Frankly there are no downsides that I have experienced over the past few years. I formerly used a Microsoft that always seemed to fail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with co workers and also remote meetings and presentations for my organization. It's a huge blessing to have a person from Cambodia and a church in Kansas meet real time with me in FL!
Zoom is our Go To Software for Virtual Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and versatile. People who don't have strong internet connections can connect via phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing of add-ons can be a bit expensive for small nonprofits that don't have larger budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to connect with more customers and stakeholders and it has saved us on travel costs.
Easy to use and good performance
What do you like best about the product?
Even non-technical users seem to have no problem using it. Other services I often have to do a lot of hand-holding and tech support to get people up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Zoom, they made some security updates (requiring a password for the meeting participants) that were rolled out with limited notice and it caused some problems with our user base. But since then, we've not have any significant issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it at our church to provide streaming services for members who are not able to be in attendance physically. Also, we use it for convenience for some church meetings during the week.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like about Zoom is that it is there when you need it. One of the best things about Zoom is its accessibility. It can be used by anyone and it’s easy to join meetings with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom usually just works. I can't think of any downside except some disadvantages of Zoom include it being resource heavy and having minor performance issues. It can also have compatibility issues with certain devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of remote communication by providing a platform for video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat, and webinars. This benefits me by allowing me to communicate with users like you remotely.

I like how easy it is to remote control user systems.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't enter admin credentials in Windows. We need a way to administer machines remotely. Zoom needs to add a hook into user access control. My only complaint is that we can't remotely admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us solve remote work. We needed to quickly deploy when the pandemic hit. we are much more productive with it. my performance has stayed mosly the same.
Zoom always works well without random issues
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to set up and simple/straightforward to schedule meetings. Self-help knowledgebase is extensive and I am always able to find the info I am looking for. Video and sound issues are rare or non-existent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside to using Zoom. We have people who aren't sure their Internet connection will be strong enough to connect to a virtual meeting and they have no issues at all - it seems most of the heavy-lifting is done on the Zoom servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Law firms are not always on the cutting edge of technology but the pandemic forced us to embrace virtual technology. Zoom made it easy for attorneys who are not techies to easily participate in virtual meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very convenient and easy to use as a participant. It allowed me to work together in groups when it would otherwise not have been possible. It has opened up many more training opportunities that I otherwise would not have had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, it has been confusing at best and difficult at worst to be the person to set up a zoom meeting. I don't know what it is, but the UI as a meeting starter was not as intuitive as I would have hoped for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it simple to connect when people are traveling or quarantined. It is easy to share links or screen share while still having a conversation. This wouldn't be possible with a phone call or email.

What do you like best about the product?
the software has good audio and picture, the capacity for blurring the background, and making yourself mute, chat is very helpful, and the time to use it for free is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I try creating a zoom meeting is a bit confusing sometimes and the instructions are not very clear. Also, many people are not aware of the live captions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to meet my team without worrying too much about having to establish my settings every time we connect - instructions for managing the account are not clear.
Zoom Allows Me to Stay in Touch
What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to stay in close contact with my family, my friends, my support group, and my church through the Zoom platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike about Zoom.

It has allowed me to attend meetings and present workshops and continue to teach.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can create a meeting and send it off to the appropriate party, the Ability to record and send to colleagues, and the quality of connection has always been good for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about zoom, one thing that I struggle with the most is a personal problem, in that I always forget to uncheck the required entrance boxes for admission to my zoom meeting. I don't like providing my clients with a pass code, so I would like to be able to set up a standard screen that would always be waiting room option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solved so many problems for me at the start of the pandemic, being able to do my job fully remote has been pivotal to my business and to the access for my clients to receive my care
