Easy & Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reliable. folks I sen the invites to are able to download and log in with very little trouble and that's really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe too many bells and whistles? It needs to do one thing, and do it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
working and interviewing remotely saves a lot of travel time.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity! It's very easy to use. I'm not the most tech-savvy person but I'm easily able to send invites and conveniently generate all the business meetings/webinars I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The regular updates. Zoom needs to update almost every week which means a 5-minute delay in getting on calls. It would be great if you could update the app during meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The share screen feature is great. This goes beyond FaceTime and other video calling apps allowing me to collaborate with colleagues and get feedback in real-time.
Zoom has it pretty down pat.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Home Screen options with the four selections (although I've never chosen Screen Share or Join directly from the Home Page). Scheduling is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's a user error, but each time I schedule, it asks me which (Google) calendar I want to use, then opens a new calendar tab. I wish it would default to my main calendar and quit asking every time. I also dislike that it doesn't label the screen with the meeting you are in like Google Meet does. I've also had snafus when the day/time of the meeting changes...if I make the change just on my Google calendar (and not in Zoom) sometimes the participant can't get into the meeting. Then it's texting on the phone beside my computer and a scramble to create a new Zoom link and send it out. OK, I've just changed my overall rating from a 9 to an 8 now that you've forced me to articulate my gripes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are more familiar with Zoom (and Teams) than Google Meet which we tried to use. They had trouble accessing the Google

Zoom is great for just about all of your business meeting needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create an account, setup and schedule meetings, and create a link to share with others. I also love that you can send email invites to a meeting while the meeting is happening, that you can send people into breakout rooms, and that you can live stream the meeting to Facebook with the pro edition.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue has always been with the live streaming to Facebook. Though I love this feature, we have always had reoccurring issues where Facebook updates something Zoom hasn't made a patch for yet, and therefore the live stream option will suddenly not work for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom reoccuringly solves the issue with Facebook live streaming not working, which is good because we like to sometimes broadcast our podcast live. Also, Zoom seems to have fixed an issue where people's camera's would sometimes appear to be frozen until the user minimized, then maximized their screen.
Zoom makes my online teaching easy and hassle-free
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom is how easy it is for my students to set up on their end, and that the interface is easy for my senior age students to understand and to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of zoom as a music teacher (which is really not a downside of zoom, but of all online meeting platforms, is that we can not play music at the same time)...which has nothing to do with Zoom itself, but of the delay that there is between computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me solve the problem of how to be able to effectively teach students from across the country. With good audio and video, along with varieties of ways to screen share and mark up worksheets in real time, I am able to reach my students near and far . It was a real game changer when I discovered zoom. They also made the music and professional audio section which helps with music teaching.

What do you like best about the product?
Everybody is pretty familiar with how to use Zoom, which makes my job easier. I've recently been using the remote control of my student's screen more and that has been very helpful

It has a lot of great features. I can't think of anything to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure! I'm glad they keep upgrading it. I love the remote control of the other participant screen to help them out. I love having a recording that I can share. Maybe we could authorize and email of a regular meeting so that the recording link automatically goes to the person we want it to go to?

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Zoom is of great value to teachers and educators working online. It's easy to use and friendly for users of all ages.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about zoom; however, because of the price, it's not as accessible to everyone. They could probably add more packages with a limited number of hours per month or something?
Also, programming recurring meetings through zoom itself is kind of a pain, because you have to do it through Google calendar. There should be a way to program them from the app itself.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed me to stay connected with my customers from the beginning of the pandemic. Regardless of where you are, you are always connected. I think it helps me convey a more professional image to my students

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom enables me to support my clients and my brokerage like I'm right there. As the Technology Director supporting over 170 agents, I need to be able to address people of all skill levels. Zoom gives me the ability to talk someone through using our industry software and even control their screen to help out if they have difficulty. I host a weekly technology session I call the ZOO Hour (Zoom Online Office Hour) where my agents can drop in and ask me anything about technology. Best of all, I can record the sessions so agents who couldn't be there live can watch later and learn from everyone else's questions. As an agent myself, I can 'meet' with my clients at the drop of a hat to walk them through complex contracts or discussions and strategy planning for their home search or sale. I use Zoom almost every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of a thing I dislike. Zoom has been everything I needed it to be and when the pandemic hit, it was still everything I needed it to be, just much more often! The fact that the exponential sudden growth caused by the shut-down didn't really affect the service I had already come to rely on was laudable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables me to provide real-time technical help to the agents I support in our brokerage and my clients. Being able to share screens, control remotely and record sessions are immensely helpful. Integrating with Calendly is so easy. Zoom really is as essential to my business as being able to breathe air.

Zoom is easy to use, affordable, convenient and makes for a great way of scheduling meetings, sharing documents and communicating with a clear, easy program. The screen sharing and whiteboard makes for a create and fun way to interact with co-works and children alike!

There is not anything I dislike about Zoom and the programs within it. It's a clear format that you can present documents and communicate with staff efficiently!

Zoom only poses problems with loss connections. I haven't had other challenges as yet. You do have to pay for premium services as well.
