Using zoom is easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows you to share screens, music, and videos with those joining you in your meetings. Zoom also permits you to use third party broadcasting services to share your zoom on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downfall about using zoom is that free accounts have a limited time to hold a meeting before being disconnected. I have also had trouble using a backdrop when connecting via my mobile device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows team members to meet without having to be in the same location or even be in the same state. Zoom also has some features like the whiteboard that assist with collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I wish there was an option to add Zoom meetings to calendars versus only the "copy invitation" function because it creates extra steps.
2. I want to be able to see my notes when presenting a PowerPoint presentation over Zoom, but either I cannot figure out how to do that, or it is not part of the functionality. I do not want the audience to see my notes, only me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With COVID making travel more difficult, Zoom allows me to conduct meetings virtually. My company uses Teams, so I also use that platform, but having Zoom in addition allows me to easily reach more audiences.
Zoom Makes for Efficient Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Recording, screen sharing, display, ability to move people around on the screen, ability to schedule Zooms, transcription service, ability to designate someone else to close a meeting after I have to leave.
What do you dislike about the product?
The waiting room. I don't like to be put into a waiting room until the host arrives. I do not set meetings with this function enabled. Some people might like the waiting rooms, but I don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with clients around the world without travel. Zoom also provides videos and transcriptions for me to reference after a meeting, which I really like when I'm working on a report.
Zoom has worked great for our business!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of zoom is how painless it is to send invites to people who are less than technically savvy! It was a lifesaver during covid for our business, I don't think we would have made it without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand it is for security, but some of the default security features require us to go through extra steps when configuring the lobby so people aren't encumbered when signing in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to operate under restrictions/quarantines and also gave us an opportunity to work outside of our office while maintaining full communication with each other.
Paid User for This Essential Business & Meeting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is functionally easy to use. It has a lot of options including some fun ones for your display. I use it every day and have for several years. I host a YouTube video show and podcast with Zoom and have guests from all over the planet. When the covid lockdown happened, I hosted a digital conference for the space industry on the platform. It worked very well. I find camera integrations a lot easier to use with Zoom than with other platforms like google meet or Teams. The green screen capability is all right: I have a gtx 1060 and while for many months the program had no problem discerning where the green screen was, recently it has been having a little trouble figuring out where the focal plane is. But after a few seconds it discovers the line and returns to showing my background properly. I just renewed this month and am happy with my purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to be a paid user to have meetings over 45 minutes with more than two attendees. Sometimes though I'm in the meeting and waiting for another attendee, it'll tell them I'm in another meeting. If I end the meeting and restart it that fixes the problem. Overall a good experience, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business meetings, sales calls, collaborations. Especially internationally, I find Zoom to be the most stable meeting platform.
STRONG CONNECTION LONG CONVERSATION
What do you like best about the product?
I can connect with friends anywhere, and at anytime around the world m.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work when it needs an updates. It lagged a lot and disrupts the video and and speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The raised hand feature. During a lot of meeting one need to raise their hand. Sometimes your physical hand gets missed.
Good for day-to-day virtual meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom as a self-employed freelancer to run my business and meet with my clients daily. It is reliable and easy to schedule/update meetings virtually. Also, unlike GoTo I haven't had to download multiple versions or the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been on a few Zoom meetings lately that crashed -- hoping this is something the update resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been a helpful virtual meeting and webinar hosting tool for me.
Best software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the most reliable application with the best features and integrations with other software. The compatibility with google calendar and other apps makes it the most efficient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, no complaints. I think it's definitely something that can always improve. I would suggest more integrations with going live on social media platforms simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing with clients. I like that it integrates well with google workspace. I also like the white board features for sharing notes and presenting information.
Great Video Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can meet with my clients, customers, co-workers, and family with ease. The software has great ease of use and incredible functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software meets all of my needs so, no. =)

Zoom is solving the problem of being able to virtually connect with any audience around the world with ease. I love their software. It's increased my sales tremendously.

Zoom in available free and can be used on many platforms from desktops to laptops to tablets and other smart devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes up a lot of power when it is being used on a device--particularly a smartphone--and is not always a sustainable platform for meetings of more than 120 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is allowing me to do my job with my clients no matter where they or I am geographically located or what the time zone is. It also allows my clients to use many platforms to meet with me.
