Great way to stay connected with staff
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program is easy to use and navigate, even for our board members who are not tech savvy. I am able to complete all of my daily "face-to-face" meetings with Zoom, so that I can work from home more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who use the call-in feature, I don't feel that it is as user friendly as the web version. We often have meeting members who struggle to find a call-in number that works for them, which delays our meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that many staff are working remotely, Zoom allows us "face-to-face" contact. My meetings are more productive and I can easily prepare any documents ahead of time to share on the screen.
Easy to use, fast log-in
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to download the App, ability to enhance your picture/video quality/filters, simple to create meetings and copy and send invites. The ability to have a Waiting Room so you can let people in when you're ready!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a corporate account, the meetings are time-limited. Sometimes the sound quality is an issue but unsure if that is also a computer issue. Ability to filter more crisply, or having to download outside filters which some companies don't allow on their server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, it allows us to continue to meet and not postpone Committee meetings or Board meetings. It allows us to continue to "see" each other. We can also share screens which is a huge help.
A Great Video Meeting Platform with Some Slight Downfalls
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Meetings is probably the best platform for video meetings at this time. Calls are stable, video quality is great, and the platform is user friendly for my staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had the toughest time with Zoom's account representatives; they've switched people probably 10 times lin the last two years on us, and rarely do they give any warm handoffs so we have a hard time figuring out who to reach out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is giving us the hybrid work environment that has developed so staff members can work from home, the field, offices, or wherever there is work to be done.
Zoom continued after Covid
What do you like best about the product?
We initially used Zoom for our monthly meetings due to Covid. We originally had all employees meet at one location. Which would require travel and mileage costs. Then when Covid hit we used Zoom to meet virtually for social distancing. Now, even with restrictions lifted we still use Zoom because it is convenient. I also like that we can easily share our screens which is extremely helpful for training situations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, using the free version we couldn't have meetings longer than 30 minutes. However, with the usefulness and convenience of Zoom, we have the paid version. We can have meetings as long as we need them to be. Plus, all of the extras that come with the paid version is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved our need to have multiple locations meet together without traveling. Also, for those employees that are scheduled off the day of the meetings, they no longer have to travel on a day off for one paid hour for the mandatory meetings. They now can still attend the mandatory paid meeting at home with Zoom.
Over all it is very good for my use as a music instructor
What do you like best about the product?
Sharing screens with my students. I can share my iPad screen and write out music in real time for my students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Share an iPad and write out music in real time. Interface is really good as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to teach during COVID. Also I am now able to teach to students out of my area.
I was able to keep my therapy practice online and running throughout COVID.
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing all that Zoom has to offer helped me get my clients online without any disturbance in quanity or quality of therapy sessions. Ease of use made the transition wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had several instances where I sent zoom links out early and they were not received. This could be due to my own difficulties with zoom and online platforms. There were other times I set up new meetings and found it difficult to delete and set up another one. Again possibly my own issue but I am unsure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved the problem of me providing telehealth services to approximately 250 clients in a short amount of time. Due to the ease of use and effectiveness of this virtual platform I have now gone completely online in my provision of services.
Helpful for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use zoom for meeting that need break rooms or when there are several people that need to be in the meeting at once. The ability to easily mute is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes audio isn't great - hard time connecting Bluetooth earbuds. Also a better way for blurring the background would be helpful in many circumstances. I would also like an option to play music while waiting knothera
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure if I know of any problems that zoom is currently working on that would be helpful to me and my team. I am not sure if they could creative with the way we send invites or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the most important thing to me. Our Lawyers rely on it to be something they can count on and it almost never fails them. We often get very little time to set up and with it's ease, we only need a little time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Room software doesn't see the camera attached. That could just be an issue with the camera hardware and not the software. Other than that, Zoom has treated us well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving an issue that we discovered when Covid hit. We are able to decrease our costs because we don't have to travel to meet or attend hearings. This has cut our costs by a large margin.
Zoom has helped my biz grow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new whiteboard feature and the user-friendliness of it as a whole. Hand raising is a great feature as well. The chat comes in handy and thus far the recording capabilities have been stable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of times that I am required to re-login has become a recurring issue. I prefer to use the desktop app, however often when I log in, I am redirected to the web browser and asked to sign in all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting me and my biz with a global audience enables me to work within networks that I otherwise would not have access to. My business performance has increased substantially.
A must-have tool for entrepreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zoom is to schedule meetings and workshops. It records beautifully for podcast interviews- it's all I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never had a negative experience with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes recording podcast episodes with guests extremely easy. It also makes client calls a breeze because it's incredibly user friendly.
