What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use so I have more time to focus on my business. Recording is a plus for reviewing and low cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to zoom is about the Wi-Fi side of the equation. How clear the connection is dependent on my Wi-Fi and the recipients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having my business online gives many more options for customers. Plus, it is a time saver. This results in more revenue.

Zoom allows me to connect with parishioners for meetings, classes, and catechism training in a manner that fits individual schedules.

Some folks find the invitation log-on message confusing.

Permits us to gather and fulfill various pastoral requirements without demand that everyone has to gather in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers wonderful tutorials and is easy to use. I appreciate the easy user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is very helpful. At this time, Zoom is meeting my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unable to work in person, Zoom is keeping me employed. I am able to deliver professional, interactive presentations and meet with clients any time of day. I appreciate the virtual workshops which are helping me to connect to my audience and improve the quality of my presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom had allowed me not only to continue working throughout the pandemic but also to allow my business to thrive. As a classical musician who teaches a full studio of students, Zoom has gotten better and better at allowing high quality lessons to continue. As the souund options have increased, high quality music is able to flow across the country between my students and me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see even more options for musicians, perhaps the ability to make music together overZoom, rather than needing a separate platform for that. I also wish it was a little easier to send invites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has gotten better about things like the high fidelity music mode and offering greater viewing options. I've really appreciated this as it's made work far more enjoyable.

The most helpful thing for my business from Zoom is the breakout room feature. It allows my students the interact with each other.

What I dislike about Zoom is nothing. Zoom always works very well for me and what I need to use it for. I think that Zoom could maybe lower the price just a little bit lol

Zoom has solved the problem of me and my business being able to have a classroom setting with multiple students and being able to break down the students into breakout rooms for student interaction.

I love the options to chat, as well as the other features like reactions and raising hands.

For the downsides, I wish there were more options to interact (i.e., other things similar to the Whiteboard)

Zoom has helped me to navigate exactly what I need for my business to host trainings and record the trainings that I host so participants can view later than the actual date.

Ease of use! Simple to use tools! Everything is useful. A lot of qualities are easy to use. Very easy to use and everyone knows how it works, it compares well to others.

Zoom links are long and hard to copy. No. nope everything works well with the zoom. I have not suggestions. No Suggestions for bettering zoom. It does what I need it for.

Working remotely allows my team to stay connected. Getting connected with others across states to help our programs has been so helpful!

Amazing user experience, helpful tools and always a great connection
What do you dislike about the product?
The 40 minute time limit with the free account is annoying. Upgrading to the unlimited for $20 a month is well worth it.

The ability to have a seamless user experience is absolutely necessary. Sometimes work calls can be frustrating based on topics discussed an appraiser experience only adds to that frustration

What do you like best about the product?
I like using zoom vs phone conference or another platform because it's easy to access across multiple platforms, it's better than a phone conference because there aren't people talking over each other

Everything is working good. I haven't had any problems with connectivity, sound or outages.

Being able to connect with customers and vendors alike without the expense of traveling
Great platform for online gatherings
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, confidential options for conferencing and gathering in breakout groups. I also appreciate that end users don't need to purchase the software to join our meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for professional option is too high for a nonprofit organization. It's also frustrating that the app doesn't do an auto update on my computer, so if I don't use it for a bit it won't log right into the meeting and instead has to update.

Hosting only meetings--both during COVID and when attendees are unable to gather in person. It allows us to gather as teams and committees to improve continuity of business.
