I Love Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom saves me the hassle of driving to court, saves clients money, not having to pay me to drive and wait in court, and reduces pollution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. It's all upsides, as far as I am concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work/meet remotely, participate in court hearings remotely (I'm an attorney), eliminates my need to drive, and helps me be more effective with my time.
My Business Depends on Zoom!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very user-friendly and the most commonly used video platform. Everyone has it and it's free to use so there is no barrier in getting involved with someone or with a business that uses Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would let me revisit past events and change the details of past events so the same link could be used for future events with only the password changing every month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the cornerstone of my business! It is helping my business (virtual yoga) expand across the country and reach new audiences that otherwise wouldn't be able to be involved in my business.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the share screen and remote control features. They are two of the most useful aspects of this product that I use almost every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The share screen feature when using zoom on a phone is a little complicated.
If any permissions need to be accepted, zoom should open them automatically rather than manually going into the phone settings.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed a work around for people that used to have the limitations of face to face meetings. It has opened up so many more possibilities that I am grateful for.
Great, easy to use communication platform
What do you like best about the product?
Offers a great option for connecting with clients and keeping those meeting concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone knows how to use the platform and sometimes the connection can be iffy but really depends on internet so not a huge issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me a way to connect and communicate easily with clients that located outside my local area.
Great conferencing software.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has plugins for several different platforms. It integrates will with all systems I use and has great video quality. We have used it with several cameras and Zoom always is the best when it comes to quality. Using the same equipment for other software vendors doesn't yield as good results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot really think of anything I dislike about Zoom. When you have the paid service everything works as expected with no problems that I have seen. It is a great product.

It solves the need to have an easy convenient way to have video conferencing software for multiple people with little setup needed.

It's simple to use and very logical and I don't even use all of the features

I did not like the question marks over security of information when Zoom fiorst began
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see the majority of clients by zoom now - it saves me hours of travel time each day & I can see more clients which means I do significantly more business
Easy to connect
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to connect when not local and has made client interaction easier when they can meet from the comfort of their own home. So much easier than trying to figure out conference calls and related software and systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people still have trouble finding how to turn on their videos when using the mobile app. Having a reminder that people are entering a meeting unmuted it helpful so they are talking to someone on the side and being disruptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote court hearings have saved my tons of time and my clients money as they no longer have to pay my travel time and mileage. It has been nice to be able to share my work with others when the zoom hearings are available on youtube.
The standard for videoconferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, and the adoption of it by so many people and organizations means that when you send an invite to someone, they already know how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat disappearing afterwards can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps by allowing me to work with companies without physically being there. It's also a good tool for conducting interviews with experts for content marketing.
Love being able to Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. I love that I just need to share a link and that is all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy...not showing someone in the room, saying it won't allow you in etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to connect with clients all over the country on a personal level whereas before it was just a voice convo or I would have to fly out.
Zoom and its upgrade features have served well.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Switch feature that allows me jump between devices. When I a zoom in 2 minutes about to happen and need to run to restroom or get power cord or other supplies, I can click switch and be in meeting on my phone and not miss clients logging in. I can greet them, chat to waiting room. Once done with task, I can go back to laptop, hit switch and back in full zoom just like that. Its a snap
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio is not as easy to navigate. Sound issues are not as easy to diagnose or resolve. Whiteboard not so easy to use and compatibility with screen pens need clarifying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom gives me access to my clients and reach to do business and close transactions as would almost as if we were in person. It lets me know when clients devices are not compatible for screen sharing by not showing mouse icon on tool bar om zoom screen.
