I would Love To See Better Integration To Play Music On Some Of The Platforms, And A Better Way To Retrieve Zoom Recordings From My Hard Drive Or Cloud Services

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. You click a button and you are in the meeting. The link now transfers to text to reach people faster so scheduling is easier. The security has gotten better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat does not transfer to the breakout room. It takes a lot to raise your virtual hand. The emotions do not stay long enough. The translation is wonky most of the time

The way I connect with Clients around the world was difficult at best. Zoom made is so fast and easy. An easy way to connect to people on multiple platforms and multiple timezones

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom interface is so easy to work with. My students all appreciate the video feature, the chat room, and the high quality of the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the wifi connection is poor, Zoom can be harder to use, with frozen screens or drop-outs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work no matter where I am, which means I can accept out-of-town jobs and keep my students happy.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved Zooms ability to set such detailed host preferences (like requiring meeting passwords, starting meetings before the host arrives, and assigning alternate hosts). I also appreciated being able to set more professional virtual backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had with zoom has been needing to log out and back in to refresh my meetings tab. Sometimes it wouldnt show meetings due to the network connection not working, even when on WiFi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has been the best platform to host multi-site meetings with a lot of team members across my organization. It doesn't lag when increasing the number of particilants, which has been an issue for me with other platforms. It's call in option has also been really helpful when one of our team members had spotty WiFi access.

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity in the video and audio, when there is a good internet connection. Ease to use on mobile devices as well as computers. I also like having the ability to choose my zoom id.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there isn't good internet connection. I don't like that all breakout rooms are linked to each other. Sometimes I want to pull back one or two breakout rooms to the main session and leave one or two in the breakout room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me communicate much easier with all of my clients nationwide as well as my colleagues. I am able to see via video and execute conversations and business efficiently from almost anywhere.

The ability to use it on any device, easily, chat features, and security that helps me feel safe.

When my Wi-Fi is struggling, it's a challenge. But that's not Zoom's fault!

As an online business owner, it's the best way to chat with potential clients. When they can put a face and personality to the business, it's leads to being hired 85% more often.
Zoom is the gold standard for teleconferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Zoom is great because unlike Teams or Meet (which I've used on occasion), there's rarely quality issues or trouble with the connection. I start a meeting and the meeting works - I couldn't ask for anything more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike about Zoom. I guess it would be nice if the free plan could go longer than 40 mins for a group call, but they have to monetize somehow, and I've been more than satisfied with my paid plan.

My company and clients are 100% remote so we use Zoom every day instead of meeting in person. It's rare now to be face to face. Usually it's just a teleconference and Zoom is integrated with all my appointment stofware.

Zoom constantly adds new features and just keeps getting better and better!

There are a lot of different levels to choose from, and it's sometimes hard to turn them off and on as needs change throughout the year.

We use the webinar feature for virtual events and also my private coaching sessions with clients around the world!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is helpful as it allows me to do weekly staff meetings, even while traveling and with employees in various locations. It also allows me to coordinate meetings with outside guests remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is hard to answer. I'm a big fan. I have yet to have a significant problem of any kind with Zoom. Overall, I am quite satisfied. I'm not sure how to improve for our use.

When Covid-19 protocols did not allow groups to meet in person, Zoom became our valued, go-to platform. Meetings and group sessions could continue without interruption!

What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable to be used "as it comes", but it has limitations otherwise
What do you dislike about the product?
With a laptop connected to an external monitor, it is not possible to have the Zoom and PowerPoint controls on the laptop, and the Zoom meeting window and PowerPoint presentation on the external monitor. It is not possible to have remote attendees on the external monitor and the meeting controls at all times on the laptop - before, during and after a screen share. Basically, the "second monitor" using the Dual Monitor setting all it does is show the local attendees, I can drag the sharing control bar to my laptop window when the presentation has started. But I have to start the share to be able to drag the meeting controls to my laptop. I need to have the control bar at all times on my laptop screen, not just when I'm sharing.
Also, even with paid individual accounts, you don't get tech support - it's only for corporate accounts.
