Makes working remotely SO much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Zoom is being able to SEE your colleagues when you are working remotely. This has been a huge plus for our business. Zoom is integral for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are not a subscriber, your time is cut shorter and there is an annoying reminder at the top during your zoom call that makes people anxious during the call!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting a face to colleagues who work remotely is super helpful. We continue to navigate the remote working process and Zoom is very helpful in that.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an intuitive and customizable interface. I am constantly finding more areas in which I can utilize zoom and many settings in which it is useful. I appreciate that it can be used with multiple platforms and is widely accepted and familiar to consumers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom would be easier to use for the less computer savvy customer if a download was not required. Some customers can click a meeting link in an email but can't or won't download software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me provide HIPPA-compliant and secure meetings for all areas of my business. I can include many participants and can invite them quickly using email. It is easy to connect quickly.
Dependable and High Quality Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It always works quickly and there are never any video poor quality issues. I have come to depend on Zoom and trust it. It's my "go-to" solution for conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Zoom was entirely speech enabled. Every Zoom is productive and meaningful. I can't imagine it being any better. I can't think of how it could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings my clients and colleagues together. The optional virtual backgrounds act as a window to a stranger's personality. My business performance has increased.
The only tool I need now for meetings with my clients. It is always improving with the new updates!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is they are always updating any bugs and the features to have a smooth experience while having a meeting with clients or even loved ones!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are no downsides, I would really ask if they can solve the lag (I know sometimes it isn't zooms fault), but at times it lags!

Updating to accommodate all types of devices and internet connections from all around the world

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily connect with people across the world and that it is so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced a downside of zoom. If I had to choose one, it would be that it has to be a downloaded app or program. However, I don't think that's really bad.

I am able to connect with my team who live across the nation and internationally too. I am also able to facilitate small groups, coaching, and recruiting via zoom.
Zoom isn’t perfect, but it beats the competition
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom calls are easy and quick to set up, and Zoom handles groups of participants more smoothly than Teams or Meet. Screen sharing is also handled well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can sometimes be unstable or lose a connection, though it recovers fairly gracefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom permits easy remote meetings and reduces the need for business travel.
The platform is robust, reliable and has great performance.
What do you like best about the product?
Branding options, integration with apps and strong backend infrastructure. Very granular desktop client controls available to all users, admin portal is straightforward for account management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey for some options, not necessarily a bad thing given their reliability and offerings. But do plan to spend as needed for their options like Webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webinars are a large portion of our business, and it is currently solving our problems by having a reliable webinar platform that we and our followers use. It is benefiting by giving us a robust platform for our users.
Zoom is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and accessible for all. I really like the accessibility features to meet people where they are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't change the view however you would like the view to be. There are some options put into the system, but you don't have full control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes communicating with virtual staff easier and still allows us to build a team. We also can get work done together and then still have time to connect with one another. It also integrates well into our other platforms we love (outlook and asana) so it's overall so great!
Super easy to learn and use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how zooms interface is super clear and easy to learn for those who don't have much computer experience. One of the best things about zoom is the filters!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom has a ton of updates, and it sometimes gets in the way. Other than that, I don't have any other issues with zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping keep our teams in touch and make it feel like we aren't all working from home. The past two years have been challenging, especially if you've never worked from home.
Solid performance and dependable service.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is very easy to schedule meetings with. Also that call and meeting quality is very high. Screen and audio share works great. Seamless performance usually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two issues: using Zoom for GSuite, sometimes creating a Zoom meeting from calendar creates a different link than the one in the Zoom app. Also, invite participants link should be accessible from the meeting. I hate clicking into "participants" to grab the share link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to connect our global team effectively. We can hold virtual meetings that are almost as productive as in-person. We also use it for informal "webinars"—not using the webinar function—so that we can allow supporters to connect with ministry leaders and field workers.
