I recommend zoom to all my clients who are in my coaching programs.

I like that I can play music or show my videos when I am presenting

I do not like that there are time when I change from one computer to another it logs me out and I have to remember the passwords all over again.

We do a lot of customer interviews and meetings. Customers find it easier to connect with than other platforms. They don't have to install anything and we get more connections with them than we did with Goto or Google and don't get me started on how bad Teams is.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with customers. Showing new product ideas and soliciting feedback. Customers join easily for the most part. Internal meetings are easier with less friction and difficulty.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can tutor students who live far away from me. I have a private account I can use at home. Yes I'm more productive.

I use zoom daily for meetings with clients from all around the world. Great Service & great price.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share my screen as I teach my clients about their personal finances.
This allows me to not only talk about but also show exactly what I'm working to communicate.

What do you dislike about the product?
The primary downside is getting the right back ground. Working from home, I do not wish to show a home wall behind me, but the back grounds make things fuzzy sometimes when using a virtual background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of movement. If I had to go out and meet all my clients in person I would:
a. be limited to only clients in my local area rather than country and world wide.
b. it keeps my overhead low so I don't have to rent an office space outside of my home office.

It is the most user friendly virtual meeting space. The price isn't out of the question either.
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful: it is easy for a novice to navigate the platform. User friendly to join a meeting amd start/schedule a meeting is also easily digestible. The white board option was also a needed addition that allows for a more comprehensive meeting!
What do you dislike about the product?
Where I would like to see improvements is the aesthetics of the platform. The design is too boring and not corporate looking. Would love for it to look fresh and vibrant. This would lead to more creativity in meetings etc. Even the looks of Google Meet or Microsoft Teams isn't as generic looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the issue of having to travel for meetings. The capability to communicate from afar at anytime has allowed for greater collaboration, amd efficiency.

I like that people can come and go as they like to the "room". We have experienced excellent video and audio quality during our past 2 years of usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
For older people there is a slight learning curve at the beginning. We found that someone else physically walking them through was the easiest way to learn the basics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People from different states or cities are meeting together "face to face". This is much better than just by phone.
I could not imagine being with my zoom in my day to day online business.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly aspects of it and the direct communication you can have with clients, teammates and associates. For the price and all the features it has, it puts the competition in the garbage.

There is not much that I dislike about it. It has all the features that I need to get my customers and keep my customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of teaching and training multiple clients all at the same time rather than trying to teach and train each one at a time. This frees up my time to concentrate on marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize ZOOM to interact with my students and test them on a regular basis. I have found it to be an excellent tool for communication and evaluation! Highly recommend to everyone.

I don't know that there is anything that I absolutely dislike about the product, however I wish I knew about more tools that I could utilize to learn the full functionality of ZOOM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM solves the most simple of problems, and that is connecting those at a distance that still need to be able to communicate. I need to be able to interact with my students and ZOOM accomplishes that for me.

Connections within my community all the way across the world. Many built in tools

Nothing. The system works for folks on phones pads laptops and desktops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our board is stretched from West to East coasts. Easy to not only talk together but also to screen share and work on detailed plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Zoom is incredibly user-friendly. The learning curve is very gentle so it hardly takes any time to figure it out. I also love that there is a lot of flexibility with Zoom. You can access it from any device. It's easy to share your screen for presentations and there are a few built-in features that are great including polls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I have noticed after using Zoom for over 2 years is the issue of feedback. If multiple devices using Zoom are located near each other, it can cause a feedback loop that is high-pitched and very annoying. I think there are workarounds, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps create a lot more efficiency and convenience when it comes to meetings. My business has discovered that we can take a lot of our meetings online which is great for parents of young kids, elderly folks that have a hard time driving to night meetings, etc.
