chat
What do you like best about the product?
You can see all your participants within your call. The interface is customizable so you can drag and drop people from side to side. You can use the message board for those without a speaker, so no one is left out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing content can get tricky if it is your first use. When exiting a call, the leader at that time can select a new leader, but I don't think there is an option will in a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work flexibility is the biggest solution. You don't need to be in the office to have conversations with the ability to see each other. You also get the added benefit of having meetings with large groups of people, something that might not be as practical face-to-face. And sharing content with all those people is easy, and everyone has a similar viewpoint.

My clients are from all over the world so I couldn't do my job without it

Not all the feaures of a webinar in a regular meeting, that would be nice
