Expanding relationships and making meetings more effective
What do you like best about the product?
I can jump into a meeting and solve client problems in minutes.

I can't see how zoom appears on client computer while we are in a meeting

Reliable and Quick to Learn how to use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things about Zoom is the fact that it usually addresses issues pretty quickly and can fix or correct itself within a reasonable time. I also like all the customization options that Zoom gives you.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I don't like about Zoom is that if you are in the same room with someone else on the same Zoom you can get weird feedback and background noises. This probably isn't necessarily Zoom's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps tremendously with being able to get things done with everybody in different locations. It is really easy to say oh everyone on this team hop on a Zoom meeting in 30 minutues.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great plans and options, great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should open it to more attendees. We have 1239 homes and sometimes one more person in the household wants to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have our HOA meetings online for many residents that cannot assist in person. It is very beneficial for our community.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a free feature and a paid feature. It allows me to test it out before really committing. Another feature that I love is to be able to admit others into the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that if I ma sharing my screen and sharing a video it will be blurry or lag. I found that I had to actually make the video smaller on my end so that the video doesn't lag or is not blurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that zoom is solving for me is being able to reach others in other states and internationally as well. Making it really easy for me to reach other clients and spread my business!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it interacts with other platforms from YouTube, to Facebook, to be able to record locally or on the cloud and also in a different area. So helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It drops sometimes. I am on the call and then I get bounced. It's tricky when the admin isn't always paying attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been opening the world to me, what allows you to talk to Australia and Germany at the same time. It's not limited. It works in all international markets.
Excellent communication system for online learning!
What do you like best about the product?
As a teaching aid, it was the user-friendly controls to reign in conversation and other users. Limited server lag, as a student multiple users can be talking at the same time but still have smooth conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple issues with login in. It logs users off often. Security is important but not at the cost of efficiency. Unique keys or another method of logging in aside from just an email (as a student).

Classes can now be recorded and rewatched for a later time. It helps to slow re-watch/slow down the recording to better understand the lessons. Therefore, increasing efficiency.
Easy to use, consistent connection
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been great for when we need to meet but also need to stay apart. It has allowed us to communicate more effectively and more often compared to what we had done in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
When setting up Zoom meetings, it's easy to click the wrong button for a setting. When you try to change it, it won't let you adjust the settings as the meet is in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During COVID, it has allowed our business to continue to meet. We haven't had to sacrifice quality time or cancel meetings just because of COVID. We can continue on with our routine meetings so our business can be effective.

The ability to connect with people who are not sitting right next to you!

For the non-business accounts the 45-minute limit is pretty frustrating.

When COVID started a few years ago HR professionals everywhere needed to figure out how to keep employees connected. Zoom allows us to do so.
Gets the job done most of the time

It is fairly easy to use, has most of the features that people will need for most uses
What do you dislike about the product?
the input fields for scheduling a meeting are not very user friendly. for example selecting a time zone- I have to scroll through a long list of dropdowns instead of just being able to enter my time zone. The time selection is also not easy to work with.

Works Great For Me!
What do you like best about the product?
Works for me. My clients all learn a lot, the feature they love the most is that it is recorded and they get to watch the meeting at their leisure. They like interacting with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I struggle to share my screen. It can also become a struggle to allow them to share their screen. It is just embarrassing when everyone has to wait in order for you to allow them to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have clients from all over the world. The problem Zoom solves is our inability to get together in person, which would be expensive. With Zoom we get the benefit of a face to face interaction without the travel costs.
