I can't live without Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I'm about to connect with anybody in the world, face-to-face, in real time, from the comfort of my own home. And not just with one person, but with multiple people at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about Zoom. I set up a meeting, email the credentials out, and at the appropriate time open the room and it gets populated with my guests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance and set-up are no longer problems. In the past, I would conduct my classes face-to-face which meant I had to drive to a site and set-up my presentation. With Zoom, I can conduct my classes face-to-face over the screen which means no driving to a site. And there is barely any set-up to conduct a Zoom meeting. I don't even have to dress up for the meeting.
Better conference calls than any other platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, flattering camera, doesnt take that much Wifi to load (although not perfect still better than other platforms like Google meet or Microsoft Teams)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say, sometimes it glitches when you open a meeting and you're the host - it doesn't recognize that you're the host. Also when my Wifi isnt great it drops me from the call. There should be a low bandwidth option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between coworkers and teams when working remotely. I use Zoom for all of my meetings - whether they are large meetings with a lot of attendees or just a one-on-one call with a coworker.
Great meeting app
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to schedule meetings with both internal and external recipients. It is also easy to join meetings as as subscriber.
What do you dislike about the product?
Competition of other platforms. With other players in the market it seems like everyone wants an app to download although you can use a browser experience. The browser experince just does not seem to be as robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us connect to our customers and vendors without having the expense of travel. It is also useful to use video calls for better engagement rather than old conf calls where people can tune out of the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
I am loving the interface. easy to operate. I appreciate zoom quality of the voice transfer. The online conference is awesome. Zoom crashes competitors by ease of use and options to interact
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is pricy for entrepreneurs because of the massive amount of options the platform has. They should offer a less pricy interface with fewer options to choose
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to make international video calls any time everywhere. A lot of benefits but the biggest one is the integration with other apps and systems as well as cloud integration
Easy for any age
What do you like best about the product?
For my members that are technologically inept, they are able to relatively easily be able to use the program without much assistance. This is not always the case with other programs. Also, there are more features easily available, such as automated closed captioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The applications that can be utilized in Zoom are not always easy to understand how to make them work within the program. It requires more reading/research to figure out what programs require other licenses and what is "free" to use. Most people tend to briefly look at an item and if it's not immediately right in front of them to state it needs something extra or not, the individual will skip over it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps with meetings that include the individuals who work from home as well as in the office. For example, in our weekly staff meeting, as the company has grown, we all no longer need to find a room big enough for us all to fit. We also use Zoom as a hybrid option for our meetings. Individuals who have collected together as well as the ones in other locations. Finally, we are able to reach a wider audience as it's no longer held only to the people immediately in the room.
Perfect App for all Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is perfect for our organization to chat internally. We can access our chat on our mobile devices or computers. In addition, starting a meeting and inviting people to the meeting is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is a challenge for our organization is remote support for our application when they are using a mobile device. We use the support and request desktop control function but it doesn't work on mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom handles all of our webinars, meetings, internal chat, etc. It helps us run our business more efficiently.
New AI support adds so much
What do you like best about the product?
The AI companion makes minuting meetings and checking back on meeting summaries so easy. A real time saving tool that has helped me become more efficient in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
An introduction to the AI companion and how summaries work would be helpful (I thought it was automatic but didn't realise I had to switch the AI companion on for each meeting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings that would take up time in arranging and costs in meeting physically are streamlined and simplified. Online concerts and events run through Facebook brilliantly too.
Effective Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to see people face-to-face just as if we were sitting right across from one another. In today's busy world, Zoom offers an effective solution for communication. We have moved into a phase of meeting and communicating not in person over the past couple of years due to necessity. Zoom offers me a way to still feel connected, even though apart. I have never experienced a time when using Zoom, that was not clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had times where someone may have been in a location where they had no signal or connection. That has been the only down side I can recall when using Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The state of our health crises over the past couple/few years has delayed and closed businesses, proceedings, and the like. Zoom gives me a way to conduct all business, or personal, matters despite any conditions that might otherwise have impeded my progress. I have participated in meetings, notarizations, depositions, interviews, and all sorts of communications that could not have taken place otherwise. Even in a place where most people are meeting again in person (for the most part), Zoom has proven itself to be so effective that now it is comforting to know that almost anything can happen when one needs it to now because Zoom is very convenient.
Great for conferences and digital signage
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient for displaying digital signage. We use it in many of our buildings to display info to our tenants.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the many, many different options and features it can be a little hard to understand it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to display weekly information to our tenants for events and other things happening around our campus.
Generally good
What do you like best about the product?
Most people are familiar. Relatively easy to use. Chat, recording, screen sharing is useful. Generally video/audio quality is better than most other conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to find settings. Can't change some settings during a meeting (e.g. transcription, save chat, breakout rooms). There are so many admin settings that it can be hard to find what's needed (e.g. polling/surveys, reports, breakout rooms, capacity limits etc). A lot of variation between plans on what's available to use can make collaboration difficult (e.g. using a client's account). Differences in what users see make it difficult to point people to things like raise hands, annotations etc. Alerts like for breakout rooms and raising hand are not prominent enough. Polling is very limited in terms of number/type of questions. Would be nice to have more integration into chat like voting up/down chats. Can be hard in a big meeting to find chats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting remotely. Need a platform to meet with clients in a remote environment. Need to run workshops, presentations, conferencing, 1:1s etc. Not sure what else to say.
