Zoom has helped me to go to the next level with my business.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me to connect with people I may not have come into contact with previously. I am a podcaster and Zoom allows me to feel like my guest is in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems as if zoom completely forgets my information and I have to login over and over and over again. And it will freeze. That can be extremely frustrating when you have an important Zoom call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seems seems to be adding quite a lot of extra amenities there are things that you couldn't do before that you can do now. I also found I'll talk to Ethan anymore due to being able to use Zoom.

Can conduct a more personalized business from anywhere

Zoom was a business saver during COVID and always performs with excellence!
What do you like best about the product?
Their platform development is fantastic! Every few months there are positive, easy-to-use changes that allow for consulting and e-learning creativity. This is what we need to ensure the best experience possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's becoming more expensive making it less accessible for small business clients. There's also less user time available for individuals who trying the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with clients who usually have to travel great distances. In our rural areas, our clients drive long distances to meet with us. Now they can log in to a meeting in their business and receive all the guidance possible at no cost...that's how we like to serve small businesses!
Been using zoom daily since March of 2020 with almost no technical problems
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and I love that I can record my classes. The most important part for me is that I can see my students and they have an option to be seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can not speak with customer service unless I had a higher package. I already pay about $150 yearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that zoom is solving is that I don't have to be in the same physical space as my students. I can have students globally!
Zoom makes everything easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is how easy it is to create a meeting and troubleshoot things like hearing and seeing one another. When someone is experiencing technical difficulties it's easy that figure out whose end it's on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how LOUD the alert is that the meeting is being recorded. When I have my headphones on, it scares me and I hate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy having podcast interviews but it's hard to get people in the same place at a time that works for everyone. With zoom, I can talk to anyone in the world at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up meetings, and how easy it is to invite people to join by sending them an invitation with an embedded link and passcode.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to set up a co-host as an admin for a basic pro account. I pay for the basic pro account 200$ per year and feel I should be able to have a co-admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom held our riding association to have regular meetings even though we live at opposite ends of the riding. We are more productive because it is easier to meet than when we gathered in person.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes things simple by offering ongoing training if we don't understand something. I am not the best computer saavy person and I like that they've thought of everything and created it on their site even before I ask!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything. If I HAVE to be on a zoom appointment-which I sometimes do, I am comfortable doing so as the guesswork is taken away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection from California to throughout the US! I can connect for personal and for business needs with others and not have to travel!
Zoom has transformed my business communication
What do you like best about the product?
As an independent brand partner, I discovered that the post-pandemic drag was real. I also learned that genuine conversations bump up my bottom line. Zoom has been my biggest asset in reconnecting with brand partners and customers on a one-on-one, face-to-face basis. I have not found an easier, more cost-efficient way to communicate with my global network marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how to best address Zoom fatigue - some people have become tired of "zooming" and those folk prefer other methods of communicating with me. That is the only challenge I have with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom connects the entire world with one click. My brand partners and customers live in multiple countries and no matter where they live or where I travel, Zoom is hands down the simplest way to stay engaged in face-to-face communication.

Chat could be more interesting. I wish we could share files or display images.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to conduct a meeting or visit with family with audio and video. Many good features to Zoom, even the free version. They are adding more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to reach tech support via phone on some of the versions. It would be nice to have you tube video's on "how to use" one for PC's, one for Mac and one for Andriod phones and one for iphones as it can be complicated for users. Sometimes times I get kicked out and have to log in again - and it doesn't make a difference what computer I am on. I aso have dual monitors and like to keep a zoom call on one and work on the other and that's usually when I get kicked out.

Ability to meet with people who are traveling or not at your location - that ability is amazing.
