Just Like That We Were Connected
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has definitely helped me to connect with clients in a productive way while creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement during our sessions. Zoom offers ways for me to incorporate various tools into my sessions while not becoming a distraction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when using the sharing feature you are not able to see the participants and that you have to stop sharing in order to check the box to share your sound. I also dislike the fact that the apps can only be accessed through a link instead of automatically sharing them with participants to join while in the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the chat feature and the interaction icons are great and create a great way for participants to interact as well as the zoom studio where you can be able to look beautiful and flawless while on camera.
Small Business Plan Need more Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an essential platform for doing business. For my small business to pivot, it was particularly essential during the peak of COVID
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's small business package did not meet my needs. I am a solopreneur and I don't have a formal team of 10 members. Zoom Small Business did not fit my exact needs and the customer service representative was not empowered to set a package that met my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did purchase the separate Zoom cloud storage add on package to allow me to maintain and share recordings recording of my webinars and course content.
Fast, reliable, and user friendly, but lacking in serious meeting management features.
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone knows what it is, everyone has heard of it, which makes it easy to get people on board with using it as opposed to Webex or MS Teams. Relatively simple to use and very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Short on power management features. Breakout rooms are difficult to configure and don't allow much flexibility. They frequently need to be closed entirely in order to make a small change. No communication from breakout rooms to meeting host. I don't understand the need for changing meeting IDs, vs. using your "personal ID", it makes inviting people to meetings confusing and chaotic. People will sometimes join the wrong meeting. The chat is useless in large groups. Even if someone DMs someone else, the message frequently scrolls off the screen too quickly. DMs should pop up in separate windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to teach classes online. I appreciate that it is relatively easily available for most platforms and is even usable as a web-based client. I can send a zoom link to someone and know that they can join even if they don't have zoom installed.
Zoom is my go-to for meetings, every day!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with Google Workspace so seamlessly, and the lighting/touch-up settings are my favorite. Using a personal meeting room for last-minute conversations is so easy using the Desktop App.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does occasionally get glitchy - there was recently an obstacle where it said the host hadn't started a meeting, but they were in the meeting and nobody could get in. After coming up with a new key the problem was fixed, but some unexplainable occurrences such as this cause headaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows my team to easily connect, and being able to record meetings to review at a later time is also extremely useful. We have been able to use these recordings in combination with transcription software to pull together detailed Executive Summaries for important meetings in this manner.
Easy/Convenient for Telehealth
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for both myself and clients. Having mutilple ways to use between a site, app, or mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching between meetings can sometimes be tedious when you have limited time to make the move.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use for clients- other platforms regularly had issues with connectivity and were difficult to navigate

The zoom website can be managed easier. Specially there should an option to use the same link everytime we have a meeting specially for the weekly ones.

Best Webinar and Meeting Platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the webinar and recording features available. Scheduling an event with automatic reminders and automatic recording is wonderful. I love being able to access reports and recordings whenever I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. I think it could be a little more clear and more affordable. Zoom team should discuss a tear system or sliding scale or discount for small organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped me continue my business as a medical education provider when covid first hit. Because of zoom now more folks can gain information and receive continuing education from the comfort of their homes.
Great experience with Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been very easy to navigate. Anytime I had questions they were available to answer my questions. It has provided options and easiness of working remotely with staff. Being able to have break-out options to hold different trainings were new for us but worked effectively. Invoicing had an option where we were able to show our agency as tax-exempt. The renewal process was easy and printing invoices for our records were accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A. Been very satisfied with the services and ease of working online via Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only issue that I experienced was the invoicing option for tax-exempt status. They walked us through uploading a copy of our tax-exempt certificate and credited our account appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is quick to adapt and innovate. Offering enhanced tools, connections to outside applications, and now making it easier than ever to invite, share screen, game. and take notes with the whiteboard options.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I attend a meeting Zoom will auto enter me into a meeting on an email account I don't want to sign in with. It'd be great if there was a way to check which account or complete an email/account name change before it tosses me into a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Screen sharing, not having to use an outside source for whiteboard and note-taking, and entering and exiting participants out of a Zoom with alerts is a breeze. It's helpful being able to add co-hosts also. So if I'm host and in the middle of a screen share someone else can admit participants.
Zoom is the video solution for hybrid work
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom as my primary tool for hybrid meetings and video conferencing since 2018. The program is easy to use and is the preferred video conferencing tool by my clients, friends and family. I also have Microsoft Teams and it works well, but most people that do not work for a large organization or the government hate using it, so Zoom is my choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like, and this is user error, is sometimes I use my general Zoom link to conduct meetings, and if two meetings are back-to-back and the first one goes over, the second meeting can log in at the same time. I have to be careful to schedule a unique meeting idea or require my approval for guests to be let into the room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is my go-to video conferencing solution in this hybrid world. My clients, friends and family all request to use it because it is simple, and the video and audio are great quality.
