Convenient for Private Online Coaching
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of being able to create and share Zoom meeting links allows me to stay organized and makes me look professional to my clients. I've previously used a competitor and didn't feel their format was as professional as Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there is more than one way to create or start a meeting (to share with clients) is sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working with voice actors who need to hear the work they do with me during our Zoom meetings after the meeting is complete in order to study what they're doing well and what needs improvement. So the recording feature is extremely beneficial for both my clients and me.
Bandwidth hungry but mostly stable video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It seems that everyone has a Zoom account. That makes it dead simple to setup meetings with family members that are less technically inclined. You can conference from the web and avoid installing apps, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have multiple people trying to get on a meeting at the same time, you need a more robust router. The entire network crashes when a teacher and two students all start a meeting at 9am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved a major education issue for our family, and a significant WFH meeting issue for my company. We use a lot of free tools to get work done and Zoom saved the day with our random adhoc one on one meetings.
Easy to use for meeting host and participants
What do you like best about the product?
Most people in the business world know how to use Zoom. I don't have to spend time educating participants on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like accounts to have more ala cart options. I don't need everything that the next level provides, but I do need at least 1 thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy for me to meet with clients virtually. This saves me time from driving to/from in-person meetings which saves me money too.
Reliable platform for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and quick to launch. Both audio and video work well. Overall it's a solid platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to upgrade team members can add up quickly. The layout of the website navigation is fine but not super clear if you are not using it every day.

I get to meet with prospects and clients using a platform that always works when I need it to.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me connected to my clients and associates. It is pretty easy to work with. I like the recording because it is fast and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
It stopped opening and logging in automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It kept me in business during the pandemic because I could and still do my sessions by zoom. Plus I don't have the travel expenses, gas and clothing expenses
Zoom saved my life!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom saved my life during the pandemic! I had been widowed, just moved into a completely new area of town, and was trying to rebuild my life. Being able to connect during the pandemic with others, not just in my area, but across the country, saved my life. I made new friends, was able to process my grief and get counseling help, all over Zoom. I will be forever grateful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty is in feeling connected with others when I can't see their eyes or touch them. Sometimes the pictures on the laptop were not clear so it was tough to understand where someone was coming from when they made comments. Emojis help but are not perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making connections with others is huge in my business because I need to establish a relationship of trust with them. All of them are long-distance, so being able to connect on Zoom is critical so they can see my face and get to know me. Without that ability, trust would be difficult to establish.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup is easy, it's easy to use on multiple devices, easy to navigate. It's easy to set up meetings and share links in an instant. I prefer it to all the other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any yet. It has helped to sustain my teaching and practice over the pandemic, and increase productivity by making it easier to connect with people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule and have a meeting in minutes, and it eliminates the necessity of traveling across town to meet. It is reliable, I haven't had tech issues with it. It definitely helps me to maintain productivity. And it became invaluable in allowing me to stay connected to friends and loved ones when COVID required social distancing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the backgrounds I can choose and the idea of the service! I love zoom for all my presentations and it helps me a lot! Zoom is a lot better than google meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I go on the zoom and go on it twice it adds 2 of me which is confusing for the student/person who is on the zoom and can create background noise! Also keeping hackers away on zoom is another situation you should think about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me do all my work online! I can't drive or go anywhere for my sales and it's best for me to do zoom! If zoom wasn't on this planet everything would be different and that is why I love zoom !
Zoom is helpful for connecting with clients
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom because it makes connecting with clients easy. I work with clients all over the country, singularly and groups, and zoom makes it really easy to accommodate people and have visuals
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it turns my camera off and I can't turn it back on without logging off and back on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a tarot reader doing readings for people all over the Us, and sometimes internationally, and Zoom is an affordable way to do readings for my clients and have the ability to show them the cards and make a visual connection.
Very useful service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to teach private and group lessons to people all around the world, and talk to friends and colleagues about things without travel or risk of exposure to viruses or other health hazard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service does not work well, often, I believe, due to poor internet connection at one end of the connection. Also, sometimes, with music things, the connection remains but the sound cuts out in an effort to get rid of background noise that is actually the music. Even with original sound on with good settings this can happen at times. Since my business deals with music, this can be a detriment, but it doesn't happen all that often.

Easier to teach lessons in all kinds of situations. Saves on travel for people. Lets me teach workshops to people all around the world live.
