Easy to use with next to no glitches
What do you like best about the product?
Meetings are easy to set up and links can be generated quickly for a user. Typically everything works first time
What do you dislike about the product?
When setting a recurring meeting, if they are happening at different times each week, you need to set different meetings. It would be great to be able to have a recurring meeting where by you could amend the day each week if need be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem zoom is solving for me is being able to still work during a pandemic. It's enabled me to be more productive in setting up quick consultations with prospective clients face to face right now as opposed to trying to schedule something in the diary which suits when someone can come in to the office
Great video calling platform for diverse needs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is intuitive to use which makes it easy to focus on having a great meeting instead of how to use the platform. Some of my favorite features are the breakout rooms which are great for smaller group discussions and the screenshare. Specifically, the screenshare has a "share audio" option which makes it possible to share videos and music.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complaint is that free meetings are capped at 40 minutes. Additionally, the whiteboard is great, but the content is not automatically saved anywhere when the whiteboard is closed which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a remote team and we use Zoom to connect and work together. I also like using Zoom for 1-on-1 co-working sessions with my colleagues to dig into problems and connect more deeply even though we're in different locations.
Zoom Keeps Us Connected
What do you like best about the product?
We have regular meetings with offsite consultants and with vendors in other countries. Zoom helps us to stay connected. Even with so many WFH, it's helpful to see body language with challenging discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to make it easier to change between platforms. Sometimes I log in from a desktop, laptop, or even an ipad. And sometimes I need to change the device during a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us to meet deadlines, address scheduling, and maintain relations with staff and vendors. We can set meetings on the fly or we can plan in advance.
Easy To Use, Very Convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is like directly connected to Google Calendar, so anytime I schedule a meeting, I can add it to my calendar and invite other people on their calendars as well. Very easy for me to stay on top of upcoming meetings, and its easily accessible from my calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is alright. I wish that for a more reasonable price, I could host 2 separate zoom meetings at the same time. Also, sometimes when you send a link for a scheduled zoom, if you miss the scheduled time then the link won't work. I think the link should always work, so we don't have to go and create a whole new link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for me to keep meetings scheduled with zoom and organized in my google calendar. Meetings can also go on for more than 30 minutes, as most meetings often do.

Zoom is an extension of my business
What do you like best about the product?
It's a huge benefit to me to have a tool that gives me the ability to connect eye to eye with my clients from all around the world and Zoom makes that possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I host frequent meetings with similar content in each meeting. It would be helpful if Zoom offered a cloud storage option where I could store regularly used presentations and files and quickly share them while on a call.

Zoom helps me connect with people that I'd normally travel to meet. The Record feature allows me to create content to share with other stakeholders and clients.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run my business through Zoom for all of my client coaching calls. This benefits me because I have one easy system to integrate with the other tools that help me run my business more smoothly and productively.

I think Zoom is one of the easiest-to-use video conference software, even for those who have never used it before.

I think at first, the 40 minute limit was an issue but after upgrading, I don't know if i can think of any other issues

Virtual meetings, remote work and virtual team meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to host and attend meetings throughout different time zones, and without having to lose valuable time via commuting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any downsides with Zoom. I've used it for podcasting and professionally with multiple people.

Great way to stay connected.
What do you like best about the product?
It's much easier to use than Facetime and using it on my computer enables me to see everyone on the call. Convenient and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
If someone forgets to mute themselves if they're distracted from the call, it isn't that easy to mute then unmute them (as I am the host most times). Easy to mute but not as easy to unmute when they're back engaged with the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of travel time is saved by not having to go meet folks in person for meetings. Much greater productivity.
