What do you like best about the product?
After Covid arrived our Family History society branch fell apart, just like so many other charities and other organizations. People were reluctant to come to meetings and that reticence has continued even after infection rates have fallen.
I transferred all our branch meetings to Zoom, and now when I polled our members, they did not want to go back to meeting by leaving home and coming to a hall; much better to remain indoors. They also save petrol, which is so important nowadays, and getting more so,

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found an easy way to replace the raffle which we always used to run in the meeting. That was a good way to raise funds. Maybe Zoom could find a mechanism??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are reluctant now to come out of their houses. That gets even more extreme in winter weather, and now the cost of petrol is another major factor.
High quality teleconfercing but even the most basic plan is expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely high quality even with low bit rates. Easy to setup, everyone is now familiar with how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even the most basic of paid plans is expensive. Makes it tempting to switch to one of the free alternatives. Webinar is not provided in the basic paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting people across different time zones without having to meet. Quality teleconferencing.
Connection, Communication, Conversation
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an excellent platform for people to connect and collaborate virtually. Over the last few years, Zoom has provided me with amazing opportunities to work with educators from all over the world -- from running workshops to coaching sessions to collaborating with teams to engaging in important conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Comparing Zoom to other virtual platforms of its kind, Zoom is my first choice. There is nothing specific I dislike about Zoom. It is easy to log in, easy to set up, and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom provides me the opportunity to meet any time, any place, which has elevated our work. It provides an opportunity to connect visually rather than just on the phone. I love that I can reach out to other educators, set up a zoom, and have a F2F virtual meeting rather than just email, which often can be misunderstood without facial expressions.
Zoom is easy to use, share screens for reports, see the other people on the meeting and enjoy others
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about going over the time limit on the free zoom. Our meetings are meant to share with each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all. There is nothing that isn't working at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped us through the pandemic to meet on a weekly basis to have that connection with our congregation. We chose to continue using Zoom so that others from other states could join.

What do you like best about the product?
The features, like Raise Hands and Mute, are user-friendly. It is very easy to schedule meetings and e-mail invites. The Screen View options provide additional ease of use options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if the Save Chat was always an option for attendees. This is especially useful when large amounts of information are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not aware of any problems that are being resolved at this time.
Zoom For Working Remote
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to connect face to face during meetings when working remotely. I like the ability to share screens and turn off my camera when desired as well. When working from home especially, Zoom can be very convenient and make work efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, my experiences using Zoom have been positive. Setting up events with Zoom has been confusing at times though and there are occasional technical difficulties that I have run into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping to maintain productivity and connectivity in the modern work environment. It allows me to be present when I can't always physically be on location for meetings.

Can view everyone on conference call at the same time. Can share screen.

Sometimes video freezes but I think that is due to the internet connection.

Zoom allows me to have conference calls with individuals who are not able to travel to the meeting due to distance or illness or Covid

Zoom has been a life- saver for me and my business!! Quite honestly, discovering Zoom actually encouraged and inspired me TO OPEN A BUSINESS! My profession is marketing and I have had a digital marketing agency since 2016.
In early 2020, I opened a marketing coaching business but when COVID erupted, my partner and I didn't know how to launch our program without ever meeting face to face. We knew about Zoom but weren't aware of all its capabilities like - my favorite- filters that make me look 10 years younger lol , and many more practical features that always make my life so easy.
Thanks to Zoom, we created a marketing program that is FULLY online and it’s been working so great for us!
Because i am in online marketing, I am also familiar with all other video conference softwares and genuinely NOTHING COMPETES WITH ZOOM. I often ask clients who send me a link to another platform, to switch to Zoom so everything will work more smoothly for us.
I have been paying for the premium account and it’s only $15 / month so it’s truly a no brainer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how much it slows down the Internet and makes sharing difficult. I don't like that it tells everyone when you're on a free plan and the call is about to hang up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don't ever have to drive for meetings!!!! I can easily share screens and also help solve technical issues for others by taking over their computers.
I can be with my sick kid at home and still attend meetings and in my personal life, I am able to meet with coaches/therapists/ and take courses from my house.

It's the known value:

- Integrated with everything else out there.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is the pain. It's by far the most expensive of the options, especially compared to the free and/or bundled options such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack Huddle, etc, that you're likely already paying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video/audio conferencing with outside parties, sales meetings with customers, etc. (We don't use it for internal meetings, since we have Slack and can use that instead.)
Very easy to use all the features and communicate with all.

I find it easy to set up meetings and to share all the codes with the others in the meetings. I also like that I can change my background.

I can't think of any downside of using Zoom, except that just means we aren't face to face...but I like that.

It is helping me to have all my teachers join a meeting regardless of where they live.
