Absolutely fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use by all ages - children to adults. Great quality of the image and sound. It allowed our small business to survive the pandemic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative. The service is the best of all the online meeting apps I have tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to continue operating during the pandemic, and to reach more customers. At this time it allows for easy team meetings and let's us offer a variety of online classes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has enabled me to personally and professionally expand opportunities to get together with others to develop ideas or build community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced too many limitations beyond those related to how account tiers are established, but these are understandable given business costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has enabled meetings that would have otherwise been canceled to continue, which enables the work of the group to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is that it takes way less bandwidth to stream clearly than most other virtual meeting platforms. I experience significantly less interruptions than other platforms. I also frequently use the room features such as breakouts, polls, and screen annotation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about the Zoom platform. I do sometimes wish the backgrounds were integrated and as easy to find as they are on teams. And often times with the blurred background, my hair gets cut off, and that's weird. But I have no major complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to work with a flexible location. As a person that runs a business and a nonprofit in addition to my full-time work, this literally allows me to bounce between my roles seemlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability on any device, any time anywhere, it's easy to use for everyone involved. I love that you can download backgrounds online and use them every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only do 40 min meetings for free and then you need a subscription and it can get expensive depending on your needs. I understand that the company has to make money but I still wished it was more affordable

I can connect with clients all over the world, and integrate Zoom into different other websites and business solutions/services. It is very widely used all over the place
Great Product, Easy to Use. Industry Standard
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and always adding new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free tier plans are getting more and more limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work From home is made a lot easier with zoom. It is also good for remote desktop support.
Great Video Call Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use by many people, yet has a variety of features to handle our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be having to give permission for zoom to use my camera and audio every time I use it. I would think I should be able to give permission once and then it would save my setting for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting people who cannot, or choose to not, be in the same room. Convenient for people to not have to commute to meet together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile zoom can be and how easy it is to implement and integrate with other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it cost a bit less! It also seems there are a lot of updates - would be nice to have these packaged and distributed better

Zoom solves meeting and coaching with people online. it has helped me become better connected and able to serve my clients across the globe

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows you to connect with people globally to conduct business meetings as needed. You can also host meetings with multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at this time. Each time I have used Zoom it has worked exceptionally well for my needs.

I am able to connect with clients and discuss their needs and be able to share my screen to visually provide additional information as needed.
Pretty Good Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom almost exclusively to record podcasts and virtual videos, it has the best sound and video quality of all virtual platforms and is simple enough for most people to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom doesn't integrate as well with Calendars as other videoconferencing tools, which makes it a bit more manual to set up a meeting, but other than that I'm pretty happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A large part of my job is podcast recordings, which we did in a professional studio, but when the pandemic started I needed a way to do these virtually while maintaining sound quality. Zoom's platform has good quality and a good but flexible user interface, which as prove to be a huge benefit.
What do you mean you only want a phone call? I need to see your face.
What do you like best about the product?
We dove fully into Zoom at the start of the pandemic. I use it EVERY day. Now when someone wants to talk to me at work, I hate an old fashioned phone call!
What do you dislike about the product?
I often record calls for notes later, so I set that as the default, but then some calls I don't want to record, so I wish it could 'read my mind' but that's just me. Quality is generally good overall

Enables our management team to connect daily to discuss activities of the day, and keeps the team working smoothly.
