Easy to use and reliable communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is cost-effective and extremely simple to use. It requires little bandwidth so even when having to meet using a mobile device with poor cellular signal, it is a reliable method of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't support Full HD / 1080p video for regular tiered plans. More apparent alerts that the Zoom desktop application needs to be updated would be helpful - sometimes if a user is using an outdated version it can cause issues without them being aware of the reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick meeting scheduling tool. Able to conduct internal and external business easily from any location. Due to the popularity, it is likely other meeting participants have used Zoom and are familiar with it already.
How the Pandemic led to LOVE ZOOM
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of ZOOM to me is the ability to add a password to my rooms. The best part of this is I can change them daily. I have not used other competitors. There is not need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot have different camera layouts for when I have guests come on is probably the only thing that I can think of that I dislike about zoom. More templates for video layouts would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic I decided to dip my toe into the world of LIVE video podcasting. This would not have been possible without the features and functions of ZOOM.
Very easy to use with almost no issues
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and convieniece of scheduling appointments and active participation from all participants
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connection issues on other user ends, but that may be a bandwidth issue as opposed to a zoom issue

Ease of communications without the hassle of driving around town.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that Zoom is easy to use, even my older and less tech-savvy students have no problems navigating the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video quality is a bit lacking. I wish that the quality was high enough to use the recordings for a video library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is part of solving problems around telecommuting and telehealth.
Best video meeting platform I use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the easiest video meeting platform I use. It's great for interactive meetings and for any larger group meetings as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Share screen use could be better. Sometimes personal emails show up when exiting another shared screen or switching windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting with clients difficult to see in person. Leading meetings with people in different parts of the country.
Easy and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is well-known and user-friendly, especially for less tech-savvy users. The new features, such as, whiteboard are helpful to make meetings interactive. Super-quick recording features are helpful to share links after meetings for those unable to attend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only suggestion would be to have the ability to mute audio when listening as a participant. This way, if you are on multiple calls or multi-tasking, I could pause the audio. I wonder (I haven't explored) if there are TTY/TDD options such as closed captioning for the hearing and/or visually impaired? Are there any future plans to add language translation? Thinking this may be too advanced right now, but perhaps an integration feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote working. Also, I find adding the option to join virtually to meet the needs of my clients and the recordings are incredibly helpful to share for those unable to attend.
Amazing Experience with all contents
What do you like best about the product?
The video quality , the ease to present screen and applications that make it more amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such!! It is working just amazingly fine and really worth the payment I made for it.

Zoom is helping me to connect with my client in regular basis and discuss on ongoing things that I have planned.
Zoom shines above all others
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is solid with very few technical issues. The sound and video quality are the best of all the platforms I've tried. In fact, I get frustrated when other clients force me to use other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any things I dislike about the performance. If I had to find something, it would be in the dashboard to manage the meetings that have been scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides an easy-to-use platform that most of the participants are very familiar with so which makes it easier on everyone, has fewer glitches, better connectivity, and a more enjoyable experience.
Awesome Space
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides all of the tools needed to successfully conduct interviews or have a meeting. I love being able to change my background and the ease of sharing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside I have experienced is the time frame it takes to download a recorded session of a meeting for notes and documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the interface that we used to have for in-person interviews and meetings. It now allows us some form of normalcy in being able to visually interact via its platform.
Best option for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I love using zoom because it's very user-friendly for those who are less technologically advanced. When sending zoom links for meetings, even those who have never used an online meeting space have been able to find out how to log in easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I pay for a monthly subscription and usually, my meetings are very small in size so there is no need for me to pay for the more expensive subscription with meeting space for 100+ participants. I did need to host a meeting of that size once and was unable to fit all of my participants on. I wish there was an option with my subscription to host a few large meetings a month (1 or 2 would be fine). This would be ideal for those who need to host large meetings occasionally but not frequently enough to buy the more expensive subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping make online meetings easier and more efficient for me and all of my meeting participants. It is making screen sharing very accessible, helping create a visual for my meeting guests.
