Zoom is the ideal platform for my business!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to communicate with my clients and trainees. I love that my work is remote and zoom is what makes it possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a pianist, sometimes I have difficulty with getting a good sound (or for the person on the other side to get a good sound) even after changing the settings that I'm supposed to. So I hope there will be some improvements there.

Zoom Works Well
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a convenient and gold standard video conferencing tool. Zoom is easy to use, get the hang of, and then become an advanced user. It works much smoother than uberConferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom participants calling into a webinar meeting are sometimes not prompted and not aware of how to indicate that they want to speak. Better prompts for phone users would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see what is on someone's screen when helping them through a problem is my favorite feature. The ease at which a meeting can be created and shared is second.
I love Zoom. I use it for business and pleasure.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom has many features that allow me to enhance my online teaching. Features like whiteboard and breakout rooms are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could always be more features available. It would be awesome to have a feature that allowed me to unmute students when they are not able to do it themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to stay in touch with family and friends that are far away. We have had baby showers, family reunions, and online game nights. I love that I can feel like they are there even from far away.

The flexibility for a group to meet and have it be affordable
What do you dislike about the product?
The awkwardness for some in using it and in participating. That people look at their cellphone instead of paying attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to continue to meet regularly even though the Covid is still a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom several hours a day as my primary work platform. It is the best videoconferencing technology in the world. As an independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur, I have the option of using another platform at no expense to me, but I pay for Zoom because it works best for my clients -- and myself!
What do you dislike about the product?
Any technical issues with Zoom (such as connectivity glitches) are still MUCH easier to cope with than the problems with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it possible for me to earn income from my home office. It is a basic, must-have utility for my business.
Nothing but great service
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use provided by zoom has helped our team tremendously

I haven't found any real downsides to utilizing zoom. Maybe the fact that someone has to download it first?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely has been a change for me. I like that I can see the person I'm talking to and not just having a phone conversation. It has also helped me a lot with these crazy has prices!
Easy enough to use but lack of certain function
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy enough for regular users to use on a daily basis and the integration with Google Workspace is another plus for an organization. The UI is clear and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Premium features are not a big jump for enterprise users, and sometimes the image quality is just not that great for a long meeting. For Mac users, the initial setup sometimes can be confusing and chaotic due to various permission setting requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom seems to improve the video quality over time, but it is not to the level that brings satisfaction to daily users yet. Connection issues have been improved over the last couple of years, so meeting with a large number of users is becoming easier.

What do you like best about the product?
As long as your settings are correct, anyone could just join a meeting without having to enter passwords or codes which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see people with their blurry or cool backgrounds and I haven't taken the time to figure out how to do that. If it's not right in my toolbar when I start my call, it's not helpful. I don't want it all the time and wouldn't want to go change my settings constantly to switch it back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me connected when working remotely the majority of the time.
Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service hands down. You can tell that it is the top priority of the company and that they will do all that they can to make customers satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports that are given to the Pro Accounts are not the best but again you can tell the company is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again Reports - I do get weekly updates that they are being worked on which is nice!

I love the backgrounds that multiple people can share on zoom at the same time, love the scheduling feature

that I can only share 1 screen at one time, would love to be able to split the screen and share 2 screens
