Zoom has been a great tool that is easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a simplistic approach to being able to communicate with others through Video. We regularly utilize the screen share that helps our clients walk through projects
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, we do not notice any downside to utilizing Zoom and the technology available. Our clients, even those less technology savvy are able to navigate with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved our ability to have face-to-face meetings with clients across the state. It allows us to create a personal experience even when everyone is not in the same space.
It has kept my music and arts community together during the pandemic and beyond
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has being amazing for Music tuition, performance and collaboration. With it's high fidelity mode, original sound and more it has been a lifeline for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part has being dealing with the few people who don't keep up to date with software updates, but that is more the fault of them and not the Zoom app itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to be able to provide music classes and performances to people around the world from my home office studio. It has also enabled me to keep working when I have a flare of my chronic conditions which stops me from being able to leave the house.
Great program
What do you like best about the product?
The recording feature, especially how it records 2 seperate audio files
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the non paid version having a time limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I record a podcast weekly and since Covid have not been able to get my cohosts in studio. This has helped us continue to produce episodes
Zoom is one of the most user friendly web meeting applications available.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has some of the most useful features when using it for all of your web meeting needs. It has an easy-to-adapt interface and there is little training needed in order to operate this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there might be some improvement for when people are using the mobile app. I have had several experiences where users that are trying to log in using a moblie app have issues with the permissions and cannot connect to the audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me to more quickly and efficiently interview candidates for our business. We staff all over the state of Pennsylvania so it is imperative we can interview candidates and be able to see them and interact through an interview using zoom.
Great Experience With Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, very easy to set up a meeting and to help anyone having problems. Recording is simple and love the transcription option.
What do you dislike about the product?
When recording it doesn't record what I have on my screen, we use interpreters and I like to record the slides, presenter and interpreter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To easily provide a webinar or a meeting with presenters and interpreters all on the screen in a way that is easily visable.
Convenient and Easy Connections
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect to people regardless of geographic location
What do you dislike about the product?
Differences in the layout of functions on the screens depending on which device is in use make it difficult to bring in new Zoom users with different devices. Make the screen layout for all devices--IPads, Android phones, PCs, Apple computers, etc.--the same. By layout, I mean position of a function on the screen--top, bottom right left, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy sharing of information on the screen, connecting people in diverse locations, allowing a feel of in-person rather than a "no-face" phone call. People who cannot leave their home or place of work for an in-person meeting can connect easily. It is easier to get the team together using Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
*i like that you are able to create your own settings within setting up a meeting; but also the easy layout is what works for a lot of people here within our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about zoom; it has never given me issues; teams on the other hand. Awful experience & we use Microsoft for a lot of things. Don't change; maybe add more backgrounds on greenscreen lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom benefits me and my colleagues daily whenever we need to schedule a fast meeting and we all cant make it to one place. It definitely benefits us, and it keeps getting better
Zoom just works when you need it
What do you like best about the product?
I like the service is constantly innovating. The number of features released is great but the features are targeted at businesses to allow you to be more productive working abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Zoom would offer more admin users. It would help to work with a team. It seems the system is set up for larger businesses that can afford to have 2, 3 or more users. As a small business owner, my time is valuable and having the ability to have multiple team members use their accounts to set meetings would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom brings our clients and team members together regardless of the distance. We often need to explain complex scenarios to team members and clients and the many collaboration features Zoom offers have aided the effort to keep everyone well informed.
Essential and Extremely Effective for Remote Teaching as well as personal connections
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is excellent and easy to use (I am on a laptop). Even with occasional unstable WiFi, sessions are NEVER interrupted. Especially with whiteboard, easy screen sharing, etc., competitors I've tried can't match Zoom for flexibility when using as a virtual classroom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I use Zoom more and more, but I've heard that some people suffer "Zoom fatigue," i.e., they don't show up for class. However, I dismiss this, because showing up for class in person also has its downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my students are young mothers who probably wouldn't be able to attend classes en présentiel. It also allows me to avoid lugging my teaching materials around and fighting traffic to conduct classes.
Zoom is an easy, fast and reliable way to have video meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it incredibly easy to add people to a call whether scheduled or on the fly. The streaming quality within Zoom is also very high, so you never have to worry about lagging meetings or low-quality video recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an option to view your video camera before you go live on the call. Being able to see yourself and adjust your lighting, appearance or background beforehand can help you feel ready to hit connect and start talking to people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our team to have full team-wide meetings without any worry about the number of people on the call or the quality of the call dropping. It's easy to chat, share screens and organize which cameras you want to pin or move around making it easy to see the faces of those on the team you are talking to.
