Reliable and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using zoom because almost everyone knows how to use it so no trying to figure out tech problems as you are trying to start.
It is also a reliable platform - I haven't had any glitches or problems in the 2+ years I have used it.

Sometimes it is a little hard to find the setting for a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with clients like we are sitting in the same room - they can see both me and my computer screen!
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can record my Zoom meetings if I need to. Also, I am not limited to how long my meeting can be. The Zoom software is super easy to use and you can link it directly to your google calendar. This way if you set up a meeting it's easy to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan that I have to pay 15.00 per month to have unlimited Zoom meetings. I used to use the free version but I was limited to only 40 minutes per meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to meet with Clients and Colleagues during the day when they live in other states or areas. Being able to connect with them anytime anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really pretty simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While sharing screens, it would be helpful to not have to stop share then start again to switch from a browser window to a document for example. It also would be good if we could allow someone else in the meeting share their screen and have it go back automatically to the original sharer or host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work from home and have staff meetings virtually. I also do training sessions virtually. It is helpful to have others see my screen when going over an agenda or answering questions.
The essential tool for remote workforce
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom stands out from other alternatives because:

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be a bit better. The record button is hidden in the "more" section which makes it inconvenient when making recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the best tool for sharing presentations with the remote workforce. It is also an excellent video content creator with its recording feature.
Easy and Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy to use for communication, sharing our screen, and recording. I've never had connection issues. The voice, video, and sharing quality are all great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Zoom. I do wish there were more background options easily added from the app though. Some features like this would be great to add to the app rather than just on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure what Zoom is solving. It is working great for me, and I love the platform. There is no feedback I have to give for this portion over here. Thank you!
Zoom makes connecting virtually easy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a simple user interface that makes it easy to navigate, whether you are the host or the attendee, regardless of your technical skills. Clients do not have to have a subscription, or the software downloaded to access zoom sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom is business-oriented, I do believe it has the potential for so many more uses - especially for digital theater and virtual press junkets. It would be great to integrate more features that make it easier to share backgrounds and eliminate the "boxes" and give the illusion that people are in the same room rather than separated by rectangles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Zoom for both business meetings and personal gatherings. It makes it easy to stay connected when your team/family/friends are spread out all over the world and being able to share content and interact beyond just conversation helps build relationships in a way that phone calls don't do.
Great Service to Communicate Long or Short Distances
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of using zoom as well as the ability to use custom backgrounds and virtual wallpapers. The video quality is great as long as you have a strong internet connection. I use this for business meetings to talk to people hundreds of miles away and to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an easier way to find good virtual backgrounds and images. I do think the interface could use a facelift or maybe an option to customize the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great program to communicate with people "face to face" and discuss business strategies. I enjoy being able to seamlessly share a screen to show presentations
Zoom has been an invaluable tool to our small firm.
What do you like best about the product?
At one time or another, all of the employees work remotely throughout the week. This enables us to give our clients opportunities to meet when traveling into the office is not possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There as been a couple of occasions when our links would not let others join the meeting but we could send an invite to them that would allow the party to join the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents has become an irreplaceable feature that allows a complete meeting to occur and for everyone to have a thorough discussion in meetings.
A necessary component to new hybrid workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is definitely my favorite video-based software because it is so easy to share your meeting invitations with others on the fly, with people outside the organization, and also with people joining by phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Zoom is it's limited integration capabilities with microsoft. We use Teams a lot solely because Zoom isn't connected with the platform. It would be much easier if there was an app embedded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has become the "gold standard" of video conferencing and it has allowed our organization to easily meet with multiple other entities all in one place with ease.
An Invaluable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to being a complete life-saver for pandemic survival, Zoom has enabled my business to grow beyond local geographic limits to work with clients long distance. Zoom has also increased options for local clients -- they can fit in sessions in the comfort and convenience of their homes or wherever they have traveled for business or pleasure. Zoom's overall video quality is quite good, making it feasible to teach movement with clarity. The chat features have many advantages, including helping clients with technology snags -- if they can't hear you yet, they can still see the text and type back! The newer whiteboard features are also a great addition. You can prepare images in advance or create them on the fly. You can even use the Zoom recording options to make short videos with the whiteboard on your own time and use those recordings in any way you like, such as on social media. The whiteboard features are intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with all technology, it is sometimes frustrating to figure out all the changes after software upgrades. But the folks at Zoom seem dedicated to continually improving their product. I greatly appreciate companies that are constantly striving to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps evolving to add helpful features -- such as the whiteboard capabilities they have added. I had previously purchased a separate app for whiteboard options, but now I have that capability within the Zoom platform. Yay!
