What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and that so many people are already on zoom and, plus that zoom has improved the product over the years, love how the latency is so low, that is so important for high real-time engagment
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I need to sign in to the website to make some basic changes instead of using the app, wish everyone was HD by default, wish it was easier to get original sound turned on and off - seems a bit confusing and is so important, also wish I didn't get kicked out if I sign on with a different computer. I wish I could do more games within the app for engagement puposes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves in person meeting now being remote...more than that It works great for weekend seminars, which we do lots of

Great tool for remote workers and freelancers

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and doesn't require guests to set up an account. They can also phone in if that's an easier option. I also appreciate the privacy options and the ability to control who enters the meeting and how.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute time limit for more than two people (for the free account) can be challenging. I had a paid account for a while and it was helpful. Now I mostly meet one-on-one instead of in a group, so I find that the free account works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially during the pandemic, it's been great having a way to meet remotely. Now that the pandemic is less of a concern, I appreciate being able to meet on the fly and have options like screen sharing readily available.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Scheduling. Sharing screen while still seeing video. Integration with my calendar. Good Quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multi screen use is a little awkward. It will open and close on random screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with clients face to face all over the world. Sharing screens to troubleshoot technical issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to continue to have face-to-face meetings in a virtual setting. It has been a game changer for our company during the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Zoom works very well and I don't have any dislikes at this time. I do know sometimes the 40-minute limit on the free version can get annoying but I've upgraded to the paid version so I don't have this issue. I enjoy using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue our company faced of not being able to have face-to-face meetings during the pandemic. It also allows our employees who work remotely to have the ability to attend meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use. I set up at least three regular sessions each week, scheduling them ahead of time and sharing links with those who will attend. The website makes it very easy to schedule sessions and then have the participants join.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the audio isn't loud enough, even though I have my sound up to 100% those in the room have a difficult time hearing. I do have external speakers that I sometimes attach to my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid my Rotary Club was not able to meet in person. Zoom gave us the opportunity to continue our weekly meetings and those who attended that way were very happy. Then once the restrictions eased up, we continued to do Zoom weekly which would offer those members who still wanted to stay at home an opportunity to join the meeting which the rest met together in a restaurant. To this day we have what we call Hybrid meetings. I know Rotary clubs around the world are using Zoom this way. Some clubs have gotten members from another country to join because of Zoom.
Zoom also brought our family members closer together - we are spread out across the country and it helped keep us close. At Christmas we opened presents on Zoom! We played games on Zoom! It's awesome. And I worked to mentor weekly with my granddaughter who is writing a book.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to invite non-technical users to. There isn't a barrier for older generations for the most part. I can easily send a link to my parents to have them join sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom most frequently for teaching. I wish there was an easier way to add multiple camera angles for the students/clients to see better, though I know some of that comes from the hardware being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got certified to teach right when the pandemic hit, and now I have a collection of people in many locations still able to join and participate. It has allowed for ease of spreading my knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ease of being able to sync into Outlook. I liked that it is easily integrated with different programs. For example, I use Greenhouse to schedule interviews, and I create zoom links within Greenhouse to send out to interviewers and candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you change a meeting, I don't like how it doesn't update in my zoom overview (main menu). I usually have to go back to the calendar invite and grab the meeting ID instead of just logging in through my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote interviews and this is great for business because we can interview candidates quicker and more efficiently. Being able to do interviews quicker helpw with offer rate acceptance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use! I didn't have to spend a lot of time educating myself about the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
A 'share' feature would be great. I can't seem to see how to do that with documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue was that the Professional School of Social Work said no to the platform initially due to the data being stored outside Canada. You stepped up and changed that though! Thank you.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, helpful customer service. The interface is easy for my clients to use when on calls with me as well. I share my screen constantly and appreciate all the various uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major qualms regarding zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility to my clients - I can have face-to-face communication while being in different locations. This is massive in building the relationships I need with my clients.
